Thanks gngr~snap for posting this. But the part I bolded sounds strange to me. Why would Ron say to go to my house. It was Haleigh's house too. Wouldn't he more easily had said to go to our house or home?
It's little bits of dialog like this that makes this story sound odd or made up. JMO

Reminds me of the interview where Ronald was giving a walk-thru of the MH. When they came to HaLeigh's bedroom he said something like "This is where she resided." I thought that was so bizarre - who would say that?! :crazy: The natural thing to say would be something along the lines of "and this is her (HaLeigh's) bedroom." JMHO ~

Every car since 1991 (at least) with airbags has it posted on the outside of the sun visor! If he can read he knew that already. He also took parenting classes they say it over and over!!! AND TN was in LE. (sorta)

Thanks for making me go back and look at old articles and posts. We still have the same questions now. IE Can you confirm that the AC man saw HaLeigh? I also find it odd that no one has come out and stated that RC was at work or not at work for PDM that night or just to talk about him as a coworker. This is probably because he was at work IMO - The unthinkable happened before RC went to work.

What was RC doing the entire weekend before, when MC was having her party weekend? It definitely sounds like they were breaking up doing the back and forth thing until the final break up. Going back and rereading makes me think there was a lot of fighting weeks before ... Misty was scared of getting kicked out so she tried really hard to get pregnant but did not so she faked it by using a pregancy stick from her sister n law (all rumor but makes sense to me) If Misty could get pregnant easy she would be IMO - all the drugs and sex probably have taken a toll on her... In any case RC was not happy about that. He was furious. He was working for the PDM deal due to the fact that he had these kids and this was not a good thing so he accused her of it being someone elses and he kicked her out on Wednesday. MC was going to get back at RC by having a wild weekend and boy did she.

She came back on Sunday and RC told her to get a condom according to Nay Nay so she went back and did but MC realized she was still really upset with RC so she left and went to her parents and slept. Greg called her and she decided to hang out with him again on Sunday night. RC called her parents and could not find her and realized she was back out and he knew he needed her since he had to go to work. he was fighting with his Mom bc she probably said "I am not babysiting for you everynight so you better get this fixed" but MC never came home that night. Now RC was boiling and he overslept and he was not a happy camper.

He did drop HaLeigh off and if I am not mistaken they had a daycare for jr at least they did when they were all dealing drugs. In any case, RC called MC to come over bc he knew he needed her. This is where I think they slept but when they woke up and the fighting began and than 3PM came .... RC has been rumored to take out guns. MC is coming down from a huge binging drug weekend. Accoring to rumors RC uses drugs heavily. Guns, Drugs, and major fighting ... picking up kids.. Lots of things can happen. ToC, TiC or maybe Jo did the cleanup.. MC was supposed to do the 911 call before RC got home. RC kept calling to make sure everything was getting done like he said and MC was too scared to call 911 on her own they tried once but got scared so she turned off her phone. RC kept to his timeline and when he got home he was so furious that 911 had not been called yet and the whole bunch were all screwed up on drugs...

Okay so It is late and I have had fun with this real possible scenario IMo after reading lots of posts from a year ago.

Could she have driven to meet Ron... to settle the score so to speak and Ron let Haleigh drive back with him while JR rode with Misty?

Then Ron says he got Haleigh from the bus and Jr and Misty were sleeping.:waitasec:

Can't be both ways... :snooty: He wants to provide another alibi what for I'm not sure. 3 neighbors can't all be lying OR maybe they can. :banghead: This is where I think the A/C man's comments to LE may be the smoking gun. What did he see/overhear while there?

Maybe he just dumped Haleigh in the yard and drove off with just a couple of choice cuss words to Misty and the kids and didn't want to say so in a taped conversation but I'd think that the last time he saw his missing child would be branded in his memory forever and he'd remember who was lovey dovey to whom.

I did read that he was Ron's cousin, then I also read that he (the A/C guy) worked at the same place as Ron's cousin worked. But all that was not in news articles... it was in posts somewhere.

MC was supposed to do the 911 call before RC got home. RC kept calling to make sure everything was getting done like he said and MC was too scared to call 911 on her own, they tried once but got scared so she turned off her phone. RC kept to his timeline and when he got home he was so furious that 911 had not been called yet and the whole bunch were all screwed up on drugs... This would make sense except for one thing. At 2:15 am, there was an officer at Tyler St. The supervisor asks why the officer is there, and the dispatcher replies that the officer is there to verify the last known time that HaLeigh was seen. I know, it doesn't make sense, because right after that, the officer says that she's going "back" to Green Lane, and it's been said that she had not been there yet. This is the same time that all of le is headed to Green Lane. :waitasec:

OK on the off chance there was some incident. Like haleigh riding in the truck bed and falling out, or Ron hitting a curb alien abduction etc.... A law abiding citizen could have gotten his tag... reported him. A neighbor could have seen Haleigh injured... or activities. OR a nursing school student (a mandatory reporter) could have anonymously

I've read news articles that say:
1. TN said she picked HaLeigh up.
2. Ron said he picked her up.
3. Misty said she picked her up.

<shrug> It's like for everything they say, wait a few days, and they or someone else will say just the opposite. I think at this point, Tommy is ahead, with his "I was not at the MH. I was at the MH. I was not at the MH." :rolling:

Chelsea recently said the last time she saw Haleigh was at the bus stop...now she didn't say the day but people are assuming it was the 9th. If true, then it is likely Chelsea that was driving the blue van....but why would she be at the bus stop? She didn't have school age children. Perhaps one can say it was for Lindsy's kids but the same witnesses who claim to have seen misty say Lindsy was at the bus stop in a red vehicle.

Anyway, if Chelsea was there, it was Chelsea driving the blue van, not misty.

Why does this case have to be so confusing? The witnesses could be confused and we darn sure know the players are more than confused because they do drugs. Where does that leave us, or better yet, where did it leave Haleigh? What did these God-forsaken people do to that child?

I believe that RC knew before the 911 call that Haleigh was deceased. In the early interview where he's crying his eyes out he states that he'd give his LIFE to get the LIFE of his daughter back. One would think that the proper thing to say is, to get MY daughter back. Which indicates that her LIFE was gone and he knew it. I've no doubt that his tears are real. He knew that she was dead and was never coming home.

Another thing that bothers me is how both RC and TN can squeeze a tear almost on demand. They can be bawling their eyes out one second and then completely stop when asked a question. They both do a lot of eye squeezing indicating that the tears are forced.

Haleigh's last day of school is still on my mind. Correct me if I'm wrong. They were running late as Haleigh requested a special outfit that they had to drive to GMS to pick up. Then they go to school and MC signs Haleigh in and then walks her to class. Did she really make it into class? Was RC with them that day? I still feel that the time line is off. Just because GMS says a certain time doesn't make it so.

I'm starting to wonder if TN and MC got into a physical altercation prior to Haleigh's disappearance. All of this is IMO.
