A boat ramp would actually be one of the worst places to "get rid" of a body... the water is shallow...there is a LOT of activity that would disturb the water and end up exposing it... IMO

Sure sounds like a horrible arrangement in my opinion. This girl does the deeds and then gives Prevatt half just for being the one to drive her there. Horrible if true.

I agree gngr, but some posters on WS say they have been there and have seen the alligators swarming...I personally don't think for a minute that she was put in the water..I think she is buried somewhere, and the Cummings family knows where...I think that cuz Ron never acted on his threat..Joe was pointed out in the beginning and he didn't hunt him down...Surely he was told the same BS story we are hearing now...in the newly released tapes...

I know and I do not doubt the locals in the least! To me it just sounds like something a boy in his late teens would say on a testosterone and drug/alcohol high.
It however does not sound like something a man would repeat or even believe for a second...MOO

Where was she staying after her 3 day binge? It was reported that Kristina P dropped Misty off at her brothers on Tyler, and from there misty went back to RC.

I always assumed Kristina P meant her brother Tommy's near RC's house, do you think this wasn't the case? TIA

I don't know what brother Nay Nay was referring to since she never stated if it was Tommy or Timmy..But It has also been revealed by either Chelsey, or Lindsey Misty was staying at her parents house since they were in Gainesville...
And we really have no proof she stayed at Ronald's house on Sunday night eventhough TN claims they stayed up all night talking and working things out, and Misty claims she fixed the kids eggs for breakfast..

Also... IF true Misty told TN she would come home and babysit if it was alright with Ronald leads me to believe there had not been any reconciliation between the two of them on Sunday or Monday...JMO

Could you point me to where you saw that Misty was staying at her parents please? I thought Joe was staying there according to Chelsea and he went to stay over at her and Timmy's house in Crescent City when Lisa was dropped off in Gainseville?

I give no credit to Misty's statements whatsoever, Kristina P would be an independent witness, one that dropped Misty where she wanted to go Sunday night, but I have to disagree that it was Shell Harbor where Misty was taken in any case because neither brother lived there. :waitasec:

According what private investigator William Staubs says sources told him – and mine confirm – Ronald was up all Sunday night waiting for Misty to come home. The sources say she never did, and he finally fell asleep—and overslept. Then had to rush and race to get Haleigh to school, and presumably try to find Misty before he went to work Monday afternoon at PDM Bridge Company, where sources say co workers and cell phone records confirm he was until quitting time.

When she finally came in Monday morning, she slept at her father’s house” nearby, Staubs tells me in an exclusive interview.

Don't know IF it's me or what since I am having a problem with fluid in my ear due to allergies from the pollen count being so high around here, but I'm not quite understanding what it is you are trying to convey..

IMHO.. GGMS did not see Haleigh eating dinner on the porch between 7:00 and 8:00 pm on the 9th of February...
Misty never stated in any of her interviews in the beginning that GGMS came by the MH that night...GGMS did not reveal she was at the MH that night until after the claims surfaced Misty was not there that night..JMO
And in all reality GGMS stating she was there never provided an alibi for Misty, however it did provide an alibi for her grandson who I believe had managed to get his rear into work by that time...JMO

We are saying the same thing. However, you said you were sure that GGma Sykes did not see Haleigh alive and well at 7:00 pm. I disagreed. I think by her statement GGma did see Haleigh ALIVE but not well (dying) and Haleigh was gone (died) 10 minutes after GGma arrived.

IMO, the stoy of GGma Sykes was to confirm the story that was put out at the beginning because people were starting to question Ron. GGma Sykes is the only person to publically place Misty alone at the MH with a living Haleigh while Ron was at work. The fact that the stoy did not come out until 9 days later, just confirmed the suspisions I had when I heard the 911 call and Ron stating over and over "I was at work." Haleigh was hurt before he went to work.

1Chump I have to respectfully disagree with your interpretation of GGma Syke's statement. I watched the video and noted her exact words;

"He was asleep. I got there right after, well within 10 minutes after we found out she was gone and I had Jr. and he didn't know anything, said he was asleep." (end quote)

1. GGma states that Jr. was asleep when HaLeigh disappeared (well whatever occurred that led to her disappearance)
2. GGma claims she arrived at the MH 10 minutes after she was told that HaLeigh was missing.
3. GGma states that she "had" Jr, which IMO, based on the order in which she discloses this info, means that from the time that she arrived at the MH she had (had him in her care...) Jr.

GGma isn't referring to the night bfore, when she allegedly stopped by the MH with clean laundry - she is speaking of that morning, when she first received word of Haleigh's disappearance. JMHO ~

That would put her there at the same time as LE and TN. So why is her name not mentioned in the police report?

Wonderful grandmaj.....in the article you link Art then states that Nay dropped Misty off at her parents...which 100% contradicts what he said Nay Nay did earlier.

I asked this question very early on, right after she declared she was there. Her name is not on the report.

"...she was gone......." is euphemistic, especially when one doesn't yet want to say the word "dead". It is used over and again at nearly every funeral I've ever attended, or when talking to people who have just had a loved one die. As in many of the quotes from all the people in this case, it is curious so many of them have these little insightful statements, and then back off them, masking them over.

Art quotes Cobra as the source for the newer information. This might have came out after Cobra bonded out and interviewed Kristina P. Interesting.

So Nay Nay lied originally, or Art made a mistake ...
