I'm with ya..I am thinking his "Mules"... I am still thinking that there is another party to this operation. Wonder when LE will catch up with them?
These five had to get the drugs from someone, I also would like to know who? :waitasec:How did they get their hands on so many pills?
I do recall that TN said early on that Ron and Misty had to go to the Dr. to gets meds to help them cope. I also recall someone saying that Ron got pain meds for an injury. But nobody could ever figure out what injury since he is not on any type of disability. He was working before Haleigh went missing and from the sound of it, he was working the day he got arrested for drugs at the tree service.

Well, you know MAD, I recall TN speaking about having to take Oxy and that HaLeigh wouldn't have taken it, b/c of the taste. I do believe that TN is on some sort of disability...(i know she is on some sort of leave from work)... This was on a Nancy show, about the time the jail house letter came out.

Is AS taking prescribed medication?

My reading is that 3.900 is the sum total.

"An undercover Putnam County Sheriff's Office Detective purchased large quantities of prescription medications from this group on seven (7) separate occasions. The estimated street value of prescription drugs seized is $3,900.00."

From the press release by lt. Greenwood.

That could be either way. The drugs they sold to ron and misty the night they got busted would be considered seized too.

Oxys sell on the street for 50 to 100 dollars a pill considering the strength.

I believe the cost is $40 for a 40ml pill and $80 for a 80ml pill. the going rate here is that. $10 per ml. the cost just keeps going up though, because when you are 'dope sick' you will pay pretty much anything. most people first get hooked on pills and then often switch to heroin because it is cheaper. if someone has a script for say 60 pills a month, that is equal to $4800 a month. it is a huge money maker. when i was addicted to them we often bought from the elderly for it is a income supplement for them, so very sad!

Yeah it is different all over the country and how bad you need them.

I have a feeling the cops were supplying all the drugs they were selling to the cops. LOL LOL

Paid informant in Haleigh Cummings case arrested in drug bust with Misty Croslin

An undercover detective with the Putnam Sheriff's Office bought prescription medications from Croslin's and Brock's group seven times recently, officials said. They estimated the drugs' street value at $3,900

The two sentences below, taken from the above link caught my eye. Notice the wording about Croslin's and Brock's group. So, does this mean that Donna had her own drug operation going using other people in her "group" and Misty had her own drug operation going too? That is the way that I read it. Any comments, y'all.

Yes, I am looking forward to it. I wonder if anyone will visit him in jail?
It could be better than Casey's jail house implosion video-where's the popcorn? lol

LOL, Ronald will be shown that he cannot get away with pulling out his violent temper in jail.

I read it as one "group"--didn't say groups. Possibly it's trying to convey that both the Croslins and Brock were working together in the same group. JMO

I think it refers to just one group being linked to both of them. Which is not to say that they can't have had their own separate motivations of doing what they did, but I think Orlando Sentinel just brings Brock into focus because she's the focal point they chose for the article, being local.

Hmm why are quotes coming out weird?

  • #413
I think the whole Cummings side has addiction problems of some sort. Some of them come in small plastic bottles and some of it comes in large glass bottles.

Probably. She had a slip-and-fall lawsuit vs. Walmart in 2002. [dismissed, I think.]

Why does that NOT surprise me?...thanks for the info, LF.

You will never see a more litigious group, ever. Watch your backs!

I imagine AS is overjoyed now that Ron isn't living with her anymore. Ron, Misty, and Jr are exactly where they should be. AS was likely reluctant to rat on her grandson and now her problem is taken care of for her. I suspect she feels a great sense of relief knowing she has her house to herself again.

Ron and Jr haven't lived with Annette for quite some time.

I has suspected rc had a different living situation from at least October. Has to be with a woman though...because he cannot live alone.
