MOO...If a 145 person applied press to my neck or shoulders for nine minutes with their knee, there should be damage to tissue. The autopsy states how they opened his back and examined the tissue. It states clearly no damage.

It takes pressure to cut off the airway or pressure so hard to his back or lung area, GF couldn't take a breath.

I know its strange, maybe we will hear this addressed.

Its just my opinion. I tend to look at both sides of any situation.
It has been addressed
'
  • The nuchal ligament — the back part of the neck where Chauvin's knee was shoved — can withstand lots of pressure.
  • Floyd's autopsy showed no bruising on his neck, either internally or on his skin.'
Chauvin Trial: Expert Says George Floyd Died From A Lack Of Oxygen, Not Fentanyl

Is there documentation for this? I'm interested in the details of what happened.

Thanks....
I'll see if I can find an article that discusses the 3 shootings he was involved in and the car chase. I believe the officer involved in the car chase was also his partner when they chased down Martinez, and (Nutter) shot him. The third was the domestic abuse call when Chauvin forced the bathroom door open and started punching the suspect. The suspect tried to defend himself and Chauvin shot him twice in the stomach.

Both Chauvin and Thao had a history of violence and excessive force. Thao was involved in a lawsuit for assaulting a man and causing serious injuries.

There were 18 formal complaints against Chauvin but not all of the details are available. Imo

Page three of the toxicology report, list dosages and expected ranges in the lab report.

The largest dose of 100mg patch range is 1.9mg - 3.8mg
GF had 11mg at 9:00 pm, several hours after taking the drug.
MOO...
That is the fentanyl though, not the methamphetamine.

The toxicology reports do not indicate when he took the fentanyl. He had norfentanyl in his blood, which means his body had already metabolized some of the fentanyl. He had none in his stomach, so that disputes the claim that he had ingested fentanyl during the arrest. Imo

It seems weird to use the word “safe” when describing meth use. Even more strange to use the words “safe” with meth AND fentanyl. Citing prescription fentanyl use being “safe’ in combination with meth has little merit. It seems more reasonable to think any combination of these drugs used outside of doctors supervision is “unsafe” especially for a man with heart problems.

I believe the ME doctor said that there were no visible pill fragments noted in the stomach. They also did not test the gastric contents for Fentanyl. IMO, the autopsy was completed hours after GF died, and the possible / probable ingestion of any bootleg street drug-tablet like we saw on the dash would have dissolved in or about 30 minutes from ingestion , as many pills do.

Just want to chime in that a heart attack and heart failure and cardiac arrest are totally different things too. Lots of folks live with heart failure (which is why I haven't posted in awhile). Heart failure just means my heart isn't capable of pumping blood through my body effectively which causes an array of symptoms I try to manage.

A heart attack (myocardial infarction) occurs when blood flow to the heart is blocked. Afaik, there's usually noticeable damage to the heart muscle. Cardiac arrest is when your heart stops which obviously happens in every death.

My best guess is that the defense will argue death due to cardiac arrhythmia (irregular rhythm of the heart) triggered by drug use and Mr. Floyd's bodily response to the altercation with police (adrenalin, endorphins, cortisol, etc and their effect on his heart). I don't agree it exempts the officers in this case though I think a cardiac arrythmia is plausible (as is asphyxia) - but I do believe that's where Mr. Nelson is heading.

ETA due to poor phrasing: Cardiac arrythmias can be caused by a lack of oxygen in the heart which is why it and asphyxia are both plausible to me personally. Either/or but obviously both due to his restraint regardless imo.

Does anybody recall a very early report of DC working in a nightclub? My memory is fuzzy but I THINK DC worked at the same nightclub, I canot recall whether they worked there at same time? I'll google but was wondering whether anybody remembered?
Article was an interview with nightclub owner, possibly?

An article I found discussing Mr Floyd's relationship with Mr. Hall and Ms. Ross, which I thought was interesting.

Floyd's passenger emerges as complicated figure in Chauvin trial
Wow, I didn't know Floyd called him Reese. For a long time I've been trying to figure out who he called out to besides his mother. After he says, "mama I love you," it sounds like he say "Lees, I love you," and then, "tell my kids I love them," or something like that. Now I'm thinking he was telling "Reese" to tell his kids he loved them.

He worked uniformed off-duty security for years at El Nuevo Rodeo, a large E. Lake Street dance club in Minneapolis. A block from the Third Precinct, it’s the neighborhood that has experienced some of the heaviest rioting.

According to the former owner Maya Santamaria, Chauvin worked the club most weekends for about 16 years and “really became my main guy here.”

For about a year, George Floyd also worked security at the club, but she said she doesn’t think Floyd and Chauvin crossed paths.

She and Chauvin were friends, she said. But customers did complain about him, she said. Chauvin was quick to get hard core, Santamaria said, and was uneasy with the crowds on “Twerk Fest Tuesdays” when the club catered to more black patrons.

“I’ve seen him in action and I’ve seen him lose it and I’ve called him out on it before,” she said. “I’ve told him it’s unnecessary and unjustified some of the ways that he behaves. He just loses it.”A deeper look at the four officers fired after George Floyd death

Did they not analyse gastric contents?
Wow!

That is the article to which I referred.
Thank you for finding it so quickly.

All the medical experts who testified in court last week agreed that GF died from lack of oxygen.
Trial testimony videos and MSM trial reporting links are available confirm this.

Yeah, I saw the picture of one of the pills and it looked like a whole pill to me. I think he was trying to hide them or get rid of them, not swallow them.
