The attorney deal with Peacock/NBC is public. I posted a link previously.
I’m referring to info about who hired the attorneys for the killer’s family.
The full details of the plea negotiations and final deal.
The statements of all the other sex workers who were interviewed by investigators. We already have that information from the women John Ray interviewed.
Remember when JR reminded Suffolk County that they still hadn’t interviewed the women witnesses who contacted him about Rex H?

If I’m reading it correctly, it seems that NBC/Peacock paid the attorney fees in the form of a payment for participation in the documentary, from a total sum which was divided between parties, which meant the family didn’t have to pay outright. Who contacted who wouldn’t be in a FOIA request but the other things might be contained in such a document request.

Again, that wasn’t the question I asked.

NBC Peacock had not approached her for a documentary in the early days after Rex was arrested and Asa suddenly had 2 attorneys representing her. It’s too much to assume they knew from the start they would help her get a big contract with NBC.

We’ll see what happens as more attention is focused on these questions.

Tierney mentioned a vehicle pulled from Pennsylvania in connection to Sandra's case, and apparently evidence linked to Karen Vergata was found in there.

Did I hear that right

He did but he mispoke. During the question period (1:06:55) timestamp: , he corrects his statement and states that "it was a Ram Charger owned by him and it was Sandra Costilla" in response to a reporter's query.

Now that he plead guilty today, the civil wrongful death lawsuit that was filed by Benjamin Torres will now proceed through the discovery phase.

With this lawsuit they will learn or try to learn the full truth surrounding what happened to VM. Also to find who all is responsible that have done harm to Benjamin from the Heuermann family.

RH, AH and VH will be required to answer the lawsuit.

This civil lawsuit could trigger a wave of similar lawsuits from the families of other victims linked to Heuermann, including Melissa Barthelemy, Maureen Brainard-Barnes, Amber Lynn Costello, Jessica Taylor, Megan Waterman, and Sandra Costilla.

This could be just the beginning...

We will never know how long RH tortured them before the strangulation.

Who was giving him an edgy buzz cut? I wonder if he requested that he wanted his hair shaved above his ears. He isn’t 16 and it looks ridiculous.

Thank you. This only has his Yes to the judge statements. Are there any links to his statements about how he killed each victim? Were those verbally spoken today? Or am I missing something?
.
From that same NYT article:

Then the Suffolk County prosecutor, Raymond A. Tierney, asked Mr. Heuermann, 62, how he had killed each of his victims.

Melissa Barthelemy?

“Strangulation,” Mr. Heuermann, 62, said in the same matter-of-fact way.

Megan Waterman?

“Strangulation.”

And Amber Costello?

“Strangulation,” Mr. Heuermann said once more.

Soon, he had confessed to eight murders — the seven he had been charged with, plus one more. Twenty minutes after it began, the extraordinary hearing was over and the courtroom and overflow rooms began to empty.

From what I can gather, the judge ordered all video cameras turned off or removed from the courtroom after he answered all the questions "yes". Hope this helps paint a slightly clearer picture.

he looks so proud of himself - is it possible he actually believes he's done the right thing here, that he should be admired somehow for pleading out? or is he just proud of himself for getting away with it for so long, and maybe takes pleasure that he is going to be 'studied'

🤮🤬

He is just terrifying. The haircut feels extra terrifying. Kind of like Javier Bardem’s memorable ‘do in No Country for Old Men.

Uggghhh. He is an absolute monster. I am SO glad he’s ended this and will cooperate.

I'm done with John Ray.
No more articles quoting John Ray and his crazy conspiracy crap about Asa and her daughter being involved or knowing about the killings. Of course, you can discuss Asa and her daughter when it comes to articles about their documentary or any other topics, as long as the stories are from an approved source.
John Ray is off limits when he talks about this subject.
Thanks.
Tricia
