So you believe the doctor made up his diagnosis in the medical records that were released? When the dr. testifies to a broken nose and the other injuries, I will believe it.

Do you believe a licensed doctor is not competent enough to diagnose a broken nose?
That is one I have been wondering myself.
Has GZ had any types of evaluations done?
I agree, but I do not feel that Zimmerman deserved to potentially die for his mistake.
Now I see blood on the chest in the close up but not as much as I would have thought. There is blood on the tshirt also but still considering he was face down I would have thought there was more.
They are showing the bullet casing in relationship to body.
Exactly.
So how does someone on top of you, straddling you, get shot point blank with the bullet entering straight. No angle, according to reports and opening statements.
That's really an impossible shot. I have tried to manipulate myself many different wants (with my hand and arm) and cannot see it.
Especially when I am struggling and terrified I am going to die. Your frame of mind to aim isn't exactly steady.

Wrote a blog last night about George Zimmerman's key expert in this case Vincent Di Maio and how he flipped for the State in our case:

Okay, so you believe the PA had some motive to lie or to assess the injury as a closed fracture to the nose? Do you happen to know the treatment for a broken nose? Do you also happen to know what getting an x-ray, aside from costing possibly a lot of money, would do with regards to Zimmerman's treatment? If the PA can assess it's a broken nose and provide treatment for it... Why would someone then get an x-ray to say the same thing the PA said with no added value? Please look online at the medical report. First of all, it was not a licensed doctor, it was a PA. Second, the report, if you read the entire thing, says they discussed that the nose was "MOST LIKELY" broken. Those are the facts according to GZ's PA.
Not something one would want to think about in any great detail, it's also possible that Martin may have rolled onto his stomach of his own will at some point. It all depends on whether the ME says the shot was immediately fatal or not.

If Zimmerman's story is true, Martin died because Martin initiated a confrontation and proceeded to beat someone's head into the sidewalk. Which he had no right to do. Zimmerman had every right to be where he was, and ask Martin a question.Trayvon did die for GZ "mistake".
This is a case revolving around the use of deadly force in self defense. This means that Zimmerman felt he would have died or suffered grievous injuries if he did not use deadly force. I do not believe that Zimmerman deserved to die because he got out of his car and asked Martin a question, which is possible if Martin had not stopped (allegedly) beating Zimmerman's head into the sidewalk. This is not a death penalty case...or even a life in prison case!
No one thinks that. Well, I can't say NO one, but those are emotions speaking...not anyone having rational thoughts.
I don't think he needs to spend the rest of his life in prison. I would be happy with 10 years. If he gets 5, so be it. I might believe he deserves more, if I didn't know how the justice system already works due to overcrowding.
Anything less, and I think justice is not served here.
That's my honest opinion.
HE was not aiming at a target trying to hit an exact point. He pulled the gun out and shot. I will be interested in trajectory of the bullet.
The bullet went straight in. No angle whatsoever. This is what I remember and what was said in opening statements.
