but it was so strange how the vjj pictures came up because they were from EARLIER testimony by the time they were playing them live! Very strange!

I know, I thought the same thing, which is why I wonder if it was done intentionally. I saw it on azfamily and others saw it on the abc feed, which leads me to believe that it was someone in the courthouse dealing with the direct feed. I hope we do not lose our live streaming.

What I realized however, is that there is another photo that I haven't seen. The one they didn't show where he is seated on the floor of the shower. Did anyone catch it? It must show nudity.

My feelings exactly. So much stuff today. I think the sexual in nature photos and finally see the full photos of Travis in the shower as they happened with time stamps, then the interrogation interviews. All we have really needed to see (okay maybe so much of Jodi's lady bits) for a clearer picture of what happened.

Oh yes and another motion to dismiss this case. :floorlaugh:

That man... long tie guy for the defense, there is still no rhyme or reason to what he does. MOO but from his cross exams, the way he talks, to his reasons behind his motions. Just seems he wants the heck out of there. I'm sure it's really difficult to defend Jodi but it's like they are throwing in the towel before their defense even begins.

Ok, I hate to say it, but I looked.i looked because I thought I saw something on one of Travis' pics. He is lying full length on the bed, which appears to have a silver frame. He is reaching up past his head, and to me, it seems like he is holding on to a piece of DUCT TAPE.i could not look for very long, but if anyone else is over there checking it out......have a look. I saw the photos come up on the live feed and caught it there.

Yes, this is the stuff movies are made from. Can't believe this is true crime. I will be buying this book. Three hours of break down of today starting in 23 mins on HLN. JVM, NG, then Dr. Drew. I wonder if anyone will mention the photos shown during the break. Wow. Today was one for the books!!

The problem is that Jodi COULDN'T stop herself from looking at them. Casey never once looked at the photos, at least in Court. I'm not saying Casey is a saint and she's just as cold blooded murderer as Jodi but I don't believe that Casey derived pleasure from seeing the photos of what was left of Caylee. I do believe Casey derived pleasure from seeing her mother and father doubled over in grief and agony. And I think it's questionable that Cindy's grief was authentic. But Casey derived pleasure from it none the less.

Jodi is in another whole dimension of crazy. She is all sorts of diabolical.

I agree too. I think JA is waaaayyy scarier than CA, and more dangerous as well. Calculating, manipulative, deceptive on a much bigger level. WTH causes a person to be this way? Scary as hell.

They should study her brain/DNA after she has been put to death.

You both are phrasing it much better but I've felt that way since seeing the autopsy photographs. There is such a level of inhumanity and brutality in this crime my heart just hurts from it.

I think they were in the back just behind the ankle - the stripe is going up the side of the pants and the zipper is in the back. Lots of cheaply made clothing have weird zippers. It probable doesn't have any purpose, just decoration. That's why she got a "good price."

This isn't my photobucket acct but whoever owns it has been quickly posting evidence photos as they are shown during the trial. All of the pictures are here, except for the nude shots from today. They are most current first so pics from today's trial are near the top.

I hope that edited versions of the nude photos are allowed to be posted on the media timeline thread, for reference. The nude bits are irrelevent to the case, but the images ARE evidence in the trial, after all. And testimony is being made regarding the images, such as the lubricant bottle.

I am not going to pass any judgement on mom unless there is clear direct evidence for doing so. she is nowhere near the level of CA's family or other fams that get involved and buy into all the BS (fam Peterson for instance). Believe it or not, parenting is not always responsible for people's actions and there isn't much out there saying what kind of parent she was. JA chose her actions regardless of parenting or lack of parenting and more than likely, IMO, JA is wired this way. No, she likely had no clue exactly what her daughter was capable of..why would she? They aren't exactly close and likely if JA told her anything she would have been acting much like how she was in her interview. She got pictures and descriptions and horrible irrefutable evidence today. In many ways I think she is another victim of JA.

I think the close ups of Jodi at the end of trial today was her real face. Caught in her own web of lies and the whole world can see it. She looked more naked than in her pics.

I think that is really easy when you have all the cards stacked in your favor.


Here she was smart enough to turn off her cell phone but then does a documentary on film of her murder, wonder where we would be if she simply took the memory card..... they were onto her anyways and they had the palm print, I think they would have got her, just not so damn obvious.

You know, I think it is a heck of a tighter case against her with those photos. And after seeing them, the impact of what she did is even more intense for me. That someone can coolly lie there, naked, pose for nasty photos, and indulge in some intimate moments with a human being you plan to murder - that's so psychopathic it almost seems psychotic!

ETA: I wanted to mention something about the memory card. I really think she felt destroying it then and there was safer than taking and throwing it somewhere where it could be found or taking it and possibly being detained or arrested and having it be found on her person, if someone happened to have discovered Travis and seen her around, or something.

I think she was thinking fast, not smart. But frankly, I would've been certain a washing machine would destroy a microchip.
