Yall know some rescues provide transportation…just throwing that out there. If you could get hooked up with the right one. Years ago we rescued a dog here in SE AL. His adoptive family was in Connecticut. We drove him to Montgomery to meet the transport van that took him up north. So you never know who you might find to help.

Thank you. I am trying to find someone. You think in Dallas it would be easy but there are so many unwanted cats that no one is even getting back to me.

My brother is allergic to cat's fur.
Once a cat jumped onto him, rubbed his head and soon poor fella's face got so swollen that the ambulance was called

Barbara celebrates her Name Day

As Saint Barbara is the Patron of the miners
4th December is their Day called "Barbórka" in Poland.

(The Patron Saint of the miners' festival is Barbara of Nicomedia,
a martyr who lived in the 3rd century AD and was recognized as a saint by the Catholic Church.)

Barbórka (from the name of Barbara)
is celebrated with great enthusiasm by all Polish miners
and people associated with the extraction of fossil fuels.

The celebration of this Day always begins with a solemn morning Mass, held in a church.

The miners' bands march through the districts of the cities and towns inhabited by miners.

Meetings, ceremonies, concerts, and so-called beer halls
are also frequently organized

Best wishes to all Miners in Poland
and all over the World

And as is customary Polish Miners' Greeting
