A grandmother has been missing for more than 24 days. Wednesday, relatives of the southwest Atlanta woman offered $15,000 to the person who can lead them to her.

Relatives of 49-year-old Valeria Robinson said the unknown surrounding her disappearance is getting the best of them. Despite putting up posters across the area, they said there has been no sign of her.

Robinson’s loved ones insist circumstances surrounding her disappearance don’t add it. They told FOX 5 News she was last seen at a home on Perkerson Road on May 19. A man she was last seen with was found shot in the same house. He survived and police have since opened an investigation to see if the alleged suicide attempt was somehow connected to Robinson’s disappearance. Right now, investigators said there are just too many questions to say for sure.

Robinson's children, sister, and mother hope their $15,000 rewards will bring their loved one back home.

Robinson is described as being 5-foot-7 tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and white shorts. She also goes by “Val.”

A prayer vigil will be held for Thursday at 7 p.m. at Sylvan Plaza.

Anyone who sees her should call 911 immediately. Anyone with information on her disappearances is asked to call the Atlanta Police department.

Valeria Robinson was reported missing on May 22 and was last seen at 2061 Perkerson Road in Atlanta.

She was last seen by the family with William Whatley who owns the Perkerson Road house.

Robinson's family went to Whatley’s house to confront him about the whereabouts of their daughter, but when they approached the home they heard a loud boom. Police said that’s when Whatley shot himself in the face.

He survived and is recovering in hospital.

When Police entered Whatley's house they found both fresh blood and dried blood inside along with blood footprints, but no signs of Valeria.

Family went to go check for her, but when they got there and tried to get inside - they hear a loud boom. When police arrived minutes later, they found a man - who family identified as William - there with what they said appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police have not confirmed that man's identity, but said they took him to Grady Hospital for treatment, but right now police said they don't believe the two cases - Valeria's disappearance and the man's shooting - are related.

Family, though, doesn't buy that. They said William was a friend of Valeria, and Cendaria added that she just learned his kids go to the same daycare center where she works.

"I don't see how it is separate if he was the last to see her," Cendaria said. "If you didn't do anything, why couldn't you just come to the door and talk to them (police)? Why would you try to shoot yourself?"

...SBM

Family said they've since learned William is still in the hospital, awake from a coma, but don't know if police have questioned him, yet.
