she has to review the documents related to prosecutorial misconduct because she was not the judge in the pretrial hearings.

obviously the defense had all the texts for TWO YEARS so they have nothing to stand on. They are arguing they did not get them in 2008 but the technology did not exist at the time.

In all of this hullabaloo, I have one comment concerning the camera. I had thought that the camera was broken when Jodi dropped it on the ceramic tile floor which caused Travis to become angry and go after her, causing her to grab that handy knife and stab him to death and then grab her handy gun to shoot him in the head just in case he wasn't dead.

Now, we learn that the camera wasn't all that broken!

I once dropped a similar camera on a ceramic tile floor and it was broken beyond repair.

So... proof, IMHO, she never dropped the camera. The last witness testified the ceiling shot was from a distance from the ground.

Bye-bye defense case, again, IMHO.
