Thank you @ChatteringBirds for posting a thread about Ramona, I have seen her picture popping up on several occasions, when I searched and wondered what happened with missing children..
The girl with one picture, with not so much info, but here it goes from what little is posted, or what I found..

On fandom, there is an explanation about why there is so little information about her.

On MSN
To this day there is no trace of her, but some theories about what could have happened to her.

The most well-known is that she became a victim of the British serial killer Robert Black, who was proven to have kidnapped, raped and murdered several girls.several girls. Investigations revealed evidence that he was in the region at the time of the crime. Black can no longer be questioned. He died of a heart attack in 2016 at the age of 68 in a Northern Irish maximum security prison. One of France's most notorious serial killers, Michel Fourniret, is also suspected of being responsible for Ramona's disappearance. He has also already died († 2021).

Bad Driburg

Memories, agonizing uncertainty, and a framed photo on the living room wall – that's all Petra H. (69) has left of her daughter, Ramona. "I can visit my husband and my parents at the cemetery. But I have no place where I can be close to my child," says the retiree from Bad Driburg.

There is no, yellow note on interpol or a official police report about her disappearance, at least nothing I could find..

Oh no, that is sad. I know it was back in 1989, but that's not so long ago that someone couldn't still be alive who knows what happened, someone could still remember something they witnessed, remains could still be found, etc. She needs an official page on a LE site, IMO.
I really feel for her mother.
