I brought this up yeaterday. There is no proof that the DATE or the TIME on the camera is accurate. However, the TIMER is accurate. In other words the time elapsed between photos is accurate.

It probably lined up with the ME approximate time of death, her missing receipt time, etc.,

Anybody else yell at their TV when the talking heads totally screw up the sequence or purpose of an action and declare it as if it is the truth. I was so mad to see the dopey dramatization with the stick figures moving first from the shower, to the hallway, back down the hallway and back to the shower stall. Later on in one show there is the photo showing the bloodied sink as if that just happened by magic. A former LE (the white, bald headed, older guy) said that Jodi slit Travis's throat, both made it back down the hallway over to the sink and then she shot him in the face.

I am no medical person but even I know that if you slit someone's throat from ear to ear they will not have the ability to make it down a hallway and pull themselves up to a sink and then spew blood on the backsplash of the sink before you need to shoot them in the head to get them to quit wandering around.

Exactly! That stuff only happens when trying to kill a zombie!

But the last two shots, by time, are the two only focused on his body. His face shot was third to last.

I thought his face shot was the last shot before the shot taken of the ceiling of the bathroom. The one supposedly that LE believes is when the attack by JA began?

OK... last few pics:
5:29:20 - Infamous shower pic - referred to as last photo taken of Travis. He was sitting in the shower for some reason. I don't think he realized the entire time that she was photographing him. He may not have even realized that she was still in his home. So she took the close-up photo and it's obvious he sees her there. He is sitting in that photo. He is looking straight at the camera. I don't know what emotion I am seeing because I didn't know Travis personally. Disgust? Anger? Confusion?
It is not a "smoldering eyes" photo. He would have done something else with his hands or body for that. In the photos I have seen of him with his friends, he is very animated. Perhaps he realized that she was still in his home at that moment.

5:30:30 - TA shower pic sitting. This photo appears to be an "accidental photo". This was taken a whole minute later than the close-up shot. He stayed seated after that last photo was taken and he knew she was there, or maybe she had already stabbed him. There is something near his bottom. I don't know if it is his scrotum, or if it is a pool of blood.

5:32:16 - dragging photo. 2 minutes later. Dragging him out of the shower, perhaps?

Anyone else's thoughts?

I' m pretty sure I am correct in sequence- 4th to last, face shot. Two body shots in a row (3,2) then ceiling shot (1) then the attack begins. Anyone?

EDIT she fired her but looks like her female lawyer is back..she plead not guilty

I think lying out on the table like that was part of her "see, I'm so open and harmless and sincere" act.

And "childlike". IMO, she has cultivated and manipulated a "demure, innocent, wide-eyed" woman-child personality to mask how devious and calculating she truly is.

Good morning. I'm a brand new member but have been reading all the threads about this trial. Couple of quick comments:

1. I find psychopaths so incredibly fascinating because of how different they are from real people.

2. I don't believe anything Jodi has said about her relationship with Travis or their sex lives or his jealousy or anything else.

3. Based on what we've seen of evidence and heard from credible individuals, I don't think there was anything particularly lurid or deviant or even unusual about the sexual relationship -- Travis was rather innocent and inexperienced; whatever experience he gained, he learned from Jodi. He gave in to temptation, just like we all do at times.

4. I have not come up with a good theory yet for how exactly the brutality was carried out or what triggered it 45 seconds after the last shower photo. But that last face shot of Travis looks like he is scared and upset, and his body posture in the next 2 photos suggests the same. Wondering if Jodi had him at gunpoint in those moments and/or was threatening to expose the nude photos to his church and job

I agree and then the dragging pic is her dragging him back into the bathroom after he's trying to get away from her and after she slashed his throat.

Those photos had the opposite effect on me. What planet is this defense attorney on? Does he believe his own b.s.?

You have to take into account that he was on NG and the talking heads on that show will sometimes say anything to get on the air. jmo:seeya:

After the photo of Travis sitting, there is a photo of the bathroom ceiling. I think jodi stabbed him whilst he was sitting in the shower, and he lunged for her and she dropped the camera.

He got up and whilst he was moving she had no choice but to continue using the knife, as maybe the gun was in the bedroom in her purse.

Why not shoot him there in the shower. She can't hold the knife, gun and camera at the same time. Even if she had the gun in her pocket , why not use that while Travis is moving away and trying to escape?
