The police cleared him of any involvement and he passed a lie detector test as well. I think if he knew where her body was he would want to give her a formal burial. I believe he loved that child a lot and is broken up by her disappearance. I think one reason MC is loathe to come forward is she fears what Ron would do to her. JMO

Hey There Steely Dan! I saw you in concert in Minneapolis this Fall - you were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! :rocker:

Concerning Ronald, I'm thinking that he's the only one who's saying that he passed the poly - and even his lawyer said on Nancy Grace that Ronald had been moved to the bottom of the Suspect List (paraphrase), but not moved off it.

Yeah, I forgot it was only his word on that.

Thanks for the compliment we worked very hard to make that a special show. :thumb:

:rose: I agree with you completely, Emeralgem. I believe that whatever happened to poor, sweet little Haleigh, happened at the hand of her father, probably after school, in front of Misty.

I do not believe reports that GGS brought over clothes around 7pm. Or, if she did, this was just a coverup. I do not believe that Tommy and the kids were over playing that afternoon. Or again, another coverup.

I believe the RUMORS that Ronald did not arrive at work until after 7 pm. I believe he was late because he was disposing of Haleigh's body off a bridge.

And last, I agree with criminal profiler Pat Brown, who contends that Ronald Cummings is stone-cold psychopath.

BBM...Me too, and was quite surprised to realize when I listened to her the other night on Levi's show that I am in agreement with most of what she believes concerning this case...JMO

Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh's mother, are not considered suspects, police said.

It's funny how that same link/article also states the following;

"Ronald Cummings called police and reported his daughter missing when he returned from work at dawn."

Now we all know that's incorrect: Ronald told Misty to call 911 and report HaLeigh missing. Oh yeah and can someone please remind me how many times Ronald hung up on the 911 dispatcher when HE WOULD get on the phone? I know - doesn't make for good print...

I don't understand how that relates to his being cleared?

I'm interested in what Pat Brown said. Do you have a link to that?

I got a chill reading your description of what happened and how people may have gotten sucked up in a cover up. Someone will talk now. It's gone too far to cover for someone else.

It doesn't - sorry. I was jumping off of your post/link. I didn't want to just hijack your link. (A little  sometimes)

LE is very good at pointing the case in the direction they choose. Saying someone is NOT a suspect does mean they are not a suspect. LE doesn't use the term anymore to clear possible perps as it is a legal term and they have to provide substantial evidence to say so nowadays. They had chosen the word "person of interest" after they got slammed in the OJ case. I suspect POI is now suffering the same demise very soon.

They were not giving us anything by telling us ron was not a suspect. It was cute but no cigar (and they knew it).

TN went for it and hired NeJame to go on the road to "Look for Haleigh" for her. The VERY first words out of her mouth on air immediately after LE said R * C were NOT a suspect was "My son has been cleared".

......hmmm...not so TN...but nice try....
.....people who bought it were not aware of the use of the word "suspect" and thought rc was cleared....wrong.

No one was a suspect. In fact, no one is a suspect, legally speaking.

:seeya: Thanks, Curious. This case is a heartbreaker, isn't it?

http://www.levipageshow.blogspot.com/ Here's the link to the radio program where I heard Pat Brown discuss the Haleigh case. Click over to the right where it says radio blogspot (I think) - blue in color area.

If profiler Pat Brown called rc a psychopath, I am certainly not going to argue with the professional.

The question remains on where Haleigh is. If she died of an overdose and misty left the house to return later to a deceased Haleigh, then she must be close.

IF rc took her with him she is most likely within a 5 mile radius. He would wait till it was dark to hide the body. Is there a connection with rc putting her near a church that Haleigh visited or near a place he and Crystal lived? I know they lived in San Mateo. He also could have used his boat and put her in the water.

If the GMAs took her, she could very well be buried close by GMA's favorite place. GMA has the closest connection to Haleigh...imo....

I believe Pat Brown's words were cold stone psychopath and after taking a good look at that mugshot and his eyes, I agree...He also looked stoned..

And I highly supsect she was moved to a final resting place after dark and perhaps a place known to and now favored by both TN and GGMS...JMO..

I definitely agree with your idea that Haleigh was temporarily placed in the dumpster (can hardly even type that), maybe with the help of Tommy. I think Ronald then drove her to a bridge (can't remember the name) and dumped her off. Pat Brown says that Ronald had a "homicidal ideation" (?) about throwing a body off of a bridge. :(
