Hey Ger! Wanted to say thanks for all the photos and runs you've done since this case began. Appreciate you and your input MUCH!

Unless I missed something recently, only Misty's test reports have been published. Unfortunately, because I think we'd all love to see them. No, they're not fail proof, but in Misty's case she was given a total of five or six tests in three different formats over the course of a year. The first was inconclusive, and the rest showed a significant level of deception. Taking into consideration possible flaws in the testing methods, when you look at the results as a whole, it spells l-i-a-r. As for the first one being inconclusive, I imagine she didn't give clear yes and no answers because the details of "the story" hadn't been worked out yet.

Living here in Putnam county Florida for over 25 plus years... I can assure you that there are NO SURVEILLANCE cameras, such as along any of the streets that one travels. The ONLY camera's available are the ones that are INSIDE the convenience stores and that's for their security such as being possibly robbed. Since HaLeigh's disappearance there have been SOME camera's installed at SOME businesses in PALATKA. In Satsuma and Welaka... NO.

ITA... Somehow I doubt GGM would want us to know her supposedly route and who was in the car with her coming & going IF she was anywhere near that MH. Yikes, it might actually provide a real time.

Hi Dodie, that was the LVA, it has the percentages, which is very odd IMO.

ITA it would be good to see straight forward questions. JMO I believe polys by LE do. And no percentages.

There would've been only two routes leading from AS's home in Welaka to 202 Green Lane. The one, 308 would be out of the way, leading her more southward into Pomona Park. The other route would be leaving from her house, past the Welaka Kangaroo onto county road 309. To which after passing many churches and a small variety of family owned stores all within Welaka city limits, you travel on 309 through pastures and woods. No video surveillance cameras along the roads in Putnam County. At 309 and Hwy. 17 intersection, *where the south district PCSO sub station is now located at the traffic light in Satsuma~the PCSO wasn't established there at the time of HaLeigh's disappearance* Again, along the short route on Hwy. 17 there are no surveillance cameras... The only one being INSIDE the Satsuma Kangaroo. Going around the curve, there is Buffalo Bluff road on the left, to where AS would've made her turn to go down towards Green Lane. Again, I cannot stress enough the desolation of the area, woods all around and NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. None, zip, nada. So, Police here couldn't have collected evidence of that nature, cause there just wasn't any to collect.
As for TC/CC/JO coming down Hwy. 17 from Paradise shores, again there would be NO CAMERAS...same thing for TN coming from Rita Lane. And seriously, the ONLY way anyone could have established any kind of timeline with a video camera is IF THEY stopped in a KANGAROO CONVENIENCE store that had an OPERATIONAL camera set up. At the time of HaLeigh's disappearance, not all of the Kangaroo Stores had one that was operational, they were 'dummy' cameras... Even within the city limits of Palakta, the 'hub' of Putnam county, there are far and few cameras that are operational outside. Even those that are there, are trained on the entrances of the businesses, such as the car dealership...and NOT on the road it sits on.

Got it. Everything that Misty said about AS being there that night means nothing. If LE is really using that "visit" as part of their timeline, no wonder they can't solve this case.

I agree. IMO AS coming forward with the statement that Misty was there that evening put a real kink into the investigation. Not only the story changed but the timeline changed as to when she was at the MH. It was moved from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This statement appears to taken at face value by LE and the so-called timeline based upon her statement. Misty later on comes up with the very detailed sing-song recitation of the events that evening to reinforce AS's statement as well as Teresa's statement about sending over family members to check on the children. At this same time, AS and Teresa were singing praises about Misty so why did Teresa feel the need to send the family member to check on the children. Why was there concern at this time of the evening? This was supposedly prior to Misty "turning her phone off" and Ronald not being able to contact her. At this point, Ronald and Misty were suppose to have been having a little spat over the phone. So, why the need to send AS over?

Greenwood has stated....."It's been clear from day one that the contradicting statements from the family members are not the truth," so IMO LE should have never ever considered GGMS' story to be the truth and they should have never used any part of her story to establish a time line..JMHO.

I dont think they are basing it on Annette, I think the timeline at 7 starts when Ron punched in.

This is what I think. I think Haleigh Cummings could either be like what Jaycee Dugard is going through or she is dead and her body is somewhere well hidden.

Well, I really believe the timeline starts when Ron went to work, it matches the time he told the PAstor he worked, and thats why the LE said HOWEVER, him being at work means nothing considering they dont know when what happened did. If the LE are really basing a timeline on someone who would lie for Ron we are in trouble.

Truth be known I suspect this case has been in trouble since the beginning..

Ron C, himself, told dispatch he had better MF's to talk to.. IMHO... He already had someone in mind when he made that statement...IMHO.. He knew someone in LE would cover for him and see to it this investigation wouldn't be investigated properly....PCSO and those responsible for handling this investigation need to be investigated by an outside agency...JMHOOTS.

ETA.. IMHO...That's the night the lights went out in Florida..

Yep, video cams and some cell towers would have solved this case. There is one video of RC but it has never been released...hmm.
