I maintain my stance....LE will never charge the Croslins with anything pertaining to Haleigh's death until Ron C is officially charged with either voluntary or involuntary manslaughter in connection to Haleigh's death[/SIZE]

I can't discount the witnesses at the bus stop that SAY THAT HALEIGH got OFF THE BUS that afernoon, Monday. I also can't totally disagree with LE's timeline which is well after the 3:30-3:45 (approx and from memory) of the bus letting the kids off at Tyler/Buffalo Bluff bus stop.
So, to me, HaLeigh went to school...at least was there to catch the bus to ride home to her bus stop.

Again, I have to consider the source when referring to Flora H. She means well, but not highly educated and heavily medicated. She repeats only what she's told, having not been here during most of the timeline... AND considering who likely told her any of this... well, I'm not swallowing it without a good second glance, when she stated that MC ASKED TN to babysit. Nope...that woman's eyes alone couldn't stay open during that interview and she was groaning, fcol! She got the story mixed up, not meaning to... No... IF anyone had any money to offer to babysit it would've been TN and even then, I doubt it was much or even possibly in way of actual money.
Course, this is ALL my opinion.

according to FH, it was Misty who called TN offering to pay, but I'll admit that doesn't make much sense. Why would the gf have to pay the gm to babysit? and where would Misty have gotten the money? If nothing else, those jail tapes showed how this family has to scramble for every dollar. Misty herself said that she didn't want to babysit..so what did she want to do? sleep? go elsewhere? But, IMO, there are enough stories out there about babysitting, to know something was up. Ron and Misty supposedly argued about babysitting. It was reported that it was because she wanted to babysit her brother's kids. Which brother? TC was injured and in bed and CC was working on insurance papers. LC was in class, so why would Tommy have needed a sitter? I've wondered if the argument was because Misty wanted her brother to babysit. Much later, AS admitted to being mad because Misty had left ron without a sitter, the weekend before. Why couldn't Ron watch his own kids? He had time to gather Misty's clothes and throw them in NN's yard...where were the kids during this? TN told the judge she would help, so why didn't she? It has also been reported that Misty would often leave the kids alone, and Ron sometimes left the kids in his car, while he worked. Anyway, after Misty's weekend, (which they all knew about), she was the last person who should have been expected to babysit. JMO.

IMHO....It doesn't make sense because thats not what happened... BTW..Who is FH? Seems I'm having a brain freeze...

ETA.. Flora Hollers? My understanding is FH received a call from a poster and the poster wanted her to ask that question on the NG show...... But the poster had the specifics of the call bassackwards... or either FH totally misunderstood what the poster was telling her...Thats WHY FH said it was Misty who called TN and offered to pay to babysit.. You're right that scenario makes absolutely no sense....JMHO......

I recall specifically that when asked Misty if she loved Haleigh she said yes and it was true according to the test. Lots of that transcript was cut out and I recall it being explained that it was the part of the conversation that was about Rons' involvement. Does anyone have a link to this transcript? I would like to verify I haven't completly lost my mind.

I think Grandma FH was trying to relate what was told to her by Tommy and Misty, and it is evident that she was trying to stay in touch with AS and TN per the tip of the Shell Harbor search. She (FH) seemed to be willing to turn Joe or whoever was involved in, maybe cept Misty. She was the one who advised TN and AS to the search of Shell Harbor, and they brought it upon themselves to search there, WHY?

I'm sure she went to school too. The bus stop witnesses had no reason to lie, but I do wonder why Ron and Misty told a contradicting story. I have a hard time believing CC's story of being mad because Ron wouldn't let her talk to Haleigh, and Ron's tale of letting Haleigh drive home, is preposterous, IMO. Please...somebody would have noticed, for sure. JMO, but all of the feel good stories are the most unbelievable...CC mad at Ron because she wanted to talk to Haleigh, Haleigh driving home, Tommy cooking dinner, Ron and Misty driving out of the way for Haleigh's favorite outfit, Misty walking Haleigh all the way to class, Ron and Misty sitting up all night, working out their problems...anytime I hear a mushy story, my hinky meter goes haywire. These weren't feel good, mushy kind of people. They were drug users/traffickers, take off for the weekend, gun fighting, robbing old blind men kind of people. Tommy cooking dinner, was the last straw for me. These were people who heated up a can of green beans and called it supper. JMO.

Sorry to quote myself, but I think FH has a heart and wanted to do what she could to try to find Haleigh and help the family out. The only problem was and is, is that the family already knows, and Lord knows why her grandkids, tommy and misty were not telling her the truth, and confusing matters. I feel she was trying to help out, and that help resulted in Cummings family members to keep on the alert, and further the cover up.

The entire story goes awry at the bus stop. Well actually the whole story goes awry about picking up the outfit and dropping off at the school. Wish LE would come out with more info about that. Then we would probably know. I know, for a fact, even tho I cannot link and document it, that I heard TN in an early interview, state that She picked up Haliegh at the bus stop, lt was like they were still trying to get the story straight.

Don't remember what the poster had asked but pretty sure it happened, and pretty sure that FH didn't exactly get the info right.

My opinon is that at least 90% of what FH said was guided by family members who had $$$$ in their eyes.

I'm no longer sure how much Misty & Tommy really said that was attributed to them. The biggy that he said it was Joe -- iirc that was Flo and he somewhat agreed. It's also my opinion that everything Tommy said was to get himself out of jail. Hey, it worked well with the he went over at 10 o'clock. With Misty, same thing -- wanted out of jail and bottom line is that most was what someone said Misty said. We've no idea what she really told LE, just her family.

Misty & Ron had several conflicting stories. She was there but he wasn't, and she couldn't follow the script.

I also believe she was at school that Monday, but would be surprised if she was on-time.

And you're right about the "feel good" stories. Even GMS said they were eating green beans though wasn't the original version Chef Boradee.

Believe that was actually a NG transcript error and she said "my son".

Obviously KP was concerned about the number of days HC had missed school, not that particular day.

I've never thought HaLeigh was not in school that day, but still say the odds are she was late leading to particular outfit and racing dad stories.

It's a long shot but I did think maybe she had been picked up early and not at the bus stop, but then who did the other people see? Wish we knew what the bus driver saw.

I say TN did call Misty and she was not telling the truth when she stated on national tv Ron and Misty were up all night on Sunday night trying to work out their differences..JMHO

Well, according to White Boy Greg, he last spoke to Misty while she was at the hospital visiting her father on Monday, February 9th.

Later in the interview page states the last time he saw Misty.

"In our interview, Page says he last saw Misty about 4 a.m. Sunday, Feb, 8, and learned later she was going to visit her father, laid up in the hospital from a car accident, busted leg.

He says Misty called him, “said she wanted to hook up later.” But later never came. He says he called, but she never called back, and he didn’t reach out after Haleigh turned up missing. “I didn’t need the heat,” he says."
