Rons lie about the door being broken in with a crowbar makes me rule out his innocence.

TN's refusal to say why she was so worried she sent her mom over to the best babysitter/gf house to check on the kids and GGMS never saying why she was worried enough to go check makes me doubt their stories.

Just thinking out loud here. Let's say Misty decided to come clean and admit she was not at the trailer till 3.

She would have to have proof where she was and witnesses. Every witness she could probably call has been trashed so bad nobody would believe them.

She would have 4 adults, Ron, TN and GGMS and whomever she brought over swear she was there.

You make a very good point, of course. Consider though, that Misty has not come clean and has never admitted to not being there. On the contrary, she has always insisted she was there the entire evening/night.

Whether anyone would believe it or not, or it could be proven or not, really is no reason for Misty to not admit it. She has said a lot worse that could not be proven, IMO. The fact is, she has not admitted this and I think she would have since it would be an admission that would not point to her as guilty for Haleigh. Unless LE has said to Misty directly that they know she did not harm Haleigh, she must think that they suspect she did. Misty may not have much to gain by admitting to not being there, but she would have nothing to lose at this point by the admission, IMO.

IDK, these people do not think normally. I do not believe Misty is protecting Ronald or Tommy. I thought she was for awhile but I do not see how she can be strong enough to take that protection this far if she herself is innocent.

she wasnt there at all till 3am but tells ron and everyone else she was but she was asleep... this would make sense as to tommy knocking on the door but no one was there this is one thing i actually believe...

I really dont think Misty was home but they all think she was!

IMO They know Misty was not at the MH that night Ron C and family just want us to believe she was there..JMHO

It was J. Santos.. IIRC. He claims Austin got in that van too.
He is the one who also claims Ron C was driving like a bat out of hell on the morning of the 9th and barely missed hitting several children waiting for the school bus..JMHO

This should not be difficult for LE to either confirm or deny. Since your memory is so much better than mine, perhaps you'll recognize the name in this article (link below), a women (TP) who claimed to be Ronald's neighbor at the time of HaLeigh's disappearance. I don't recall ever hearing this name...

Tell you what, at this point, if we held back opinions of one side, we'd have to hold them back on the other as well. This forum is unique in that there is way more leeway here than most other forums on WS.

So essentially (please correct me if/where I'm wrong here Em) you're saying that Misty was at her parents mobile home (can't recall street name now :crazy but she would have had to make an appearance at 202 Green Lane sometime around 5pm for the A/C man...right?

That is the whole problem in a nutshell. I think if you spent anytime with Ron and Misty you would really see it.

In the first place I do not believe Ron C picked her up from the bus stop.. I believe Misty or Chelsea did and took her to Misty's parents house and an altercation between Ron C and Misty occurred there...
My theory is Haleigh is deceased due to her father's out of control temper and his desperate need to prove what a Billy Bad Azz he is while threatening people with guns.. JMHO

Last I heard the a/c guy was a close friend of one of Ron C's close relatives, but who knows IF that is true..
J Merchant is the one who stated the a/c guy was cleared by 5:00 am on the morning of the 10th...To be honest that statement has always bothered me...Just doesn't feel right...
LE has never revealed who the a/c guy is.... JMHO

Thanks for the link. I don't recall ever hearing that name either..Poppins lived on the left and I can't remember the name of the people who lived in the MH with the lattice.. I think Whisperer or someone else may know though..JMHO

I don't know IF she made an appearance at 202 Green Lane when the ac guy showed up there or not....We don't know IF the a/c guy ever saw Misty or IF he did, who was with her at the time. We haven't heard a word from him, we don't even know what his name is.. LE has never told us anything other than he was cleared by 5:00 am on the morning of the 10th.

Could this AC guy havfe unlocked the back door to check the unit outside and forgot to relock it and Misty never rechecked it? Allowing Little Haleigh to wander off outside after finding herself alone in the middle of the night?

Could Misty have given the kids something to put them to sleep? then sneak out to Partay?

I really don't know.. I'm somewhat inclined to believe Jr may have been with AS or KB..
It has been revealed TN asked Misty to babysit that night and she didn't want to but did agree to do so IF it was ok with Ronald... I'm thinking TN never got a clearance from her son..My theory is Ron C went after Misty or whoever when they picked up Haleigh from the bus stop.. And when he caught up with her all hell broke loose and Haleigh, unfortunately paid the ultimate price...And I suspect all of this happend not too long after Haleigh got off the school bus..JMHO
