MR and TLM were both placed at the scene of the murder ..... whether TLM claims to have been the assailant or not. Both were responsible for her death due to the whole sequence of events IMO (without computer info being required)

Not surprised atall if we do... call me crazy- but I have a good feeling theres alot of surprises down the road for us to come to find out. IF we do.. If someone is in witness protection program, is it legal for the system to keep details or original sources from public knowledge- if they are in witness protection? Wondering if any of WS ers with legal knowledge can answer this..

OK then... I am assuming you mean Dellen when you say his original identity . No I don't imagine anything will be released...imo. I think it will possibly all be touched upon at a trial. But if accused people do not take the stand...the case becomes more of a situation where the defense breaks down the alleged evidence rather than the accused being there and subject to full cross questioning by both defense lawyer and prosecutor.imo.

Dont worry about the confusion... I am often confused as are the rest on here imo.... sleuthing can cause brain warps at times

I see many possible similarities in TS and TB's cases. Some I have referred to on this forum as some know. :candle: MR had a female working for him in the escort business and he sucked her into giving him large amounts of her earnings. MR the pimp.

Maybe DM was doing or tried to do the same with LB. Is she missing because she refused to hand her earnings over to DM? DM playing pimp? What's in the MSM was DM was providing LB with cocaine. Was this her money he was purchasing it with for her because he had the contacts? Maybe he left her high and dry, without drugs and money and this is why she called him so many times in those few days? Did DM promise he would get her a place to stay along with drugs and didn't follow through, standing her up, making her upset? He couldn't handle her calls and requests?

I find it very bizarre how someone could find themselves surrounded in such mystery being connected to three people in less than a year. One missing, one apparent suicide and one murder. :moo:

Count me out. I'm not confused at all. This case is pretty cut and dry, (the big picture) and MSM has laid it all out nicely for us IMHO. We are just missing bits and pieces and the finer details, such as why. Because two accused haven't had their day in court yet and everyone has constitutional rights plus a PB is in place, the finer details cannot be shared to help the confused out. Not to say many haven't tried and IMO many have done some fantastic sleuthing but according to you BQ, there still remains confusion. MOO.

I just wonder how the suggestion that LB was left 'high and dry' came to be...after all wasn't she apparently put up in a hotel by SL upon Queens and Roncesvalles???? What happened to that? Was the help for a limited time only ? Given the concern by said ex after she went missing....surely he would have done anything to keep her safe. She obviously did not like staying at that hotel for some reason JMO KWIM

And I see no mystery around the three people you mention.
LB is still only missing and as well as knowing Dellen she also knew scores of other people. As for WM... it was ruled as a suicide and imo will remain as one.......

So its all speculative imo to suggest that its all some sinister action of a warped psychopath JMO and MOO.......of course you can feel free to have your own opinion ..... naturally. I fail to see any real correlation to this case and MR. MOO

I believe several things came to light during VS investigation.. it has taken alot of time I believe to piece alot of thing together from what became of that but with DM case I believe its helped them even more. Far reaching comes to mind. Dont believe all those RCMP would set up shop taking up a whole factory in Woodstock Ontario were there ALL that time for something a gal already confessed to and willing to find spot VS was at.. Bless her soul* Several "specific" drug busts, and several chop shop operations exposed linked to the drug, prostitution, pornography goings on. Im thinking & hoping its someone who had information long ago supplied this information, (who was very scared & wanted to enter the wpp) which is all now coming to light making this person more credible per his story re: what really happened to VS. Its horrible other lives may have been lost (many werent even major publicized just made ther local news- found in trunk in hamilton, one here one there, one set up for murder) chop shop after another, real estate gone bad exposed, huge drug busts- politicians exposed.. in the mess of it of people who were involved but I really always believe- le & RCMP have "got this" more I see now- the more my faith is restored.. I did at one time think they packed it in but no, the news of busts kept a coming- from all the appropriate places that should have been coming so I do believe this "person" has been fully co-operating, just wonder if they will name him as a witness in all of these subsequent busts or can they omit him? I surely hope so. Maybe he feels safer in jail right now, who knows.

Also Im not too sure of all the aspects or how it ties in, but real estate is a really big tie in all of this somehow anyway, I dont know much about Real Estate.. but laundering that way, or blackmail to buy properties is involved I believe.Somehow I believe it is.

It matches with this TB case & real estate deals, chop shop, airport goings on, crooked cops, other authorities I wont say. But its all come to light. What I really wonder is why havent people questioned WM involvement in anything, and his suicide? Boggles my mind.. No major OC org would just jump right in somewhere in something this big, this had to be yrs & yrs in the making this I believe.. & note when the "modeling" stuff was going on.. (cover for escorts) he was still alive. I am near his age and can darn well see he could have very well been into this "business" himself. I have seen photos of inside the hanger with cars chopped up 3 yrs before his suicide. Wasnt being used as an airport hanger then either. Maybe he wasnt into the illegal game, but you cannot exclude the idea either. Just food for thought.

A little deja vu ... factor out the computer, how does your relating of the above case differ so greatly from this case? (Computer may or may not be an issue in this case, but suffice to say LE has examined the social media accounts)

Take your above quoted summary paragraph and substitute DM and MS for the initials MR and TLM and the victim Tim for victim Tori:

Tori seen on video with white coated woman (Tim last seen with DM and MS); no eye witness to Tori's murder (no eyewitness to Tim's murder); TLM and MR both claim the other was the assailant (DM and MS will likely claim the other was the assailant); both were therefore responsible for her death and found GUILTY ... due to the whole sequence of events which doesn't really differ from the case at hand.

Did you also feel that Rafferty and McClintic were innocent? What other differences are you seeing between the cases?

Didn't matter tho ... Tori was killed during forcible confinement and they were both present, so (although TLM pled and we didn't know it) both were guilty of first degree murder.

For both MS and DM to claim accident, their lawyers would have to get their ducks in a row. Not real sure they will be working together when their respective clients are facing separate trials, and presumably will be at variance with their claims. Will be interesting down the road.

Hey I don't think it's crazy. I don't think it is connected to TS if you were suggesting that, but in terms of the bigness and history to this operation that has been my feeling all along even though I have entertained "smaller" theories. I, too, have "heard" things that could not be verified and in terms of the state of the hangar at Pearson And WM himself, I'd smile and say "no comment" to be polite and because I can say no more here on WS.

I think when the story comes out, fragments of your thoughts will appear. Unfortunately we may not get the whole story at this trial. Things will come out as they relate to TB and his death and other factors may be dismissed. We will have to wait for a good crime reporter to write a book. (I'm pulling for Clairmont at the Spec!!)

I believe know a couple peeps in W. Toronto I could call up and they will know more about this and things you speak of....I just don't feel like reaching those people and opening up a different can of worms! Lol.

And Ont, if you have any information that would be helpful you should contact LE. I guess there should be something concrete in terms of a name, etc. I will guess LE has been getting anonymous tips and its hard to get warrants from anonymity (others can weigh in as I don't know for sure). Jmo.

The fact that everyone's been so quiet, even youngsters on social media, is just another indication IMO of people disassociating themselves due to risk of implication. Probably young people who partially lead normal lives within society, have reputations to lose as opposed to other "gangsta" types who call that association street cred.

I certainly didnt think it was about two guys wanting a truck period end of story.

Yes that is how it is supposed to be........

Like I said previously, I've had to spell it out for the Defense Team many times in Court due to their lack of understanding. The Canadian Criminal Code explains it and lists the standards to be met for all to educate themselves on how an ITO and Search Warrant is to be obtained, the specificity, and the standards.
