Today was surreal. I am torn between disgust, and cracking up (sorry, but I can't help it.)

Looking back at the posts during the afternoon break, I am lmao! The most surreal moment of live TV EVER, for me. I'm still stunned.

Nancy Grace is a must watch tonight, she has on Jacob Mefford a friend of Travis'. He said his wife looked at Jodi's myspace page and she had a bunch of witchcraft stuff on it. This was at the time Travis just met Jodi.

I wish I was paying more attention to what he said at the beginning, I'll be rewatching at 10pm.

The confusion I have about this crime is why she waited until she did to kill him versus sneak into his house and use the gun (and only the gun) and be out of there much faster. She arrives in the middle of the night and it's more than 12 hours later when she kills him.

In the meantime she's already established a timeline and an expectation that she will be in SLC with the new guy, and he's waiting for her.

There's just so much plain stupidity to go with the evil. I guess it's possible she didn't decide to absolutely kill him until later, but she was otherwise prepared with a gun, had changed her hair color, had a rental car, set up a visit to SLC, etc. Instead she spreads her DNA around, hair, pictures, just the most ludicrous stupid things and when she finally does decide to kill him, instead of one or 2 shots in the shower, she's all about the knife and leaving puddles of blood, which only serve to point right at her.

Such a dumb girl. And evil. Dumb and evil.

I believe that her arriving during the night was EXACTLY what she planned to do. She planned to go there, sneak into his house, shoot him while he was sleeping and then sneak out and drive to see Ryan.

BUT, when she got there, he was awake and it messed up her plan. She THEN had to come up with Plan B on the sly and that's why everything got messy. I don't believe there were text messages of her telling him she was coming that night. I think she thought she could get away with it to just sneak in. We know now that this didn't work.

But if she stabbed him while he was crouching - or if he crawled from the shower - how did aspirated blood end up on the sink and mirror? From what I recall there weren't aspirations below it like I would expect if he were using the sink to pull himself up.

Or, Nurse, would it have taken a few moments before that occurred?

This is what I think! She HOPED she could convince him with freaky-freak bedroom skillz, but deep inside, she knew it was futile. Then she unleashed the crazy. Poor Travis, it just makes me sick to think he was intimate with her, within hours of her attack.

That photo that got debated ad nauseum last week in which Travis is being dragged back to the bathroom...

Well today I saw a much better resolution of that photo when they showed it in court. That is her foot in the front of the picture (not her knee. She is not on her knees).

Yeah. His head is up pretty high for a deceased person, however. I don't know what to make of that.

All those shower photos really bring it home. Have sex with the man, then photograp him as he is showering, relax him, get him goooooood and vulnerable.

So if you had to guess, did she stab him in the heart while he was sitting in the shower?

My opinion is that she would have done it prior. I think once he's seated it would be harder to hit her mark. More of a chance for Travis to cover while she's approaching with the knife. ... thought that being said, I would think that once she's stabbed him in the chest, his first response would be to flee. I can't figure out when the blood spray by the sink occurred.

I am new here, but I've tried to read as much of the threads as possible. I apologize ahead of time if this has already been answered, but when I tried to post it on the facebook trial page, no one really answered me. I was wondering about the timing. I know some of the photos were taken around 5:30 PM in the shower. The one roommate said he got home around 6 PM. How did she manage to kill him, drag him back to the shower, do a pathetic clean up attempt, and do the laundry, to get out of the house 30 minutes later? I was bothered by this for a while. I totally think she's guilty, but I can't understand how the timing works.

I thought that roommate got home later than usual that day. He normally would be home by 6, but he was delayed that particular day.

HERE'S a better resolution of that picture showing her dragging him, with her leg/foot in front. It's not a perfect picture, but at least you can see a bit more of the detail including the tile floor.

I think he was able to pull himself up and then coughed that blood spray on the sink.

Because in IMO she wanted him to KNOW it was HER who was killing him. I think she just didn't want him dead but to suffer A LOT before he died.
