Reminds me of the fox hollow murders where someone paid for the killers marble bathroom handles from his home. The new owner was looking for marble handles and found them listed as being from on the serial killers house.. Thats what the Netflix documentary showed anyway..I get what you're saying but paying over half a million just for the property seems like a dicey investment to me.
It's still a congested neighborhood with small plots of land and no views and Massapequa Park's building ordinances will limit the height and size of the new construction.
Plus it will still permeate bad juju.
Maybe AE will luck out and there's a buyer out there who's attracted to serial killer's hell-hole torture houses and will scoop it up.
