Croslin spent the weekend partying, although she was home by the time Cummings went to work Monday evening.

So now i am wondering.... When exactly did Misty return to the MH? Was it Sunday night when TN would like us to believe she was there working her problems out with Ron, or Monday evening before Ron went to work like GGS would like us to believe? So Ron went to work in the evening........ LOTS could have happened between the time HaLeigh stepped off that bus and Ron going to work in the EVENING!!!!!

Everyone picked their fight a LONG LONG time ago. You aren't going to change anyone's minds.

well, i know i didn't believe the story about Ron and Misty making up Sunday night especially when it came out that TN called Misty and asked her to babysit the kids Monday evening (if she was already there and had worked problems out with Ron then it would be pretty senseless that TN would have to call--and Misty's comment about If it was OK with Ron, further proves they weren't together working out their problems the night before HaLeigh went missing) JMO

You are absolutely right in saying Teresa is lying. They are all lying...WHY? JMO

I still have my suspicions, and i really wish someone from the school (a teacher, PTA member, custodian, bus driver....someone) would confirm her attendence. JMO Just like PDM no one is confirming nor denying.


I wonder if Ron was out looking for Misty Sunday night, and locked the children in the MH and when he got home, went to sleep, to wake the next day and find a deceased HaLeigh, that sure would explain him driving like a bat of out he77, almost hitting children at the bus stop. (and it may just have been to get HaLeigh's favorite outfit, but not b/c she was going to school) JMO

So if the lies start the day BEFORE HaLeigh went missing, i am willing to bet it is a STRONG possibility that something may have happened to her that weekend.

Excuse me, but.. I NEVER stated Ron C would be charged with Haleigh's death eventhough he should have been on February 10, 2009......
Truth be known, I have little faith and absolutely no trust in PCSO or the investigators in reference to how Haleigh's case has been and is still being handled....

FTR... I stated the Croslins would never be charged with anything pertaining to Haleigh's death UNTIL Ron C was charged...

IMHO.. TN is lying because she doesn't want anyone to know Misty and Ron C had not reconciled their differences...They were not together as a couple on Monday.. TN had to call Misty and ask her to babysit and Misty told her she would IF it was ok with Ronald.. I suspect TN never cleared it with Ronald and when Ron C found out Misty or whoever had picked up Haleigh he went after the van.. He found Haleigh with Misty and all hell broke loose..Haleigh died due to him playing bad azz with a gun attempting to either threaten or kill Misty...JMHO.

Yup, i did see them. Just b/c they are online doesn't make them real. it is unbelievably easy to create documents and put them up online for people to see. Until someone comes out from HaLeigh school and says she attended school that Monday, then this will continue to be in the back of my mind.

Yeah, but she shouldnt be unsure if she saw the child die and had to clean up blood. Shes missing because shes dead and someone hid her body real good. If she died before Misty got there and his family, probably Hope helped him get rid of her, Misty would be unsure, as it registers about what really happened. She knows deep down what Ron did but its not like she was his soulmate confident and he would tell her where she is or what happened. No way. I cant figure out how Tommy factors in here at all. jmo

according to FH, it was Misty who called TN offering to pay, but I'll admit that doesn't make much sense. Why would the gf have to pay the gm to babysit? and where would Misty have gotten the money? If nothing else, those jail tapes showed how this family has to scramble for every dollar. Misty herself said that she didn't want to babysit..so what did she want to do? sleep? go elsewhere? But, IMO, there are enough stories out there about babysitting, to know something was up. Ron and Misty supposedly argued about babysitting. It was reported that it was because she wanted to babysit her brother's kids. Which brother? TC was injured and in bed and CC was working on insurance papers. LC was in class, so why would Tommy have needed a sitter? I've wondered if the argument was because Misty wanted her brother to babysit. Much later, AS admitted to being mad because Misty had left ron without a sitter, the weekend before. Why couldn't Ron watch his own kids? He had time to gather Misty's clothes and throw them in NN's yard...where were the kids during this? TN told the judge she would help, so why didn't she? It has also been reported that Misty would often leave the kids alone, and Ron sometimes left the kids in his car, while he worked. Anyway, after Misty's weekend, (which they all knew about), she was the last person who should have been expected to babysit. JMO.

Yeah, even though it shouldn't make sense, it feels right, doesn't it? This is the version I mentally go with, but all it might really prove,as far as that particular night goes, is that Misty didn't want to babysit. and my next question would be...would she have bothered looking for another sitter, or just left the kids alone? JMO.

The one I saw on line showed HaLeigh at school but it also looked "doctored".

Yep, another of those red flags where they never gave straight answers. Guess it helped their cause that HaLeigh was reported missing in the middle of the night -- so who knows whether it was Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

It really doesn't matter who they came from they could have been altered, that's is all i was saying---although it came out kinda snoody and i apologize for that .

I was just throwing some theories around..to see if there is anything that makes more sense than what i got. I am always trying to think of something new. When others post and i read them, new theories pop in my head.....just take it for what it is worth, as i don't believe them all myself. lol
