Going back to the beginning

Whisperer - You must have read my mind! I'm right there with you on this!
It still bugs me to no end that no one has been charged with ANYTHING in connection with Haleigh. Nada...nothing...zilch! How can so many people have let this child down? Once all of the players have been sentenced I fear that the case will dissolve into the nothingness. I'm wondering whatever happened to the retired FBI agent that claims to have SOLVED this case? Was he just another nut job seeking fame? If they're holding out for a confession to solve this case then they have NOTHING! Maybe they need to send in a ROCKET SCIENTIST to solve this case because no one else seems to be able to. Not the investigators, not the PCSO, not the FBI. I need to quit while I'm ahead. I may say something that I'll regret later if I don't.

I believe the case is cold and has been for awhile, though it will probably never be declared cold officially.

Back in April immediately following the Shell Harbor dock search, Hardy stated they had several POIs and thought there would be arrests soon. But here we are in December, with not even a mention of who the POIs were. I think Hardy really believed there would be arrests but when they presented their case to the SA, the SA said more evidence was needed. Likely the entire case is circumstantial and with so many potential perps it would be difficult to know who to charge and what evidence they do have would not convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt.

If there is a Haleigh case at all, it has reasonable doubt written all over it--it would be a defense attorney's dream. And the SA is wise to not charge anyone even if all of LE knows who did what, when, and how. To charge and proceed to trial without sufficient evidence would allow the perps to go free; to wait and hope something turns up at some point leaves open the possibility of justice for Haleigh some day. IMO, the chances for justice are slim, but it's better than moving forward and having the guilty be acquitted for lack of evidence.

I wanted Haleigh's case wrapped up, over and done with, but not this way--not without a resolution. But I do think this case is over and done with. I think if any evidence ever falls into LE's lap they will go with it, but I do not think they will actively look for any answers anymore. IMO, LE gave up on this months ago.

I have to agree with you, kr, LE gave up ages ago. In fact, I truly wonder now if they ever really pursued the case properly considering the family involved. I believe a certain family knows how to work the system.

Lack of evidence is a huge problem, plus no body. I'm thinking the Cs were aware of what went on in the Caylee case and took pains to immediately cover their......I mean, get rid of the evidence. With Mommy T calling the shots, we may never know where Haleigh is today. It's not every grandmother of a missing child who turns up with 8x10 in hand and wearing sheriff's office clothing just minutes after the 911 call. Of course LE wouldn't suspect this family, Granny was "one of them" and all the more reason not to examine the family members too carefully.

In the beginning, I highly suspected RC, MC, TN, AS, knew what went on. However, I really did think LE was seriously searching and keeping up with the case. After the drug convictions, especially with RC the only one getting a deal, I was sure LE and/or the SA was not interested in the truth about Haleigh. To be honest, that's when I backed off. I just couldn't see upsetting myself when the child's own family didn't seem to care and LE/SA didn't care to seek out the real true and find the child. :banghead: After all, I live a few hundred miles away.

I try to go back, looking at the situation with a clean slate, and each time I come to the same conclusion. No one is telling the truth about that night, and I do believe RC, MC, and TN know what transpired. If MC doesn't know, it's only because she wasn't there. RC himself said the beds weren't slept in so if Misty was sleeping, it wasn't in the mh on Green Lane. :furious:

Let's not forget NG and Mr. Klaas singing RC's praises in the beginning. WTH? Mr. Klaas, of all people, should have been looking deeply into RC's eyes. Instead, he let his personal experience shield any suspicion. Interestingly enough, Geraldo was the one pointing out certain discrepancies. :waitasec:

Ya know AK...I firmly believe LE went into this case with good intentions and hoping to find Haleigh or at least find out what went down that night. I also firmly believe that after some time passed, LE started to see who and what was involved and may have uncovered certain events surrounding February 9, 2009--and started backing off as these things came to light. LE's tactics took a very weird turn suddenly and the fact that they never asked for the public's help and even went so far as to turn away all help that was offered, speaks volumes, IMO.

As for Marc Klaas, I admire him to no end. He did go on NG show once and say it appeared as though RC had nothing to do with this, but in a later appearance he made a statement about RC's lifestyle having everything to do with it, but NG cut him off with some nonsense about RC's lifestyle having absolutely nothing to do with it! Good Grief!! Even if RC wasn't directly involved/wasn't there/whatever...his lifestyle had everything to do with his children being in harm's way!

About the only positive I got from this case is that I no longer watch NG. I switch the channel immediately at the mere sound of her voice and if nothing else is on, I turn the TV off. I have no respect for those who cannot be deeply pained over the suffering of a child, whether it be media, LE, or family.

