Hello, everyone!
I am new here, but I've tried to read as much of the threads as possible. I apologize ahead of time if this has already been answered, but when I tried to post it on the facebook trial page, no one really answered me. I was wondering about the timing. I know some of the photos were taken around 5:30 PM in the shower. The one roommate said he got home around 6 PM. How did she manage to kill him, drag him back to the shower, do a pathetic clean up attempt, and do the laundry, to get out of the house 30 minutes later? I was bothered by this for a while. I totally think she's guilty, but I can't understand how the timing works.

We don't know because Enrique hasn't testified yet but he has stated he got home at 6pm or later. I think from everything we know so far it's plausible he entered the home, heard nothing, and went off to his room. Jodi was either already out or was able to leave quietly. (Remember she was driving a rental too - she could have parked on the street for all we know. No one would have recognized the car or maybe even her with dyed hair. JMO)

Could someone in the video editing booth have been playing back the video of the pics and made it real time by mistake?

That's exactly what was occurring. It was from Martinez during direct because he was pointing things in the pics like the TV screen, etc. That was his pen being used in the video as a pointer.

I believe so, although I didn't notice soap or suds in any of the photos. (Again, I am peeking whilst my family comes in and out of the room.)

All those shower photos really bring it home. Have sex with the man, then photograp him as he is showering, relax him, get him goooooood and vulnerable.

So if you had to guess, did she stab him in the heart while he was sitting in the shower?

It really does bring it home for me. It just came at me like a ton of bricks. Actually seeing what she was actually doing while she planned to decimate him. I could never imagine such a thing.

I can't imagine how anyone can still think he was the user or abuser or the heartbreaker in the relationship, after viewing that.

Is this a joke? I mean it certainly can't be her. I just thought it was strange that it says

"Another day in court...chilling on my lunch hour"

What did you make of the photo of Travis holding his right arm up in the air? Also, when was he supposed to leave for his Cancun trip?

I think he was resting with his arm over his head. She must have said something and he was in the motion of turning to look at her. That's my take. I think the "bruising" is just the poor quality of the print of the photo. jmho.

Hi ferretnurse! Personally, I think the roommate is mistaken and probably arrived home a little later than 6PM. JA did two loads of laundry. To get one load from washer into dryer would take at least a half hour.

but it was so strange how the vjj pictures came up because they were from EARLIER testimony by the time they were playing them live! Very strange!

thats hapened b4 - since the first day - on opening arguements - the unseen photos came up at the end of the trial day
