General theory thread and motives rehashed #4

:woohoo::woohoo: I've been wondering around on the old Haleigh Rumor thread trying to refresh my memory on the local's comments. Very, very interesting now that time has passed and we all know alot more about this case than early on. Wish we could discuss some of the things that the locals gave up. :seeya:

I sat up all night about a wk ago with that thread. Just couldn't stop reading. You're right, it was very interesting. But can't talk about it here.:silenced::panic:

I do not need him to return to Satsuma, I just need him to answer some questions for me. He was there, he spoke with some locals as well as the players. I want to know what's going on in his mind about this case. IMO it would be closer to the truth than anything CC has said.

I'll tell you someone else I would love to talk to, Tim Miller. But he was given such a hard time in Satsuma, he would probably as soon forget that whole thing. But I bet he hasn't forgotten Haleigh yet. He is such a good man.

You know Misty's words explaining why she was washing blankets, taking blankets down from the window and the "my blanket was in the van that they took" statement seem to have more meaning since Misty gave her story about Haleigh being put into a black bag and put into the van.

I wish we knew if Misty's blanket was ever recovered from the van. I also wonder if Haleigh's body was wrapped in the blanket prior to the disposal of her body.

Anyone else wonder this?

Lone, where did everybody go? I bet they all ran downstairs. :D

Yah, I know. I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing. That poor baby, and her grieving mother and brother. And there's no sign of Haleigh anywhere, not a piece of clothing, a shoe, an earring, or a hair...seems that LE would be at least curious about a concrete slab that was poured at Rita Lane at possibly the same time as a child goes missing without a trace.

So, am I being too logical? Just say so, I can take it ;)

We found out at the time of the river search the cops had combed the landfills for Haleigh right after she went missing. We are not privy to exactly what they did. If Tommy couldn't get into his home for days after Haleigh went missing, I am inclined to believe that even if Teresa did express interest in renting it down the line, it wouldn't have mattered.

More public pressure should be applied to Ronald. The public should be demanding to know if there is a problem in his timeline.

I would, too. But I would never call anyone unsolicited. I am too shy for one thing...and I am one to respect other people's privacy for another.

I am sure Cobra and Tim know a whole lot about what went down, but they would not speak to any one of us over the phone because they could not be sure we would not quote them...or mis-quote them. If it were me, that would be my fear.

Right, she's probably not on Rita Lane. But she has to be somewhere, and I think it's somewhere they were pretty sure if not positive she'd never be found. Under concrete qualifies as that, IMO. Ever moreso than in a river.

As for Haleigh being in the St. Johns, even though the whole clan is highly unusual, I cannot see any one of them putting Haleigh in that water. That would take someone with a heart of stone, IMO. And there's only one person of all the known peeps in this case who I think has that heart of stone, and it's Misty.

With that said, I'm ready for the tomatoes to be thrown!
I think some things were thrown into the water, but I don't see any of these people taking a chance on a body floating up or to shore. morbid, I know, but there are just too many stories out there about ponds etc...being drained, fishermen hooking clothes, bodys floating to shore...For me anyway, there are just too many references to hunting, guns, deer blood, trucks, hiding spots...I think she may be in the woods somewhere. but then again, a well might have seemed like a good idea to some people. One good thing about this bunch being locked up is they can't keep an eye on a hiding spot & move things if the heat is on. MOO.

No sweetheart, you're not being too logical. We were all on that in the beginning. But after a lot of thought, I, at least, didn't think that's where she would be. Reason being: why wouldn't the LE look there first? Of course, then you have to wonder about the LE, and I ALWAYS DO!

I think they, and "they" meaning perhaps RC's father, uncle, perhaps TN's boyfriend (but I sort of don't think the BF would get involved in that. Why should or would he, just because he is with TN.) I'm more inclined to think that it was RC's father and uncle under the instruction of TN and GGS.

Your thoughts?

I think it was the menfolk as well.

I will agree with something LE has stated--that this is no stranger abduction. I do believe something of Haleigh's would have been found if it had been.

I have considered Misty's words and I believe by "they" she meant LE. The blanket was in the van that LE took. JMO.

According to C Croslin all Misty's belongings were in the van when LE took the van.. IIRC Chelsea claims she is the one who picked them up after Ron C dumped them in Nay Nay's mother's yard..I suspect Misty and Ron had not reconciled their differences like Teresa Neves would like for us to believe they had...or that Misty was with Ron C when he woke up on Monday morning..
I suspect Ron C didn't have a sitter for the kids on Monday night either and thats when TN called Misty to babysit, offering to pay her...We heard Misty agreed IF it was ok with Ronald... I'm thinking TN may have never gotten a clearance from Ron C but told Misty it was ok anyways...I'm thinking Ron C was fit to be tied when he got to the bus stop to pick up Haleigh and found out Haleigh was with Misty and Misty had taken her over to her parent's house.....JMHO

Yeah, you're right. They both would be wise to not trust anyone speaking of this case without really knowing who they are....everrrr!

