yea, I know that.

My question was (and maybe I wasnt clear) did HE set up the pin access to his VM or is it an automatic thing for Verizon phones? Maybe to block her from checking them? and she hacked it somehow?

On T-Mobile, the pin # to access VM is an option.

The witness said it can only be accessed with a PIN # when accessing voicemail from another line (as opposed to checking voicemail from the phone itself, I assume)

Jodi A is going down . . . . .

Hey Jodi . . . .Can you hear me now?

I'm reading through post after post here about people being in shock over her listening to his voice mail. I don't know why that would be so shocking to anyone after seeing the crime scene photos. After seeing those photos, is there anything this monster wouldn't be capable of?

Defense attorney asked Verizon's Mr. Citizen to go through records to highlight Travis' calls to Jodi - gonna assume an objection with a sidebar because I lost audio. ;)

Why does the Def have to do this now??? They get there turn to do this later.
Hello to the Defense-he was dead when she checked his VM....OMG...She is sicker then sick.

I'm just... bewildered. I don't think he would have given her everything on purpose. I think she tricked them out of him - like, "Hey, give me your ATM card - I'll jump out and get the money for you since it's raining, etc. What's your PIN?" Or else she snuck around and found them.

I've been married for over 12 yrs - been together for 20 - and I don't know all of my husband's PINs. And they dated for 4 months? :waitasec:

Agreed, but younger people don't seem to value their privacy nowadays. I won't even have a facebook or Myspace page because I refuse to post personal info on the internet.

ok, thanks

So Im guessing its not an option with Verizon and he didnt set it up himself.

I was thinking that maybe he did set up the pin # access to keep her from getting into it.

who in the HELLO gives a woman they dated for FIVE MONTHS the pin numbers to their: cell phone, debit card, my space, blog, etc etc?

not believing that

(and now we are back to all the "okays" :sigh:)

Keep in mind with the time on the camera - cameras also auto-correct for daylight savings time(this can be turned off, but takes extra effort). AZ does not follow daylight savings time. So that basically puts AZ an extra hour earlier than daylight mountain time, during the summer months.

I seem to remember the camera times pinpointed 5:30 for the murder? If so, that could actually be 4:30 local time. Giving Jodi even more time to bail before the roommate came home.

She is so dangerous. The physical violence of course but her manipulation and her hollow tin non-existant soul. Truly frightening.

So was Travis also listening to Jodi's voice mail?Juan was quick to object when DA started this line of questioning but is rather silent now.

2 to Jodi
14 to Travis

How sick! listening to his voicemails after murdering him.

This is my first ever trial, I have never watched one live or in full before. It's addictive! I have literally gotten nothing done

I know....I did not think it was possible to be more creeped out about this case but this just takes the cake.....

You're right nothing this woman does should be a shock after seeing/hearing what she did to Travis BUT after he is dead, after he is gone and can't see another woman, after she knows he won't be whooping it up in Cancun, after all that she still wants to keeps tabs on him thru his phone mail. The level of obsession is what blows me away.

The DA sure is taking his time to get to the point....

It's not clear. I would assume he would have to set up the PIN # himself. Jodi has to know his PIN # to be able to access his voicemail from her phone. Whether he gave her the PIN or she found it when snooping through his email ...that has not been revealed, but I think the inference is obvious.

In any event, the point is that she listened to his bog emails for 16 minutes, 6 hours after she killed him. (and she had called him 2x after he was dead and before she listened to his voicemail)

So was Travis also listening to Jodi's voice mail?

I would say that he absolutely would not even begin to care about her voice mail. Just a guess.
