I've never before heard of getting arrested for trespassing in a cemetery! Wonder what that was all about?

For that matter, I wonder what Mr. Cummings was doing in a cemetery with his 15 year old cousin?

Did he have custody of Haleigh at that time? Anyone know?

Mr. Cummings was awarded primary residential responsibility for Haleigh and Junior on 12/5/05.

Wow Papa! Your skills never cease to amaze me. How on earth did you find this! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh: and Hope was along for the fun too. I've got to digest this for a while...........tee hee.

In December? I thought I recalled hearing him state he had custody of her since her second birthday which is in August.. Perhaps I misunderstood what he was attempting to say.Wonder IF August was when he took Haleigh and Jr. from Crystal and wouldn't give them back to her...JMHO

Some have stated since Hope is now having to experience the grief concerning the death of her mother that perhaps she will reveal some information to help solve this case, that is, IF she has any information as to what may have happened to Haleigh.
Right now I'm somewhat concerned as to just how deep her loyalty really might be towards her cousin, Ron C ...JMHO

Lone, you are too funny...I need to digest this for awhile too...

Papa, my hat off to you...you are amazing and no one can deny that...

What in the world were they (Ron and Hope) doing at a cemetary trespassing? I remember in the dream thread someone was adamant about Haleigh being placed in a cemetary....At first I didn't give that much thought but after seeing this I just don't know...And why would Ron at the age of 22 take 15 year old Hope with him? What is wrong with these people?!

ETA: This cemetary is on San Mateo Rd...is this the one where his grandfather was buried?
That report Papa posted gave me the chills....Now I think Haleigh just might be in a cemetary somewhere....what better place to take a dead body? Who's gonna think to check a cemetary for a deceased person? quite clever, IMO. "We're already 10 steps ahead of the game...." says Hope Sykes. jmo

Maybe RC was hunting illegally for deer. He was arrested for that several times. Perhaps, the police officer just wrote him up for tresspassing and let him go on the hunting charge. IDK

No, the trespass charge involving Mr Cummings' "hunting" trip was an altogether different incident and is an interesting read as well:

WOW, Papa, you're good, you're very, very good. So Elisa & Donald Squires plus RC were in on this little hunting expedition, hun? And this was three months before little Haleigh went missing?

No, not 3 months, I year and 3 months. Haleigh went missing February 9, 2009.

This incident was in November of 2007.

going out on a limb here....When Jr reported hearing the squeaky shoes and the couch bouncing, maybe it wasn't Misty with another man, Maybe it was Ronald with Hope.... i know it is gross, but really, we spoke about possibly Misty and Tommy..maybe, given that many of us think Misty wasn't at the MH that night, Maybe....

IDK anymore....

Don't feel bad I actually had the thought of putting up no baby hunting signs. Nothing could be more gross than that.

Everything about this case has been gross, a horror, a true nightmare.
There's a mother with no idea who killed her baby. There's a baby with no body to be found. There's a body with no one to mourn it.

The list goes on and on. How can a deer get this kind of speedy justice and a human child is lying cold in the ground somewhere.

imo There is nothing we can think of grosser than what has actually happened.

SweetDreamOfYou--- i couldn't agree more... honestly, i didn't want to allow my mind to wonder in that direction.

I totally agree. And IMO there isn't anything more sinister or evil than lying to a mother about the death of her own child in order to protect the father who didn't deserve the right to be raising his children in the first place...JMHO

IMO.. I don't believe she is capable of giving them the whole enchilada. IMO. I suspect she knows what happend ..how and where it happened but I doubt she knows how or where Ron C and family disposed of Haleigh's remains. They would never allow her to have that information..JMHO

I would be OK with this:

Misty being offered immunity from any and all possible charges surrounding Haleigh's disappearance and the ongoing investigation, PLUS a commutation of her drug sentences for telling all she knows, even if she cannot provide all the missing pieces of the puzzle.

IOW, if Misty knows what happened, when and where it happened, and gives that information to LE and passes a LDT, I would be OK with her going free on the drug charges and not being charged with anything Haleigh-related. If Misty goes as far as to lead LE to any kind of physical evidence, I would be OK with her receiving the reward money.

This is only if she can pass a LDT or if she and her attorney agree she could do sodium pentathol for questioning. With full immunity, she should have nothing to fear by speaking the truth.

I realize that would be giving Misty a lot, but LE gets a lot in return, and I see no harm in setting Misty free in exchange for the truth. And just think how livid some other POIs would be if they (or those they are covering for) remain in prison knowing Misty is free!

I think Misty knows enough to help LE solve this case. She doesn't have all the answers so LE would still have work to do but what Misty knows would point them in the right direction, IMO. Plus, it would make some other people very nervous, or royally pizzed.

I am ready for LE to pull out all the stops and get closure for Crystal and Junior, at least. I draw the line only at a murderer not paying for their actions; I do not want immunity offered to anyone who participated in any willful act that caused the death of this child. To some extent, a plea deal could come into play there, but not immunity.

Ugh, I see this has turned into another long post... if anyone can teach me how to say what I just said in few words, I will be happy to edit. :innocent:

I'm assuming that this is also the Aunt Elisa named by Misty as being the other part of "we" in Annette's statement about "we" being at the MH that late evening. I wonder, has this tree farm been searched?:waitasec:

Hummmmmmmmm I think that is very plausible. It does sound like Hope on the 911 call and she is sitting in prison right along with Ron, Misty and Tommy. She could have been the standin babysitter after Misty was ran off. It would indeed be interesting if we knew what phone calls transpired that night on Hope and her mother's phone as well.
