General theory thread and motives rehashed #3

I haven't really followed Haleigh's case much in the last year, but I pop in from time to time to read. I came to this same conclusion/theory a long time ago as well. It just makes sense. I had read that a Mexican was missing but could not find any reference to it in any of the media reports, and I scoured everything. It got me thinking that maybe the potential murdered person was either A) an illegal alien drug dealer, and no one would know he was missing other than his friends, who won't talk because they are involved in taking Haleigh as a retaliation hit against Ronald, or B) a person on parole/probation for prior crimes who is now listed as absconded (but is actually dead)... I looked through the list and it is a big list of absconded folks, so hard to weed through for potentials.
Anyways, just 2 ideas I thought of.
I really do think this theory is solid, but unless someone talks, it will remain a secret. They aren't going to cop to a murder charge to beat a drug charge. Not even if to prove themselves innocent of murdering Haleigh. Freedom from LWOP means more to them.

I have been wondering why those in jail would not tell the truth rather that do 15/25 yrs. And I just couldnt see how all of them could be involved in Haleigh's death. Maybe LE knows this but can't prove it, so no one is being arrested. Sounds like a pretty good theory. And if the person murdered was someone that had hurt or done something to Misty, this would give Ron, Tommy, and Timmy reason to stick together, which was odd that they didn't turn on each other. Maybe LE does know. All the body and weapon searches that have come up over the last couple of years would make sense if this is the case. No one will tell because everyone either knows, or is involved, and doesn't want or a family member or themselves going to prison for life.

IMO, the cops know Ron hurt his daughter and is responsible for her death. I mean, his plea deal is he tells the truth about Haleigh, well, he is still obligated to that if he is charged with her murder. If hes charged and pleads the 5th, he makes the other plea agreement null and void, so right then, hes going away for at least 50 years. I think it was brilliant strategy, because hes going to be in prison for the rest of his life, one way or the other.

I am of the opinion that Ronald Cummings is an angry young man filled with rage and violent tendencies. I’ve formed this opinion because I have NOT ignored what’s been said when person after person DID come forward with accounts of his lifestyle. People who interacted with Mr. Cummings over the course of many years, paint a common picture of anger and violence.

An acquaintance of his girlfriend, Misty, said this:

His former employer was so concerned about Ronald Cummings that Sheriff’s deputies were requested to watch shift changes in case “Cummings was upset”!



The following is what another convicted drug dealer had to say about Mr. Cummings:



Tim Miller, a man who the President of The United States believed in enough to name a recipient of the “Thousand Points of Light” award, told this story about something Ronald Cummings did, IN FRONT OF HIS OWN SON!:

Do I know for sure he is guilty of this crime against his daughter? Of course not, but I’ve got to tell you, placed along side of ANY other suspect in this case he deserves extremely close scrutiny.

Is it because he has gotten away with everything he has ever done wrong? Does someone in his family have the judges in their pocket?

Ronald tried to get Crystal Sheffields sister to beat up his pregnant girlfriend. And this was a child that was born with disabilities. Where do we get the idea he is a gentle man? His pics with his kids brushing their teeth with them? Is that all it takes for people to say, oh hes a good guy, he could never hurt them based on these pictures? Because he looks happy showing Haleigh a fish he could never hurt her?

Papa your post was spot on ! :rocker: Ronald Cummings is NOT a mild mannered, caring man. His actions and words have given him away time after time. I don't understand the parents in this case or the KC case. I've always impressed on my kids it's best to tell the truth. If one of them got in trouble, how could I just stop the truth an tell lies, an cover up for them ? I couldn't, b/c it would go against everything I have taught them, and they would be def. be confused. If there was a time to teach one more lesson in his life this would be the perfect time to do so, and maybe the last. And I could hold my head up knowing I did the best I could w/o losing my self respect or that of my family's, during, or in the aftermath of a tragedy. And I could always look my son in the face and tell him I love him with w/o a guilty conscience. These parents have to live w/their choices they have made, whether good or bad.

From the beginning, NG has championed Ronald Cummings as an innocent man. I thought she would change her mind about him soon enough, but even after evidence of his threats and drug activities, etc., came to light NG still championed him, going as far ast to promise to wrestle angels, FGS! This just makes no sense at all. The man is clearly a , a junkie, a gun-freak and a threat to society on many levels and if none of that was evident in the beginning it became evident shortly after, yet NG never turned on him. I suspect that those who still adore Ronald are those who still adore NG.

Anything found would yield nothing after all this time, IMO, unless it is a body and even that might not tell the story. I seriously doubt any evidence will ever be found; they made sure everything was destroyed or disposed of in a manner in which it could not be found, or could not be traced back to anyone in particular if by some fluke anything would be found.

But maybe some day someone with information of value will be arrested for something serious, and that person will need to make a deal. (I am still allowed to have hope, right?)

It would be a happy day for me, first of all, when we have justice for haliegh; secondly when all the truth comes out and NG tells the world on her show what Ron's real actions were in this case. All is JMO.:rocker:

I at one time entertained a theory that the children were being watched by TN and something happened to HaLeigh. I thought this b/c TN seems to want to distance herself from the home that HaLeigh lived in BUT has all the answers when asked--no matter what. TN also mentioned on NG one night, about how HaLeigh would NEVER take oxy on her own, thinking it was candy, b/c it is bitter, and TN admitted to having to take them b/c of an injury she had. It is reported that TN called Misty and begged her to babysit that night. (but I am still trying to figure out WHY TN would have to call Misty, if Misty was with Ronald the night before working out their problems and they woke up late, and that is why Ron was a speed demon racing past the bus stop---that is another thing too, IF Ron and Misty woke up late to get HaLeigh to school, and the kids were still at the bus stop when they were racing to GGS, then she wasn't necessarily late, b/c the other children were still at the bus stop--darn went off subject..again) I haven't really thought much about this theory in a while. JMO

I think because she knows Haleigh's in a very bad condition and wants Misty there to take the fall for whatever happened to her. Maybe she did give Haleigh too much of something. Maybe she knew Haleigh was beyond help and she knew she could tell Misty Haleigh was asleep. Maybe Misty bought it and left the kids there alone to do whatever she was doing....who knows.

I really think the night of the 911 call Misty didn't know all of what happened, if any of it. I also think it was TN's voice that was heard on the 911 tape. Not the one talking to the dispatcher, but a very short 2 sec. in the background, close to Ron taking the phone from Misty. I believe she was there when the 911 call was made. I have several theories, but this is one of the main ones for me. :crazy:

ITA....I have several theories too, but TN always seems to come into play in all of them. She knows too much.

I would love to see her and GGMS be hauled into LE for some major questioning and LTD's. LONG OVERDUE!!!!!!

I agree! Bottom line for me is that something happened to HaLeigh while she was in the care of someone other than Misty. I agree that Ron wouldn't be sitting in jail right now, keeping his trap shut, if Misty was the one who harmed his daughter, the same goes for ANY of the Croslins. IMO, the police named Misty as the "key" being the youngest and most naive, and LE was thinking she would be the easiest to trip up and get the truth from...Then when they couldn't get info from her, they turned to Tommy, who at one point was labeled or threatened to be labeled as a suspect, all in between running to do interviews in Mass. with TIC&C--They thought that the Croslins had the answers and they would be able to get them to talk, as LE doesn't know the Croslins as well as they know Sykes/Cummings/Neves bunch. They know they will get nothing, so they went to who they thought was the "weakest link"
