I backtracked and read through the last few pages of posts and yes I made error. Please accept my apology Tamarind, and AD as you were correct, I had overlooked Arnie's post, reading Tamarind's post as a stand alone instead of it quoting Arnie's post.

Tamarind I posted TS's case to give comparison how her case was handled/given prompt LE and MSM attention right from the beginning, as I thought you were saying TB's case was handled differently then other missing persons cases. ALL MOO.

I've heard that they serve quite a good Thanksgiving dinner in jails. Apparently a lot of homeless try to book in for the occasion. JMO

Why on earth would someone get themselves arrested when they have pie at the Sally Ann?

Looks like they do. One Jedi knight will be celebrating and dining alone without his Wookies.

Just thinking...it's the life some have chosen for themselves. A life behind bars with no freedom. MOO

Why on earth would someone get themselves arrested when they have pie at the Sally Ann?

I imagine that when people are homeless and without food, they will seek out a roof and a good meal. I don't believe the Salvation Army provides overnight accommodation for all, I could be wrong. JMO

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are charged with first-degree murder.

They sat on opposite sides of the prisoner’s box, and seem to have animosity between them.

I'm glad to keep hearing these hints from the reporters that DM and MS have turned on each other. Maybe there's more chance we'll get a clearer picture of the truth this way when this finally goes to trial.

You mean MS is wondering how he let DM drag him into this? After all, DM is the one charged with THREE murders, while MS is charged with two. Hmmm, maybe you're right, that is what MS is thinking. I doubt it though. Knowing that they are charged with two murders in common, IMO they both went into it willingly and knowingly.

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are charged with first-degree murder.

They sat on opposite sides of the prisoner’s box, and seem to have animosity between them. Both were wearing new outfits today; both were still clean cut. Millard has a long braid that falls behind his right ear.

That is why I framed my sentence the way I did, for accuracy. I left it open for interpretation, and discussion, and I appreciate hearing other people's opinions on the matter. But I don't want to see my words twisted and I do not need anyone to speak for me.

They acted together to create the conditions that led to TB's death. If DM was the spectator, why did he end up with the truck and the remains instead of going to LE? My take is that DM was in on it, so he could not go to LE. That's why the talk of bail fizzled out, in part, IMO. If you were right there, and didn't go to LE, you are a first degree murderer or accessory after the fact to murder. DM could hope for a lower sentence as accessory but I don't think he would get it. I think he was leader of the band.

I think it's the bolded sentence that causes readers to believe you were suggesting thats what original poster was meaning. HTH

We don't know that anyone acted together at this point. We also have no idea who ended up with the truck or who drove it to MB home. It would need to be proven that someone was accessory , a bystander or unwilling bystander in my opinion. JMO