I'm not shy, but I do try to be respectful of another person's privacy..
I have spoken with Cobra .Cobra put his number out on the airwaves and I called him, however he did not pick up when I called and I did not leave a message.. I hung up..My number must have appeared on his caller ID because he called me back about an hour later..
We talked..And he answered several questions that were troubling me at the time..

No, but their family that is still out running loose sure can. I wish they had them all locked up.

Well..that's very cool, IMO.

I've been thinking about those dumpster hits and thinking maybe LE wasn't exactly lax in the time it took to check it. I remember reading that it wasn't a regular dumpster, but more like a construction dumpster. Also, I don't think it was directly behind the trailer. I don't know if there's a connection, but Tommy lived near and he was in the drywall business, I think, and then there were those hits. Maybe LE was acting on a tip. Also, if it was a construction dumpster, would there have been a tampax in there? I remember reading that it was full of construction type stuff, like drywall or sheetrock. Anyway, I was just thinking about there maybe being a connection between the dumpster & Tommy's family business. MOO.

One thing about the letter that "Scrubs" the mystery woman delivered for the older retired FBI man, was it said "the fathers house" basing it as a starting point to count steps. The father's house could have been Hank Sr.'s & Lisa's old house on Magnolia. Just saying...

I went searching for the words in that mystery letter and what do you know, another black plastic bag was mentioned.

"Check the back of father's mobile home," the letter read. "From the right end of the mobile home extending out continue for 540 yards straight. At that point go north 12 yards. Dig 2àè-3 feet, will strike metal covering an old well, check inside, black plastic garbage bag."

Good point Dr. Know. It's possible that it meant the Magnolia trailer. It certainly didn't make a lot of sense if it was Green Dr. "Check the back" indicates, to me, that you would have to be facing the rear of the trailer when you viewed the "right hand end of the mobile home".

"540 yards straight" from the right hand end, if viewed from the rear, puts you in the St Johns river.

I've entertained that thought..
Anyone know or remember exactly when "Scrubs" delivered that message to the newspaper?
I'm thinking it was quite a few months before the Shell Harbor search...

The letter was dated September 23, 2009. This is the letter:

I 100% subscribe to all of the above Em and I think we should freeze-frame this and build everything that occurred - that is to say, "what happened to HaLeigh," following this!
JMO~

BBM:
That's a good point. Maybe she was there that night, although she really doesn't live there. Now I'm wondering why she would use that place just for one night, if she doesn't live there? This could be why she arrived at the mh so quickly...:waitasec:

Maybe TN had some reason for not wanting LE to go to her actual address right away. Maybe somebody needed a little more time... (JH?) Just a thought.

ETA: She had to know that, at some point, LE would figure out/get her actual physical address.

Child abuse killed Haleigh Cummings, imo. It was not a a gun with messy blood splatter, this was a classic case of a druggie having a kid, and killing it with his hands or fist, and we all know from Annette that Haleigh was "hard to handle" at times. Ron Cummings is not the compassionate loving tender nurturing father that his family has tried to make him out to be, there is not one indication on that, I mean this guy was trying to get Crystals sister to physically hit a woman carrying his child, that is disgusting, and how anyone defends that is beyond me.

I think I am one of the only ones who think LE have done their jobs here, they can only do so much with people who wont talk. And even if he gets out, he will be right back in, because they will have his eye on him. This guy was caught in a cemetery with a very young Hope Sykes...... this case is probably more twisted than meets the eye.... I bet its very dark.

I think Hope would be able to separate herself from the extremity of Haleigh being dead based on the fact that she isn't a mother herself. If its going to hurt two people, Misty could have been talking about Ron and Hope.

Chablis, I can't help but believe a gun was involved..And Haleigh was shot...
Entirely too many statements have been made in the past two years about guns...stealing guns, hiding guns...cleaning guns... deer blood in a van... carpet taken out of a van..JMHO

When I saw the Geraldo interview with Ron asking if he was involved with drugs and he got so defensive (a sure sign of guilt) And when TN, AS and the rest of the bunch gathered around (mob mentality ) I feel like TN's boyfriend "J" is heavily involved in whatever criminal activities this bunch was in. I find it strange that he didn't accompany TN to the trailer when Haleigh went missing. Was it left to him to dispose of the body? I think the whole Cummings family & "boyfriends" should be questioned and polygraphed.

Where are Hank, Lisa and Lindsy now? Are they in Daytona Beach with TiC & CC?

Just wondering IF we have ever even seen TN and her boyfriend together? Did he attend any of the vigils or the balloon releases? Is there a video of him with her anywhere? Does AS have a boyfriend? Where is Unka Donald and Rooster?
Do they attend any of the functions held for Haleigh? JMHO

I hear ya, but Ron is an out of control loose cannon, there would be lots of gun stories, and I just cant take the word of a stoner like Chelsea Croslin that a van was moved. I cant believe her about one thing, and then thinks shes lying about others. And really, maybe you are right and she was shot, but based on Ronalds actions, I think if she was it would have been in that house, or maybe Annettes and thats why he left to go live there, I really have no idea, but I dont think this happened in front of any of the Croslins.
