Was she creating pornographic and gore artwork that was banned by Tumbler. Hard core fetish content.

She must have been the one looking through Rex's old book of graphic crime scenes at the kitchen table.

People who dress up in creepy costumes to make themselves look like animals. It has a sexual component. Some bestiality fantasy, etc. Some even have plastic surgery, etc. to make themselves look like animals.
I was aware. I'm shocked to be hearing about this in this context.

This seems quantifiable wrong, intrusive.

Why is this not a tip to the tip line in the event they'd any tie to actual crime?

Character assassination.

Graphic, violent furry p o r n????

I'm sorry I turned this on.
Oh good. You should see the Live Chat on You Tube. This is bordering on hysterical.

I tried to tell you guys a long time ago about her drawings..

It's a real thing, unfortunately. There have been a couple of cases followed here on WS that involved people who were Furries.

Oh, geez, pictures of people who have been dismembered and who are being eaten. There have been cases of this followed here, too. Taking women prisoner, torturing and raping them, putting photos on the internet, then killing and butchering them, sliced up and packaged in freezer with dates.

See Cassidy Rainwater. This stuff is on the internet these days

Now an image viewed by VH... figure hanging, missing a shoe.

Suggesting father and daughter share a fetish.

I’m not watching the PC, just following here, but I’m wondering how this fits in with Rex’s charges. Will VH be charged with a crime/crimes? This may be a dumb question, or a result of not seeing the PC, but what is the purpose of releasing this information unless she is being charged?

Someone wrote in the chat that they thought they’d be seeing evidence, not art. LOL

@ThatGirlRee_24

I do NOT agree with anything John Ray is doing. This is disrespectful and I had no prior knowledge to this “press conference” or the “evidence” he was presenting today!

Not a dumb question. @Megnut said it perfectly: Intrusive, character assassination, and wrong.

I thought I'd be disappointed tuning in. Not ticked off.

Images of disembowelment, art of a person who appears to be half-eaten.

Ghastly artwork.

Art of dismemberment, specific appendages, possibly matching victims.

More cannibalism.

Oh my lord.

O M F G

The recent press conference puts to rest that family members were unaffected at the very least.

I need some time to process this art and information.

OMG This are is frightening.

I thought this was her artwork, but sounds like images she was looking at?

Omg he's holding up P O R N O G R A P H I C images.

What is he insinuating?

VH grew up in that home....

Suddenly I'm very worried about what she may have seen as a child.

Furry to murderer is quite a jump.
It has happened before.

ETA: Rex and his daughter were reading the same web sites and pages.

ETA2: According to the article, not all Furries are this way, just a sub group of them. It seems to be a continuum of weird to abnormal behavior. JMO

This is exploitive. If her father did what the evidence suggests, she is a victim too with her own, likely traumatic, life history.

funnily enough, i have done a lot post grad research into the furries. i am beyond fascinated with the subject as someone who couldn't be more on the outside of that. ill post more once i have my thoughts tighter

i have a LOT of thoughts on this press conference and the contents, and i am finding it really challenging to conflate that subculture into a monolith of depraved sickos. at it's core, it's self expression. being a furry in itself shouldn't be a morality issue. we can talk about the specific artwork but i don't agree with your assertion here, respectively.

Agree. Absent an ACTUAL rather than implied connection to RH's abduction, holding captive, and torture of women - this is NOT right.

I find this mutual (RH&VH) interest in serious gore p**n beyond disturbing.

What are the percentages of family members living in same household enjoying this gore p**n. How common is this love for gore p**n... is it 1 in 3 US households who engage in committing (as well as visually enjoying / creating this)??

If there's any truth to this, RH needs to be charged with every form of child abuse there is, if he exposed his own child to his horror.

<modsnip> I've known a few people who would be considered "furries". One is autistic and it helps him connect with other people because of severe social anxieties and the other is missing his corpus callosum and putting on the costume also allows him to interact with people in ways he simply cannot when he is out of it.