January 25, 2010 Haleigh's Grandmother Questions Misty's Honesty

Another family member connected to the Haleigh Cummings disappearance is talking to the national media.
Haleigh's grandmother Teresa Neves went on the Today Show on Monday to talk about the disappearance of the little girl.
She thinks that Misty Croslin-Cummings is not telling the whole story.
"At this point I suspect her of withhold information that may help in this case. I don't really think she has done anything to harm Haleigh on purpose. I personally think that it is just something that would help find Haleigh and that is what we are hoping for," Neves said.
Croslin-Cummings was home when Haliegh went missing almost a year ago.
Both she and Haleigh's dad Ronald are in jail for allegedly being involved in a prescription drug ring.

Astro has to stay in the Astro Forum peeps. Kinda like Las Vegas. What happens in Astro stays in Astro. :)

I agree ... very odd about the tent city for sleeping purposes.
RC may have camped out because he:
1) wanted to guard over his big screen TV to make sure it was not stolen.
2) thought HaLeigh would be dropped off or appear at the mh on Green Lane
3) He obviously was not in fear for "his" life, was he? outside in a vulnerable area?

There may be one more, I find that RC wanted sympathy and with any donations he may have had it in mind that 'someone might "donate" him a new place to live. At that time the Casey A. case was hot and CA and GA were all over the tv. Just like we ended up seeing RC and family doing the very same thing later on. Unfortunately we see some people take advantage of their 'situation' instead of finding their loved one. I am not knocking that they did tv interviews, but its what we see in photos of them having a grand ole time while there for one reason Haleigh. So maybe in RC's mind if he cried about not being able to live in the MH anymore maybe some kind hearted person would pay for him to live elsewhere hopefully in a better home, and feel sorry that he was living in a tent.JMO:santa:

Back to the beginning? I always thought misty knew exactly what happened. Once I saw and heard ron on tv, I was convinced he knew Haleigh was dead. I witnessed a grieving father, not a shocked or positive father who was looking for his child.

TN has sold us almost every fact of this story. As the story is painted, we were led to believe that Haleigh was loved, happy and lived around people that seem to be right out of a Walton family album. I say bull.

Why after all the fighting that went on prior and the huge fight that happened that night, was it hidden for 6 months? Ron knew he was fighting with misty that night. His mother told us they were up all night resolving their problems and both had NO sleep at all. Now why would ron, who can't locate misty and had a huge fight with her, decide to work OT?

I say bull. We have been buffaloed the entire time. Imagine two people who were fighting and she went off on a spree. Later, The other one throws her out and deposits her clothing on a lawn. Now, we are to believe they made up and kissed goodbyes on Monday, the 9th. Now they fight three hours later (huge fight) and Haleigh disappears within hours of the fight.

What picture do we get next? Ron, lovingly supporting misty, holding, hugging her within hours of his daughter going missing. Folks, we have been sold a bunch of bull. There is just no way that any of this is at it seemed.

No parent, no parent of a little girl would love and hold the last person to see his child alive in front of the cameras...especially when you consider he only knew this person five months...GMAB!

Ron and misty both know what happened. Lisa Croslin was right!

And IMHO the person selling the bull knows what happened too.

Virtually all of my doubt and suspicions regarding Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin began with this picture.

Let’s take a look at a timeline of reported events leading up to the moment this picture was taken.

-Approximately 2,880 hours before this picture was taken, a then 16 year old Misty Croslin moved in to live with and share the bed of a 25 year old Ronald Cummings.

-Approximately 144 hours before this picture was taken, a violent fight was reported between the two.

“When I picked her up” mid-week before Haleigh vanished, “she said (Cummings) threw her against the mirror and she said her arm was all cut up and stuff because she said she was pregnant, and he said, it wasn’t his baby, and he rolled her up and tried to squeeze her into a ball.”

http://www.artharris.com/2009/04/20/exclusive-misty-cummings-pal-nay-nay-talks/#more-1668

-Approximately 72 hours before this picture was taken, Misty was 🤬🤬🤬*ing (Ronald’s words, not mine) an African American male named White Boy Greg Page and RONALD CUMMINGS KNEW ALL ABOUT IT!

“Misty’s Mom and sister saw me and said, ‘Where does White Boy Greg live?’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know,’ and they said, ‘Ronald … and their Dad are looking for him and want to kill him. Ronald’s going to shove eleven inches down his throat.’”

http://www.artharris.com/2009/04/20/exclusive-misty-cummings-pal-nay-nay-talks/#more-1668

-Approximately 20 hours before this picture was taken, Misty and Ronald had a fight on the telephone so intense that Misty turned her phone off for SIX AND A HALF HOURS!

-Approximately 12 hours before this picture was taken, Misty began telling the entire civilized world that she had SLEPT THROUGH Ronald’s daughter being taken less than 4 feet away while IN THE SAME ROOM!

