My deal: Do you prefer Big Bertha or Heidi the hepatis girl as your bunk mate.
Do you prefer peter the pizzer as he likes to spray the walls as often as he can or Terry the Turd man. He has the largest measured crap known in the prison, he ejoys the punget aroma, says it kills the urine smell from peter.
So, we are showing we are opended minded in DEALING with our prisions by offering you your choice of roomies, the deal is yours.

To further harmony, we also offer a choice of under garments for men & woman. They look like grannie panties or loose drawers but they have a hidden band in the back that can be used to tighten so it makes your bumm look sexy OR feeling friskly, enjoy a good game of weggie. It wont even count towards your rec time.

I need a new job, I think I need to be in charge of "deals"

If I was in charge of hiring in the FLA prison system, I would put your resume at the top and mark you HIRED!!! Awesome post

IDK - I really don't think LE was involved. I also don't think the MR was anything other than a concerned citizen. But I could be wrong. The coincidences in this case are staggering. I found it very weird that Caylee was found while the A's were in California. The first time they have left the state for any period of time - sure they have gone to Daytona and West Palm - but they flew all the way to California and while they are gone - bing bang pow - there she is. But, again, could just be coincidence.

Now with the PI's and the videosand all the hum over that - just boggles the mind. IMO Caylee was there from the beginning. Being that her little bones were strewn everywhere and even in raccoon dens I just can't latch on to someone moving her body there and scattering the bones. That doesn't make sense.

The most 'professional' searcher going and who gave a statement is Tim. He said he "saw where the bag had been, it had been there for months, it left an impression in the mud". Out of everyone, does he have any reason to lie? He searched the area himself, it's not a feather in his cap that it shows up a month after he leaves.

I think we can believe him....

The meter reader initially (per 911 calls) didn't even want his name to be put out there as the person who called. Any motive here for deceit? Let's for argument sake say he had nothing sinister to do with this.

The PI's? We don't know who they were representing when then did their little field trip, we don't know what they saw other than what they say they saw, we don't know what exactly they were told to look for...

I believe KC left her there in June out of desperation. She almost got caught, she was still quaking in her boots over that one.

I'm back and forth on thinking KC wanted or at least assumed Caylee would be found quickly. She was ready to be a grieving mother who's child was killed by someone she trusted, she was not prepared to be the mother of a lost child. She had no believable story, her behavior following the 16th was deplorable for someone who had just lost her child. But for someone who left her child with someone she trusted, someone who's child is off having fun, her behavior was normal.

I sure as heck hope CA didn't lie to the Feds...oh, they're not as forgiving as OCSO IMO.

Wasn't it the FBI meeting when CA said she wasn't aware that it was a sworn interview? I think you can get in BIG trouble for lying to the FBI, too but does anyone think this 'small fish' to them to prosecute?

If he could get away with Change of Venue and leaving the state....he's more than welcome to come to Louisiana (hehehe). Plenty of us La. members here on WS and we'd be more than happy to make JB & KC feel right at home, just like it was the Sunshine State. We even have room for her here at Angola Prison if they need a place to store her, plenty room on death row, if DP ends up back on table and conviction happens. LOL
JMO :boohoo:

Bring'em on! Maybe she'll get lucky and they'll let her out an hour a day to chop cane. :furious:

Of course, if that doesn't work out, I hear the Lifer's Assn at St. Gabriel is always recruiting new members.

Why does this guy still have a tv show? WHY? Hasn't he embarrassed himself enough already?

Yes, and St. Gabriel is right next door to Hunt, and Angola not too far! OOOHHHH, I would love to see Casey at St. Gabriel! She really wouldn't last very long there.

bessie, I watched a rerun of Geraldo and was so aggravated at him for being so pro-defense. Geraldo is not running with the winners on this one.

Apparently not!

I am outraged that he is so pro-defense! IMO, he cannot be seeing Caylee as the innocent little child that was murdered and thrown away like a piece of garbage. He is seeing ratings and stroking his friend Baez' ego.

