Call from Jodi to Travis forwarded to voicemail at roughly 11:30 pm on 6-4-08

Jodi must have seen that done in a movie, I know I have but can't remember what movie, sure it was Lifetime!

I brought this up yeaterday. There is no proof that the DATE or the TIME on the camera is accurate. However, the TIMER is accurate. In other words the time elapsed between photos is accurate.

The camera was found in the washer. There should be a chain of custody on the evidence.

At the beginning of the forensic examination of the camera, I would hope/expect the examiner would have noted the date and time displayed on the camera once the exam started, and verified the accuracy to the current time (i.e., plus or minus days or hours or minutes).

Hopefully it's in a report somewhere. He can then testify to any (if any) time discrepancies.

Another call at 11:53 pm 6-4-08, forwarded to voicemail, 16 minutes long... Maximum voicemail length is 5 minutes. Jodi was listening to Travis' voicemail messages, according to witness.

That's funny. I just did that before the trial. I called my mom and it went to her voicemail, which she hasn't set up yet, and I called her right back and she answered. :giggle:

Well it would appear, if I'm following this correctly, someone listened to Travis' voicemail messages after he was dead. They could only be accessed by knowing the pin number.
