We know that MC called 911 a little after 3:00 am and according to this there was an officer still at 116 Tyler. the officer staes She was seen within her residence, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago she who? Haleigh? How long had he been there and why? Was this when "screams were heard by neighbors or because dogs were barking? Seriously do police respond to barking dogs at 2:00am or just wait until the next day?
I almost need to place this in two threads