PP I'm embarrassed for him! My daughter (20yo) walked in during the commercial for the show coming up "GR at Large" and says was he arrested? (I'm not paying attention said ummm no, what?) "oh commercial said he's at large!!"

Geraldo! Ike should've washed his butt into the Gulf of Mexico. :furious:
He's made a career out of going after the bad guys. Suddenly he does an about face in a case where the culprit is as obvious as that big moustache on his face. Cronyism is alive and well over at the F network.

:blowkiss: Back at ya!

He might as well just draw a line in the sand...

Or better yet DIG a hole in the sand and stick his enlarged head in it! Ugh he's nauseating.

Hmmmmm...you know...I think you are right! hehehe Nothing is too small for the Feds. Ask Martha S.!

I think he's been a loser so many times himself, so he can relate. I don't find him so much pro defense as much as trying to show JB he's his new BFF. I guess that makes him pro JB...

I think he see's KC for what she is, early on he made several "unkind" remarks about her, then moved on to trying to be humorous but coming off as kinda rude.

If those two Anthony attorneys thought they would gain sympathy from the public tonight, they are sadly mistaken. Has there EVER been a case where a child was murdered and the FAMILY needed IMMUNITY?

C'mon Anthony family, GET REAL! Tell the TRUTH - FOR CAYLEE!

:furious:

I would doubt that...it only buys them a couple of weeks at best. The defense has not done their autopsy yet - which isn't that surprising considering the holidays. Perhaps the holdup with the defense doing the autopsy is in getting all the experts there. If they are having trouble scheduling their experts to come view the remains, that would cause delay. Or perhaps the delay is a Casey defense team tactic of some sort.

Bones are bones. If they are not broken, crushed, chipped or have holes in them, what is there to view? How many people have to view these particular bones? One would be enough. Would someone go there and xray them, please? I am sure they want their own rays but maybe they expect the State to provide them that also.

They have fax machines and I'm sure they have access to xray machines. Holidays or not, people die and forensics don't take the season off.

Baez has pulled this crap before.....remember the sightings on the disk which sat there and the defense never picked up!

KC is the only one who can sign for the burial of Caylee. IMHO they are having trouble scheduling these "experts" to view the remains or collect a specimen for testing. All the experts may be in the Caribbean, on holiday. (On JB's boat!) J/K.

I must say that despite what GR's slant may be, it seems we heard all we needed to hear. None of the A's will talk to LE again unless they are granted immunity. OK. Did LE ask to talk to them again? I heard the parents asked for a do-over, but I never heard that LE requested additional interviews from any of them.

Obviously, a little birdie told them they were under investigation for their own actions which are related to the murder case. The little birdie just did not specify exactly what they would be charged with. Not knowing, they are ready for a do-over - as long as they aren't charged.

You only get once to tell the truth. Afer that, it is all downhill. They missed their shot and I don't think that the State of FL. will let them "slide" on this one and the FBI is not known for it's compassion.

The fact that all the TH's think that indictments are on the horizon is interesting, but I would rather hear it from Rosie in Fl.

DotsEyes,

You always sum things up so concisely.

TY.

You raised a significant point, yet again, that I will think about.

We've heard multiple references by various lawyers that immunity is desired, but not a singular LE mention/response that they wish to interview any of these people further. (LE has held their cards very close to the chest on this issue, whether in regards to taunts by LA's or CA &GA's public feelers via the media - AIN'T THAT SOMETHING?)

No need. Case is solid with or without.

And any outliers might be used to demonstrate OJ?

Nice call DotsEyes, as always.

And I am thinking, as I am sure many others are, also.

I know that Caylee's remains have been released to the funeral home, and that it may take up to 2 weeks for the defense to conduct their 'autopsy' (misnomer in this case).
Has there been anything in print to indicate that Casey has actually signed her rights to Caylee's remains over to Cindy and George? I may have missed it because I do not recall having read that. I do know that some articles have just stated that Caylee's remains had been turned over to the funeral home. TIA.