-Approximately 12 hours before this picture was taken, Ronald Cummings can be heard on the 911 call screaming at Misty “Why’d you let my daughter get stole 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

AND I’M SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE THIS PICTURE IS A LOVING EMBRACE OFFERING CONSOLATION TO ONE ANOTHER?

Not then....Not now....Not EVER!

What did RC drive to work that night?

I keep getting the remark RC made: "I let her drive" and the white truck with the decal on it "Only God can Judge me"..

We know the truck was legally on the road because he was driving it while the tent was set up in front of the MH park. So where was that truck that night?

Bumping this up as I would really like to know if anyone can shed some light on my question. Did he drive the white truck that night to work? Was the car driven? It's going back to the beginning and I'd like to know what he was using for transportation that night. The dark car would be easy to slink around in at night........the white truck......not so much.

That is a good question! I believe that I read that RC used the car to pick up Haleigh at the bus stop.(but even that is being disputed who picked up Haleigh that day) I would think that he may have taken the truck and left the car for Misty?

Ron got the white truck after HaLeigh vanished. I have no idea how he was able to finance it with no fixed income. Maybe he used donations. His mother is an influential person in Satsuma so maybe she cosigned a loan for him.

On June 9, 2010, TN received a traffic violation while driving her son’s truck.

Ron drove HaLeigh to and from school on Monday in the car with tinted windows. Ron owned the purple ultima that Chelsea said was Ron's birthday present to Misty. The purple ultima is the only vehicle Ron owned AFAIK before his daughter disappeared.

IIRC, Ron owned a white car, a white truck, and a purple car, at the time Haleigh went missing. I am not sure all were operational at that time. He bought the bigger white truck after Haleigh disappeared; he probably used the back child support he received from Crystal's benefactor for the purchase so would have had very little left to finance, if any.

I wonder if it was a wedding present either bought for him or by him. I'm betting he, tn or GMA used donation money. There were an awful lot of donations by March.

I have been going back thru posts from day 1- one thing that is just rocking my mind is this video

http://www.news4jax.com/video/18684460/index.html

It is one of the very first interviews with Ron and there are some things I did not catch then that I have now, or at least dont remember so well...

1. Ron says "I would give my life for my child's life BACK. (that tells me a WHOLE lot about what was in his mind at this time)

2. When one of the interviewers asked Ron was he the one that noticed her missing...His tears and whining stop immeadiately and he explains about his g-friend finind her missing when she got up to use the bathroom..wow tear immeadiately stop for that one sentence

3. When one of the interviewers asks him about his other child his son he asks if he was okay Ron's response "yeah he is fine , imagine that" what father would say that????

also some quotes from the begining of the case from the news:

County for a 5-year-old girl last seen at home about 10 p.m. Monday, authorities said.

A missing and endangered child alert has been issued for Haleigh Cummings, last seen in the Hermit's Cove area of Satsuma when she was in bed. About 3 a.m. the girl's father came home and saw her missing, said Lt. Johnny Greenwood of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. A woman believed to be the father's wife or girlfriend was also asleep in the residence.

Greenwood said the father noticed Haleigh missing and woke the woman. He said there is no immediate evidence of foul play but that the home off Seven Sisters Road is very near the St. Johns River and that there are canals reaching into the neighborhood.

Why would greenwood say the father noticed her misssing, this is a sergant who is trying to find Haleigh why would he say this????

These are just a few things I am racking my brain over if this has been discussed I am sorry just trying to seek some answers since no one else in the family is willingly giving any info that could help find precious HALEIGH CUMMINGS..justice for the children all this above is my opinion thanks for listening to me babble
This poor girl I'm afraid was dumped in the St Johns River and an alligator probably disposed of the body.

Here are still shots I captured from video footage from a Greta show. I want to point out the truck in the shots is the "Only God" truck but it does not have the decals on it yet. Did Ron have the truck before Haleigh disappeared? I have heard several stories. I have heard yes, he did but it was not running but he got it repaired after Haleigh disappeared. I have heard he got it after Haleigh disappeared. The video was taken after the home had been released from LE, the crime scene tape is not up. The only way to know is if there is a picture or video of it when the crime scene tape is still up around the house.

Aren't there pics of a white truck parked out at Rita Lane...other than the "Only God" truck? I thought Ron owned that truck, but maybe it belonged to TN or someone. It seems as though there were numerous vehicles and it seems they may have been interchangeable--meaning, available to all family members. It would be difficult to say which vehicle RC drove to work that night. My bet would be on the purple car. I had read that a neighbor reported seeing that car parked by the MH that night but I do not recall where I read that and with so much inaccurate info reported on this case I took most of what was reported with a grain of salt.

Can anyone tell what it says on the front of that truck on the windshield?
