the last official, (& by official I mean somebody besides the family & Croslins), word on this came from Ron's lawyer after Ron cut his deal. He made a statement about having people who put Ron at the bus stop. He didn't say a word about LE putting him there. MOO

JMO his lawyer wouldn't feel the need to place him there, since LE already confirmed he picked HaLeigh up at the bus stop.

Right, but the cops have also said there are "several" POI's and really, 3 people known around the child that night, are in prison, all targeted, Ronald said he was targeted as well, and shouldn't some be asking why the LE would target him?

I know for a fact Ronald had to be shown the "proper" way to hit those little kids, and I know for a fact he has a bad temper, and I know he was distraught with Misty being gone. I dont personally pretend to know Ronald Cummings, but I heard in his own words how he would mangle someones hands and then do something and get away with it. He's one bad dude.

Absolutely. And IMO, Ron and Misty, particularly Ron were targeted in that drug bust. Even after being arrested, Ron admitted to that reporter that LE was questioning him about Haleigh and he maintained is stance that he knew absolutely nothing..Now...if LE thought Ron was innocent or had no knowledge of what happened to Haleigh WHY would they be questioning him almost a year later (after drug busts) about what happened? IMO, LE had known all along that Ron had information and some of that information he decided to give up for a plea deal. go figure.

What bothers me is, if Ron had to be shown the proper way to discipline his kids, common sense tells me that prior to being shown the correct way...Ron was doing it the wrong way...So I wonder, how in the world was he disciplining his kids, to the point someone had to step in and show him the correct way? Sounds like abuse to me. JMO

Interesting how everyone is so all fire sure about saying TN was not there. :waitasec: Seeing as how she was able to break the speed of sound in getting there with her framed pic of Haleigh.

OH I do believe that Teresa was there. In fact, I believe that she was there way before that 911 call. I was merely pointing out people who have stated that either they themselves were there or pointing out that one of the five was there. I also feel that Teresa was there as well as Hope that night and early morning just prior to LE showing up.

This is an excellent post. I can guarntee that RC called more than once. Anyone that knows him knows that he is a Serial Caller. He pesters and pesters people.

Crystal said he would call x20 a day and that was when NOTHING was going on. He called many many times that night. you can take that to the bank.

IF he didn't reach his target or get what he wanted you can also be sure he would take care of it in person. The prroblem in this case is he worked alone in that yard and nobody saw him leave/return. LE said there was an opening in the fence in the yard where he worked.

TY lone...I personally believe Ron was with Haleigh that night later than he claims. I also believe TN was there at some point. But I was referring to people who have said they were at the MH around an alive Haleigh after Ron allegedly left for work.

Tommy's stories were not believable, IMO, but I include him on the list because, true or not, Tommy did actually say one time that he was around an alive Haleigh that night.

AS actually places herself there three times that evening: 7:00, 7:30, 8:00.

Misty claims to have been there the entire evening/night/early morning.

AC man never publicly claimed to have been there so I have not included him. Same goes for whoever accompanied AS. I left TN off as well because she has not publicly stated she was there.

So, it is my opinion that TWO people who have at some point admitted to being around an alive Haleigh that night are in prison, and ONE is still waltzing around free.

I think Crystal also took parenting classes, I don't find that strange in any way, and I don't believe Crystal or Ron physically abused their children. I think both love their children. I believe Crystal loves Ronald very much and knows he wouldn't have hurt her, and his pastor also believes he didn't hurt HaLeigh imo, much like Tim Miller and others, heck even Chelsea said he was a good father and was also good with her daughter. Some stories vary, but I believe they all know Ronald was a good father and it wasn't easy to raise his children as a single father, at a young age, but he did it.

Well, its very much standard for every couple having custody issues, to go through these parenting classes, Ronald was ordered to do these after he met Misty and DCF had started showing up, for whatever reasons.

His pastor also said he worked 8 hours that night.....

And I cant really pretend I know who Crystal loves and to what extent, but usually women never want to believe someone they once loved and laid down with and made children with them, could hurt them, I mean no mother wants to think that towards any of their ex's, but this life is not fair, and fathers and mothers kill their children everyday. Ronald also sat in prison and told Teresa it was either Crystal or Misty who took his child.... that is just terrible.

You're right stilettos. Maybe one way we can determine the "truth", is to take all these lies everyone has told and look at the opposite of what they are saying. :waitasec: For example when they say Teresa wasn't there, for example, that means the opposite is true, therefore she was there, and they are hiding that fact. :waitasec: JMO

Thank God that Jr. will get a chance to grow up without this kind of a father. I wish Crystal the best for her and her children. Jr. should be what, about 15-16 when Ron gets out?

it wouldn't surprise me a bit if she doesn't have a matching "Ron" on her backside as well. The way she is talking to her mom from jail about Ron just makes me :sick: 'Mom, mom, guess what... Guess who I just rode with...". Like a 3 yr old that has just seen Santa.
