Wasn't it Chelsey who claimed TN offered to pay Misty to babysit? I would think IF Chelsey had that infor mation she was either with Misty when TN called or Misty called Chelsey and told her TN wanted her to babysit......And IF Chelsey had the van perhaps it was Chelsey who picked Haleigh up and took Haleigh over to Misty's parent's house..JMHO

Lindsy relayed the information about TN calling MC to babysit. MC told her.
I think it is an AH article, I can look it up if necessary.
It would help if we knew what time TN called MC, if she did.
I am not convinced it was Misty at the bus stop. I wonder how often she drove if she had no license? J. Santos did not know the players that well, he could of mistook Chelsea as Misty. Or Misty and Chelsea could have both been at the bus stop but Santos did not mention seeing 2 adult females in the van. So many questions, so few answers. :banghead:

Theory:
Ron and Misty, through negligence, accidentally kills Haleigh, dispose of her body.

Ron and Misty concoct a plan for Misty to call 911 to report Haleigh missing while Ron is at work, then she is to call him.

When Ron never gets that call, he tries to call Misty to see why.

Misty (like a typical drug user) gets stoned, zones out for a few hours.

Ron gets home, slaps Misty around to sober her up, then the 911 call gets placed.

The reason why neither have (or will) confess is because there is no upside.
The moment they dispose of the body, both are locked in to the lie for good.

Was Misty even there for that interview? My understanding is she was being questioned by LE and was told not to go down there during the time of that interview, but what do I know?
However, IF true, this ONLY serves to prove IMHO Ronald Cummings held Misty responsible for what HE did to Haleigh due to his out of control behavior..
He accidentally shoots Haleigh and rather than except any responsibility for his actions he decides to set up and frame Misty for what he, himself did...
In his sick mind she is the one responsible for his actions..He and his family justify their actions by thinking If it weren't for her this would have never happened...
How sick is that when a person cannot accept responsibility for what they have done and even feels justified in setting up someone else to take the fall?

IMHO.. There may have never been a reconciliation between Ron and Misty IF that incident had not occurred. And Misty would have never gone back to make a call to 911 IF she had not been present when the incident happened.. I'm certain Ronald Cummings put her on a guilt trip from HELL-O to get her to help in a cover up and stage a fake abduction at another location......
And she was too stoooopid to realize he and his family were setting the stage to set her up...JMHO..

The Thanks button just wasn't enough for this post EM. I for one have often wondered how Misty could have been pulled into helping cover for Ron or anyone else involved. Yes, guilt would do. And Ron and his mother both could put Misty under their spell, so to speak. If Misty was out on a wild weekend cheating on Ron, she would be in the very perfect mood in order to pressure her into believing she was partially responsible and impressed upon her it was her duty to help cover whatever happened. They probably made it all sound so reasonable and possible for her to pull off with LE.

Oh, she'd call it home. It was the one she moved into with Ronald, her hero who dragged her off the streets he then threw her back onto in a fit of pique.

He could have been at work and left the kids alone. I think that is highly possible because of the way he describes how he makes sure ALL the doors are locked before he leaves. Who buys that if has a sitter? What's the point of locking doors when an adult is still in the house. That guy is nuts, I tell you.

The other point is rc tells Cobra that LE wants to know what took so long for him to get home from work. Ron explains it by driving slowly and stopping at a store. He was proud he was on tape as he tells cobra all about it. Didn't we first hear about that tape and that it was recorded around 2:25am.?

TN is calling for misty to babysit and ron explains how he kissed misty, Haleigh and JR all goodbye at the Mh before he left for work...hmmm.

ITA- what would be the point of having to ask her to babysit, if she were already there at the MH with the children? The problem is, who is it that is lying.... Neither TN nor RC place themselves at the MH anytime after Ron was suppose to leave for work. So how would either of them know anything about the events that took place at the MH unless they were there?

IMO, Ron left the children at the MH and locked them in.

as far as the drive home, i wonder if LE has Ron leaving much earlier on video from the parking lot of PDM...and that is why they are asking him why it took him so long to get home. (if the time stamp on the store video is right) maybe Ron got off work at midnight, and didn't work the overtime, maybe Ron didn't know there were cameras in the parking lot of PDM? therefore he is thinking LE has nothing but the store video of him... JMO

The very first lie I caught was on NG. On Feb 11, ron stated they all slept in the same bed: On Feb 13, he made it clear Haleigh was in her own bed.

When asked how this got so acksbackwards, ron replied, "I haves NO idea, ms Nancy". Why didn't the producer pick this up is my quesito? He has NO idea? He is the one that confused the facts...and continues to do so. No one challanges him. He hides behind his attorney...who makes up stories to protect him. It reallly disgusts me.

We have four people who could be guilty of killing Haleigh and can't figure out which one. I bet if we had just a few pieces of what LE has, we could solve it in a NY minute.

Give me the crime scene photos and show me the phone records....then tell me what hours ron really worked..

...Why doesn't Satsuma even have a cell tower??? grrrrr.

It is my opinion...the Magnolia residence WAS searched...and that is the crime scene...altho the LE have kept TIGHT LIPS..about it..like everything ELSE..

I don't think the crime scene occured in the woods..UNLESS that is the burial site..

I wonder if she was injured fatally at one place and died at another. Because Ron never moved back into the MH. Gma Sykes said that Ron and most of the family broke down before they got to the steps to go inside.

The only reason I could see for Ron to not want to go into that house was to avoid memories of what happened there. Because if she was hurt/died at another location, Ron's MH should not have had family members breaking down at the thought of going in.
