Were the tests done at Aunt Leisa's house? Isn't she and Donald the Aunt and Uncle who were with ron on several illegal poaching of deer, etc? I noticed she said there was a bear on the wall in the house and several other hunter related trophies. Asking for verification. I should have kept notebooks....this memory system is starting to fail me.:waitasec:

Water, washing mentioned in affidavits are red flags at times. She adds Pee to the list which in my mind was unnecessary to say. She seems very turned off by it to..maybe digust is a better word.

We have not got one good piece of info about this case from LE. Cummings/Croslins are all liars and nothing they say is necessarily near the truth. I will never believe that mc and rc were back together on Feb 9. Since I don't believe they were a couple, that makes TN as another who is not telling the truth but is struggling to provide a cohesive picture of the couple. Why? There will be found some answers.

Tn mentioned that she sent "A family member" over to check on the kids. Does that mean there was reason/worry to do so? Why didn't TN go over there? Was she close by in her single wide trailer, if so; y was it neccesary to send her mother instead? Does that bother anyone but me? Where was TN on Feb 9? Did rc call her when he and misty were fighting? If so, I wonder what time he called.

That tape was once again edited, Dodie. I wish we had the outakes. I am concerned about the deer blood, the gun in the mouth, which didn't happen, according to her but she found it important enough to bring it up.

Two years ago, didn't LE say they thought there may be four people involved?

this edidited version really upset me, so I don't know if I could stand the outtakes. It's been 2 long years, & going back to the beginning, is unsettling. There are so many things I've forgotten...like the jewelry. I don't remember that necklace at all. But a long while back, I did have a vivid dream about a men's jewelry box, so maybe that necklace is stored in my subconscious somewhere. Misty brought up a lot of what other people were saying, so I guess, that about the gun in the mouth, was going around. IDK if I believe that, but I do believe somebody threatened her. I got that much. The only mention I ever heard about somebody putting a gun in a mouth, was Ron. & that was to himself, so maybe that story got twisted. MOO.

With some one misty's age and being female, they are usually extremely good at details of what people are wearing when around them. They can nail a perp's description with uncanny accuracy.

The fact that she didn't know what Haleigh was wearing is disconcerting.

So glad he is locked up, I really am. Sometimes being the "daddy" of a missing daughter is not enough to give someone the benefit of the doubt especially when he acted like a reckless animal, I mean how many of you would have left your precious children in the cares of someone like him?

This all may come down to some Politics in the community and them protecting their own residents. I am going to do more research but it is very odd for a State to have sooooo many Counties. We have 58 in California and they have 68 in Florida. Look at the difference in size! Lots of money going out to support these very small populated Counties!! I thought it was strange that no one was out talking to media at the time. They are either living in fear of LE or living in fear of getting physically hurt by somebody. It can't be that almost every residence has a phobia against cameras, could it?

Tommy did state Ron C shot the mirror, but when and where is the question? I didn't notice any mirrors at the Green Lane residence that looked like they had been shot at.. Also IF a bullet ricochets can a person be killed by it?

I maintain my stance.. Ron C was playing BAD AZZ with a gun and unfortunately Haleigh paid the ultimate price...JMHO

According to Tim Miller, Ron threatened to blow Misty's brains out of the back of her head. He seemed to think himself a real "Bad Azz" when he had a gun with him.

All the above, bothers the hades out of me too. Well, who is usually the first person called when someone is in trouble? Mama, that's who. IMO, Ron called Teresa and Teresa called Annette. I would really like to know where Teresa's phone pinged from when she called her mother to go over to the MH. I'm also curious as to why the "family member, who is reportedly a nurse, just happened to be with Annette when she drove over to the MH.
I feel that there was a lot of reason and worry for TN to call her mother to the MH.

I think TN is very much involved. I'm really starting to think TN is the one responsible for whatever happened to HaLeigh. I think Misty was called in and made to believe it was her fault. I also think RC is coving for TN. There has to be a reason why the father of a missing child refuses to help LE. MAJOR HINKY imo.

4Jacy - it may not work for you but are you basing that on your "theory" or experience? I've been where Crystal S. was with RC and you do what you have to do to survive "for the kids". Not much sense in letting him go overboard and take out the whole family to prove he's the "big man". It happens more than people realize. She had custody of the kids. He took them. Snuck them back to Florida and pretended he was taking them for a visit. He just never brought them back. She had already been threatened with her life by RC and she knew he wasn't kidding. So, to say that the "mama bear" instinct would take over and you would run with the kids is the only answer is not a one size fits all solution. Unless you've been in those shoes, you don't know what you would do........from one minute to the next.

Just wanted to say Thank You for this post. I have been in those shoes and I totally agree with you.

I've posted this very same theory a few times in the past. I think it very plausible that TN is the responsible party and Misty really doesn't know what really happened, she only knows what she has been told. I do believe that Ron would go to prison to protect his mother. If this theory is true, I really don't know how she lives with herself.

That's really interesting SweetDreamOfYou. Makes me wonder if Misty tried to perform some type of life-saving act, such as CPR on HaLeigh, after finding her possibly deceased from an overdose (or something)...Just thinking out loud here ~
