I think you might be talking about the place in the police report that discusses the trail that the tracking dogs took the night Haleigh went missing. There was a portion redacted about 116 Tyler that night, again I think this was for privacy reasons.

Well I think Ron is about the only one that can really prove where he was and has. I suspect the others can't.

I didn't remember him saying he saw Haleigh THAT night. (How convenient) I thought he said he had met Haleigh when he was down visiting but gave no specific time. So he is another witness that saw Haleigh alive that night?

Bold by me: Joe has not admitted to seeing Haleigh that night. As a matter of fact it was just pointed out to me in another thread, that Joe and his lawyer never admit to actually seeing Haleigh on the 9th. Reporter : okay so that would have been within the first couple of days that Haleigh was missing, he was in town that's what your saying?

Lawyer: I can only assume so because I wasn't there.

Reporter: did he see Haleigh on February 9th or 10th..in that time frame of..

Lawyer: he saw her at some point while he was there but because this wasn't the focus of his visit, this was an ancillary personality...he was visiting with his cousins...umm..this was just one of probably several children...to the best of my knowledge...ya know this wasn't a focus of his attention of when he saw her and what happened when he saw her....he just knows that at some point he saw her. ~ end snip

So you were correct, Joe never verbally admitted to seeing Haleigh that night and his lawyer sure had a fun time answering that question( in my opinion) he danced around the answer and never quite gave one.

Joe's lawyer makes so much ado about Joe paying no attention to Haleigh that it makes me wonder. Just a simple "he visited his cousins and briefly saw the children as well but he's not sure about the date, I do think it was earlier than Monday the 9th" would have conveyed the same information and less of the nervousness.

Trouble before Haleighs disapearance...Joe's lawyer said they have been planning ahead for his career in vocational school, but the reporter asked him what he was studying for, he said "I don't know"..

so I will say IF Jo saw Haleigh on the 9th or 10th she was already deceased..
I do recall hearing....Jo walked in to the bedroom...Saw Haleigh was deceased and totally lost it... ...JMO

Yes, Donjeta. Sirgo didn't appear to be too eager to disclose any solid information about when Joe saw Haleigh last or what happened between his client, RC and a gun.

My understanding is he tried to steal a car and was shot...He spent sometime in a juvenile detention center..
It is also my understanding he is not in a vocational school at this time and he does not know what he wants to do with his life eventhough his attorney is trying to help him plan ahead for his future..JMO...

OK before I lose my train of thought. If Misty had the blue van when she picked Haleigh up... where could she have gone? To the dealer that gave her bad pills? Did she take the children with her to handle that?
If she had gone to see Hank... she would have been gone for very long time. So no way was she home with the A/C guy or for GGMS...
Did she meet up with RC before work?
GAH! I wish I knew! but she was NOT headed back to the MH from what I gather.. MOO

I keep revisiting the tapes with LE at the boat ramp...They held media a bay close to the ramp...WHY..didn't they stop the media at the turn where Hank/Lisa lived...Are they even looking there,...??? Joe was staying there until Hank Sr. went to the hospital...Tommy was there with his kids....Why aren't they checking it...unless I missed something...

Funny you should mention these thoughts. I have been bouncing around such questions in my own head. LOL

LE would never say if Misty had access to a vehicle on the night in question, they withheld that info early on in press overage. Chelsea reports having the blue van and using it to travel to the hospital in Gainesville on February 9th, she parked it in her driveway that evening according to her and she didn't find it in the position she remembers having parked it on the morning of the 10th.

What I have been questioning is whether Joe or Timmy left sometime in the evening with the van and went to Misty. Tommy C said he wasn't using pills that night, was Misty? Did they both want to try and get some pills from somewhere? Chelsea C tells us that her husband Timmy couldn't have taken the van because he was on medication and sleeping, he had just been in a car accident himself. So we know that at least one member of the Croslin family absolutely had access to medication that night. Did he share it with Joe? Might someone have taken a pill or two to Misty and Tommy? Is it possible that Misty used the blue van to go see her supplier and left the children alone or with her brother or Joe and came back to a very big and irreversible problem? If it is true that a neighbor heard a scream/commotion around 1:30 am that night, maybe that was when Misty returned to the trailer and realized that something had happened to Haleigh? I don't know, you see I am just as confused now as I am when the case began...with so few facts to go on I guess many scenario's might be possible.

Just my humble opinion but I suspect she went to her parent's home at 130 magnolia near Shell Harbor since it has been revealed she was staying there after she returned from her three day binge..JMO

Where was she staying after her 3 day binge? It was reported that Kristina P dropped Misty off at her brothers on Tyler, and from there misty went back to RC.

Nay Nay says she dropped Misty at her brother’s house. “She was like, ‘Gotta go to my brother’s house, gotta watch the kids in the morning….So I said, ‘You’re going to Ronald’s house, and she said, ‘No, I’m not, no I’m not…Come back in the morning, and help me watch the kids,’ but I didn’t end up doing that.” ~ end snip

I always assumed Kristina P meant her brother Tommy's near RC's house, do you think this wasn't the case? TIA
