General Theories and Motives Rehashed #1

You left out the part that while carrying Haleigh, he managed to unlock the door that had to be pushed in to unlock, then pulled the door open without tripping on all those dirty clothes, then bricked the screen door after he pushed it open.

Bluesky covered that in her scenario, where one perp was gathering up a sleeping child while an awake child watched and another teen child slept blissfully unaware, the other one was unlocking the door for easy access. Though one wonders why it was easier at this point to go out that back door than it was the front door.

IF...R stopped at the convenience store and he was caught on tape ...does the store has a security camera/cameras..(most store have multiples..in the store..and the entrance).....

anyone know.......??????..IF THAT store has the camera/cameras of him pulling into parking lot and if so...FROM WHAT DIRECTION....My point being..coming FROM work..OR...coming from being at HOME...JMO...I am sure LE has this knowledge already..
thnks for an opinion...

The way this case is going so far, I am not SURE about anything LE has or may not have. Just from what I have read on here it seems LE has made more then a few mistake's IMO

Does anyone know if LE has checked any of this information out? There is a Bayou Drive right down from Tyler street and the Nolan Street address in Jacksonville belongs to Southland Waste which may be the garbage company that picks up in Satsuma?

Here is a map from Nolan to Bayou.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Bayou+Dr,+Satsuma,+Putnam,+Florida+32189&daddr=218+Morgan+Ave,+Jacksonville,+FL+32254&geocode=FeJPwwEdG9gh-ymvCtmFSmbmiDFgHfdsOTLsWg%3BFe61zgEdwPgg-ykZHc1CpbnliDGRhpvLZEcSfQ&hl=en&mra=pe&mrcr=0&sll=29.950175,-81.697083&sspn=0.992358,1.766052&ie=UTF8&ll=29.587789,-81.331787&spn=1.991834,3.532104&z=8

Sorry, Southland Waste is located on Morgan Ave. Nolan is near Morgan. This DD is more than 1 year old so surely these locations have probably already been checked out.

Even if LE has such a tape, they wouldn't tell us if we tarred and feathered them, hung them up by their toes, and made them cry uncle. They are being extremely secretive, which leads me to believe they have big fish to fry. :sheesh:

Not sure where to put this but I just did a map quest on Tyler St and Green Ln and noticed that the back yards of Tyler St are butted up to the back yards of Green Ln. That's just one street over. Does anyone know in distance how far these two trailers (RC's & ToC's ) were from each other? If I'm looking at this correctly then why would they even need the van to go over when they could just walk around the corner or cut through the back yards? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I did the terrain view on the map quest.

I was wondering the same thing but for a different reason...I wanted to know if that store had cameras out front...to see if Ron had anyone else in the car with him and also which car he was driving. I just don't think we will find out anything in regards to that tape. Bummer!

NG and JVM have the power to obtain this tape so I wonder if they would obtain the surveillance tape from the Kangaroo Store on Feb 10th if we asked them to.

Does the sunshine law only pertain to a murder case? If not why hasn't much if anything about the drug case be released?

My theory is the perp entered through one of the windows in the children's bedrooms and went and unlocked the back door before he grabbed HaLeigh.

tommy llived across Tyler five houses from the giant dumpster that sits on the corner of monroe and tyler. tommy lived on same side of street as dumpster parking lot.

to walk from tommy's to Ron's, one would go down the street towards monroe, turn L on monroe to green lane...Cross Monroe..ron's house 2nd on R. There are only three houses on Green where ron lived.

Could a person have popped off the window in either of the children’s bedrooms and entered the home? The windows on this trailer are situated very low so someone could easily have crawled through a window and unlocked the side doors before they went to grab HaLeigh who was lying just beyond the entrance to the master bedroom.

If two people were involved, one person could have replaced the window after the other perp handed them HaLeigh. If one person committed this crime, they unlocked the side doors after they entered the home. After Misty turned the lights off, the perp knew when it was safe to enter. Jr was in the same bed as Misty and because he had taken a nap during the day, he was alerted to the sound of squeaking floorboards but not Misty because she was tired and sound asleep. The children’s bedrooms are on the opposite side of the trailer and unoccupied so any noise a perp would make during his entry would be minimal. The perp was able to conceal his identity from Jr because it was dark in the bedroom and he faced the wall where HaLeigh’s mattress was situated during the invasion. He fled through the kitchen and out the back door into the secluded woods. Unfortunately Junior didn’t wake up Misty, and when she did, she noticed HaLeigh was gone. This is a very easy home to burglarize and Misty and HaLeigh were easy prey.

Have LE examined other windows of the home to determine whether they were tampered with?

LE would have looked at all the windows and doors.

How did he know where the kitchen light was and why did he turn it on?

If it was planned he would have just brought a little flashlight.

Are you thinking a stranger perp or an acquaintance perp, Bluesky? Do you have ideas regarding why people are making up stories about Joe getting mad because he couldn't find a gun and Misty hiding under the blankets with Jr. etc. if it all happened while Misty slept and she doesn't know who it was and why?

How does this explain officer 1256 stating at 3:27am that Haleigh was last seen 1 - 1 1/2 hours ago (2:00-2:30am)?

Officer 1256 was at Tommys at 3:37am on Feb 10 because his dogs were barking, however, he was not charged until the 27th?

I am totally lost...

This may explain why LE was on Tyler St. Feb 9-10, 2009.

The dog was barking prior to the 10th, the citation was issued on the 10th, it was probably entered into the computers on the 27th.

and I don't think the officer was there at Tyler before going to Green.

I am still hoping that the incident report that someone said they were waiting for can be posted to clear this matter up. I believe the nuisance call at that time is related but I would love nothing more than to be able to rule something out in this case and the incident report would help to do that. The docket lists the date of 2/10/09, I can't help but be suspicious of that.

BBM: Does this mean it was PCSO officer R. Clarke that handled this issue? Is Officer Clarke male or female? Anyone know?
Reason I am asking is because we know the responding officer(1256) to the 3:37am 911 call is female.

Not sure if officer is male or female, but I would guess that yes it was the officer that handled that issue.

We know that MC called 911 a little after 3:00 am and according to this there was an officer still at 116 Tyler. the officer staes She was seen within her residence, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago she who? Haleigh? How long had he been there and why? Was this when "screams were heard by neighbors or because dogs were barking? Seriously do police respond to barking dogs at 2:00am or just wait until the next day?
I almost need to place this in two threads
