Thank you gngr~snap, but I have seen and heard the dispatch tape more than I care to admit LOL

I still do not think the officer was there before going to Green, and I'm almost positive that her being there had nothing to do with a barking dog. I think she was at Green and went over to Tyler once she learned Misty had family there. The whole last seen time is confusing, not sure what to think about that, but I do not believe they were there before the 911 call was made.

You may be right! I understood that a non-emergency call came in a 2: (something "teen") I can't remember. So in all honesty it could have taken an officer quite a while to respond to that call... BBM: I am! I definitely think something hinky about this whole situation.

Greenwood stated in the interview the call came in at 2:13am ( which means that was the beginning of LE involvement. Misty's 911 call went in at 3:27am.

I find it awfully weird that officer stated H was last seen within her residence 2:00-2:30am. That was stated during the 3:27 phone call.

Maven2379~ The dog was barking prior to the 10th, the citation was issued on the 10th, it was probably entered into the computers on the 27th.

and I don't think the officer was there at Tyler before going to Green.

This is the full transmission from the dispatch, the night Haleigh went missing




This is the transcription of the police radio transmission:

OP=dispatch. MLE=male LE. FLE=female LE. Single digit numbers behind MLE or FLE correspond to the different deputies responding to call. S = Sgt. Blanks are where words were garbled. Numbers beginning with 12 are individual officers’ ID numbers, those beginning with 11 denote rank of Sgt. When OP or anyone else calls out an 11 or 12 number that officer responds with his/her number – usually.

We know that MC called 911 a little after 3:00 am and according to this there was an officer still at 116 Tyler. the officer staes She was seen within her residence, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago she who? Haleigh?How long had he been there and why? Was this when "screams were heard by neighbors or because dogs were barking? Seriously do police respond to barking dogs at 2:00am or just wait until the next day?

I bolded the statement..that she was seen.....Who told the officer that info...was it someone who lived at 116 Tyler...??? If so, how could he/she have seen Haleigh??? Where did this officer get this info???...........

I got the impression that someone over on Tyler (Tommy, Lindsey) told the police officer that they had seen Haleigh around 2-2:30a. I always wondered about this. Misty says she went to bed around 10p (which I don't believe) and woke up around 3am and Haleigh was gone. Someone from Tyler was at that mh between 2a-2:30. IMO, it was Tommy. And Misty was not sleep around this time. too much is happening around this time.

Okay, not sure if this fits all the timelines...but I'll throw it out there....

What if there was a "woman screaming" (heard by neighbor) and that was MC screaming at Haleigh in anger because she wet the bed (blanket smelled like "pee"), MC so angry she loses it (and may be under the influence of drugs so that intensifies the anger) and causes deadly injury to Haleigh. She calls her brother (neighbor hears her crying on the phone), he comes over and finds Haleigh deceased. He takes her off premise (dumpster?), tells MC get this cleaned up before RC gets here, calm down, I have to get her out of here (because he knows it's important when there is a crime committed that you have to hide things) and the dogs start barking when he returns home to enlist the help of another or other people in person or by phone/text (J.O. comes to mind here) to move Haleigh from dumpster to water. MC "cleans" up and throws stuff in washer, dryer, wherever while she's "freaked out."
Or maybe I am way off. I still can't put RC out of this and innocent. Not yet. Wish I had every cell phone record and ping from every family member from about 2:30 p.m. the previous day to 2:30 p.m. the day little Haleigh was reported missing. I think that might help.

Yep. If someone said that they saw Haleigh at that time, I totally agree that someone was at RC's MH. I'm not convinced that if they saw Haleigh that she was necessarily unharmed at that time.

That's a good point you make about not needing to get someone else to help. And that makes even more sense than what I posted - LOL
But I think that if MC did get mad and bring harm to Haleigh, she wouldn't know what to do by herself and would call brother to deal with her mess. Unless he was already there. Who knows. I just have a hard time with RC's anger, arrest issues, decision making process, etc. and cannot believe he wasn't involved on some level (at this point.) Gheez. Maybe they were all there. Only time will tell.

Then I come back to the dead rat. That was a huge message to me - "Rats die" - just a reminder not to "rat" on RC/MC. Making Tommy, MC and RC three peas in a pod. All 3 involved somehow.
RC brings harm to Haleigh "because of something MC" did (in his mind.) My own exhusband punched me in the throat, knocking me to the floor then dropped our newborn on the concrete and as I was crawling across the floor to get my baby, he screamed "Look what you made me do!" So I know this stuff happens. Anyway, then RC tells MC to deal with it and keep her yap shut or he'll kill her (we all know he's teflon Ron and doesn't stay in jail long.......well until now), he is really ticked off now because he has to get to work and he leaves, he calls and calls making sure she remembers to deal with it. She turns the phone off because she has no idea what to do. One way or another Tommy gets called and ends up disposing of the body. By who, I don't know. But then there are g'mas saying they stopped by and saw Haleigh eating dinner. Again, Gheez.

Actually, I still have no idea how this went down but I do believe the rat was a message, they are all three (hTC/RC/MC) criminals on some level, someone hurt that baby girl and it wasn't a stranger, all three are sitting in jail, all three have done things to hurt small children - emotionally at the very least, and all three know something.
I bet we could figure this out if only one of these people were honest! UGhhh.

We all wish we knew the phone records...but alas...anyway, I DO BELIEVE your theory is...in part....like mine...Someone moved Haleigh, either from 202 Green lane to the dumpster...OR...from another MH...ToC's? to the dumpster and then shortly thereafter got help moving her elsewhere...Those 3 dogs hitting on it...convinces me she WAS put there momentarily...She HAD to be hidden...and fast...after she died...the dumpster was the closest and most convienent......all...JMO...

I will not be surprised that LE finds out they were very much involved with HaLeigh's case.

At the time of the search at the dock where they say HaLeighs case is now homocide, he also stated there were 7 POI (in that video).

Here are my 7: I put them in order according to who I think( for today ..lol..might change my mind tomorrow)has the most involvement.

1. A dope boy Ron either ripped off or owes money to.
2. Misty
3. TiC
4. CC (TiC wife)
5 ToC
6. LC (ToC wife)
7. JO

So, the paper was served to Tommy at 11:00am Feb 10th.. so these papers were served to Tommy aprox 7.5 hours after Mistys 911 call?

There was an officer there at 3:27am Feb 10th responding to Misty's 911 call.

Am I confused?? Please help out...

Okay this makes sense. Elderly neighbor was tired of hearing barking non-stop (I would be too!), reports it, they make contact the day Haleigh is reported missing. So, in my mind barking dogs Feb.9/10 are a non-issue as far as Haleigh's case goes. I think. Night all, I'm beat.

No officer was serving barking dog citations at 2AM from 6 days earlier that's for sure!
The officer was there because a call had been made. AT 2:13Am... and the officer responded to 116 Tyler Street. Where there was nothing but sleeping occupants! That just so happened to keep him/her busy until 3:27Am? When Misty's 911 call came in.
Also TN was at the MH or with in a mile or two before 911 was called because she stated she lived 12-15 miles away. No way she could have shown up as fast as she did... S I M P L E ....They are all lying!!!!!
