Pigtails? She's thinking, "no, it was braids, dummy."

She wants to see what they have on her. So busted!

Now I get it! Why he was saying pigtails!!!!
I'd have LMAO if she had said "they weren't pigtails , they were braids!"

Both Jodi and Casey had to have seen all the crime scene photos many, many times before court. Their lawyers have them. The looking/not looking is all for effect IMO

The problem is that Jodi COULDN'T stop herself from looking at them. Casey never once looked at the photos, at least in Court. I'm not saying Casey is a saint and she's just as cold blooded murderer as Jodi but I don't believe that Casey derived pleasure from seeing the photos of what was left of Caylee. I do believe Casey derived pleasure from seeing her mother and father doubled over in grief and agony. And I think it's questionable that Cindy's grief was authentic. But Casey derived pleasure from it none the less.

Jodi is in another whole dimension of crazy. She is all sorts of diabolical.

"If I am found guilty I won't have a life.. I am not guilty"

"If I killed Travis I would beg for the death penalty"

She consistently lies! Save the state a ton of money and start begging then.

After seeing all the shower pictures today, I do think the last one of him shown is more of him just doing a pose and nothing else...imo

I feel very sorry for her

Me too! regardless of what she has done, its still her daughter. I can't imagine what she is going through. It has to be devastating and no one in their right mind could believe their child could or would do anything like this.

what photos were shown?
Were there any other pics taken after Travis was deceased (not that I think they would be shown because I don't think they should be out of respect for him)? Thanks

Esteban Flores is one cool detective. I love his style !

I think that is really easy when you have all the cards stacked in your favor.

Here she was smart enough to turn off her cell phone but then does a documentary on film of her murder, wonder where we would be if she simply took the memory card..... they were onto her anyways and they had the palm print, I think they would have got her, just not so damn obvious.

I 100% agree. She gets off on it, IMO. I'm basing this on her tone, her choice of words and her body language (and facial expressions when peeking during trial). It is incredibly sick and I'm thinking she may be even more disturbed than casey. I do believe casey had some twinges of remorse or shame. Slight, but there. This one? Not a thing. She enjoyed it.

I agree too. I think JA is waaaayyy scarier than CA, and more dangerous as well. Calculating, manipulative, deceptive on a much bigger level. WTH causes a person to be this way? Scary as hell.

They should study her brain/DNA after she has been put to death.

Were the pants they were referring to with the zipper up the back sweat pants? That seems rather unusual to me (or were they zippers by the ankles)? Do they have the sweatpants?

I think they were in the back just behind the ankle - the stripe is going up the side of the pants and the zipper is in the back. Lots of cheaply made clothing have weird zippers. It probable doesn't have any purpose, just decoration. That's why she got a "good price."

What I realized however, is that there is another photo that I haven't seen. The one they didn't show where he is seated on the floor of the shower. Did anyone catch it? It must show nudity.

I think **** is hitting the fan over the photos right now

Yes, but I don't think the judge has a thing to do with what is aired, nor does she care, unless she gave specific instructions to the media as to what could be aired. But I don;t recall that. Also, she;s been on the bench. She has no clue that the photos went viral or were aired on live t.v.

Certainly looks like this trial will wrap up quicker than the tree months predicted last week.

Well, we still have the defense portion. I can imagine how long they will milk that for.

Nah.. she was crying cause he daughter got such a good deal on sweatpants! How humiliating.. Certainly the family was aware of the evidence against her before the trial? If not, I am sure she is so shocked! ugh.

I didn't know which one was the mother before today so when I saw a lady crying I assumed it must be her mother, upset.

They likely were not aware of the evidence before today. That's privileged info and I'm sure jodi has not wanted them to know.

Hi, Missy. She doesn't see any connection between the question and the case. She knows that she didn't leave the pants at the scene. She calms down noticeably, even talking about getting the second pair in a good deal. (A strange digression for somebody accused of slaughtering a former lover.) Then he zaps her with the camera news.

And for the jury, the subtext is, "Why is so resolutely denying even being there?"

Good call on what the jury is thinking. I think it was a great way to end the day. The timing thus far (at least what I've seen) seems to have been pretty good).

actually on hln a medical professional said he thought she was DID

No way, right? That professional must be mad. Because isn't it true that people with that condition would not have to lie since they honestly don;t remember what they did in a disassociative state?

My word, sorry I've been as quiet as possible but this...

During his interrogation when he admits there WAS photos on the card she asked if he is sure it's her. He tells her yes it is her. She never asks to see the photos though. ONLY when he tells her that photos taken during the actual killing of Travis does she want to see the photos. He had moved on but she stewed on those death photos until "Can I see the photos" pops out of her mouth. :what: That startled me only becuase I could not imagine asking to see photos of the murder of someone I loved.

Few minutes later he asks her if she wants to see the photos and she says YES... and then quickly put in that she does but she doesn't. Like she is trying not to sound as anxious to see them as before.

Later, she is asked a second time if she wants to see the photos, she says "I mean I am a little curious" :what: Curious? Not normal behavior AT ALL. I would be in tears just hearing the terms "killed Travis" I would be sobbing if they even considered I had done such a thing to someone I loved. Nope, not Jodi, she is all curious to see the gore and murder of Travis.

This girl can't even contain herself in an interrogation. If anyone wonders if her tears are real in court this piece of video should be enough to eliminate that. She enjoys seeing the last day together and the day she took his heaven away.

Totally agree. I can;t say enough how evil I find her. Just evil.

Instead they cut the feeds off which they usually don't do. Hope that doesn't spell trouble for us.

but it was so strange how the vjj pictures came up because they were from EARLIER testimony by the time they were playing them live! Very strange!

The picture thing is really troubling to me. When my friend was murdered I couldn't even go to the trial much less see any of the pics from the crime scene, hospital, or autopsy. I just couldn't - she was someone I'd cared about. (And being a contemporary my first taste of mortality.) When my parents passed away I couldn't stand seeing them after they'd passed - they were very much loved. Why would anyone want, and almost beg, to see brutal, bloody impressions of someone they presumably cared about? Ever?

It just defies all sense of logic.

Is anyone else exhausted from today? I'm beginning to understand why it's best for the jurors to have these shorter days.
I don't know how Travis' family has dealt with the court preceedings for the last several years. Sitting in court with this monster, heaven help 'em!

Heading out to eat and/or nap, whichever comes first!

Would it be possible for someone to censor the photographs and then post them? I really don't need to see everything, but I would like to see the general photographs.

Also, it seems we weren't able to see maybe 2 of the last shower photos of travis?

Mods? would this be allowed?

Reminds me of the kind my boys wore when we lived up North. They play basketball, and they wear the pants over their shorts and unzip the pants at the bottom so they can pull them off over their sneakers once they get inside the building for practice.

My head's still reeling to be honest...and I want a couple of bottles of vodka...and I don't even drink! :floorlaugh:
