When did they say the camera was an hour off? So would that mean that she killed him closer to 4:30, did a haphazard clean up, and then got on his computer? :what:

I was quoting a theory from another poster.

Adding to this...I agree, wouldn't be surprising whatsoever if she went on his computer at 4:50pm. Travis' cell phone was found in the office, I wonder if SHE put it there. My hunch is based on the fact she was known phone snooper. Back in 2008, pass codes weren't as common like they are now. Therefore, I THINK Travis would want to keep his cell in sight around JHole, not in an office where she could easily snoop while he showers/sleeps/whatever.

JHole,I'm sorry but that made me :floorlaugh:

Ok so the take away from the phone dude is? In a nut shell....Jodi called Travis more? What am I missing? She left an alibi voice message after she killed him?

Especially an alleged "abusive" man! Not happening.

Trial watching IS so addictive, been doing it since OJ.

I'm in the process of adopting two adorable kittens and our home visit is tomorrow. I scheduled it for 2:00, LUNCHTIME in AZ!

I have a different carrier, so I dont know, but does Verizon have the pin to check VM's on all phones? Meaning, if I call you and you have Verizon and you call and check your messages, YOU have to put a pin # in?
I have T-Mobile and I know you can set it up that waty if you want, but you dont HAVE to have it....

So if he had Verizon and its not a auto feature on the phones, he set it to enter a pin to check his vm's and if she is checking his VM after he is dea, she knew his pin, or used a combo of pins she knew he had used before and hacked into??

Wow. Just Wow!!

She stated in an interview with Detective Esteban Flores that she had Travis's pin numbers. She even gave the pin number to him.

I guess I just don't understand people publishing a personal diary on the internet...

I did, but mine is a blog about my experiences with a psychopath, I also try and help women and men trapped in emotionally or physically abusive relationships. I write articles too.

As for the phone calls? my ex used to call me, but then when I tried to call him say (Because he was due to come and visit me, had to sort out the time to meet) he would never pick up. He would go offline just to spite me, so I would call and call and call.

Then he would turn up at my house hours later and give me a BS story about how his phone or internet died.

He did it just to keep me in a stressed out state. Push/ Pull action and passive aggressiveness.

Watch me worry all the while pretending he wasn't causing it. Typical assholian move. imo

Especially when he told me to call after he finished work, and when I had to be someplace and I could meet him on the way , why not answer the phone? which caused me to go home , or wait in a previously agreed on area and he wouldn't show up for hours. By that time I am cold and very angry

I just said it could be, i don't recall hearing whether they address lining up the times on the camera with the computer with the roommate coming home at "6".

If he was just as much into it, why wouldn;t he pick up then, when she called?

Thanks. So in that time period, he called her about twice a week and she called him about twice a day.

Can you give me your recipe? I can never get it to turn out right!

he didn't pick up because he didn't want to chitchat. He only called or talked to her when he needed "relief" kwim ......IMO

Question: I've been reading through the old posts and enjoying myself immensely. I've figured out most of the abbreviations used "DA, DT, JA, TA, etc" but was does LE mean? Best I've come up with is 'legal eagle' which really doesn't seem to fit...

He was quite the talker. He may have been speaking on the phone.

Also, he may not have called, but info regarding texts back and forth might show a different pattern (if those texts were available).

January 15, 2013 Morning Testimony

CROSS EXAMINATION
--Witness, Joey Citizen, Verizon employee, is now asked to highlight all the calls that Travis made to the number in question. Prosecution objects. Lawyers approach the bench. Witness needs a few minutes to go through the records.
#363--Phone records of calls Travis made to Jodi.
--Defence is doing a "reorientation" of how the call records work.
--call from Travis to Jodi on June 2, 2008 from 0304 hours. 1011 seconds in length.
--call from Travis to Jodi on June 2, 2008, 0321 hours. 2450 seconds in length.
--re: voicemail features with Verizon. Does Verizon allow for somebody to erase their messages to re-do their messages? Citizen: "yes". Somebody could have erased their messages and did them over again.

REDIRECT
Re: exhibit 363

There are two calls from Travis to Jodi, and fourteen from Jodi to Travis.

Prosecution: "With respect to any calls from Travis to Jodi, were any of them made after June 4, 2008 1732 hours?" Answer: "no". Prosecution: "And in regard to that particular date were there any calls made from Travis' phone after June 4, 2008?" Answer: "no calls made from Travis' number".
Prosecution: "How many calls were made from Jodi's phone to Travis'?" Defence objects, it is over ruled. Answer: "four".

DEFENCE

Re: Exhibit 363
Records are from May 31, 2008 to June 15, 2008 and do not reflect any text messages. Defence makes the point that somebody could be responding to a text message.

PROSECUTION
What was Verizon's retention policy regarding text messages in 2008? Answer: 3-5 days, the information would be overwritten after that on their servers.

Some cited those two phone calls from Travis as evidence that he was as obsessed with her as she was with him. But given the sequence of events and her persistent calls (more than a dozen), it makes more sense that he called her very late at night in those last days because he wanted decisively to end the relationship. (It possible that these angry calls were the penultimate trigger to Jodi's homicide plans.) Travis was a workaholic; putting off such a disturbing personal issue until everything else is done doesn't seem to me that surprising.

All in all, it's a lot of circumstantial evidence that doesn't really prove anything, but the prosecution hopes the implications will have weight. They don't know what she did for 16 minutes. It doesn't look like they can prove anything, either, other than she was on the phone for 16 minutes. They also tried to paint the picture of her as calling him a lot, compared to how much he called her... But the defense pointed out that there may have been text message interactions that led to the calls. Plus two long-duration calls he made to her.

That crap would never work for me! I have better things to do than call and call and call anyone!

I call once, leave a message and the balls in their court.

Your ex sounds very controlling and like a J-hole for sure. What would happen if you didn't return the call and weren't home for the visit?

Understood entirely. For me it was a cathartic experience and one I began initially to cope with losing my mother...but my husband and I met through our blogs so it grew to something else for us.

He wrote me love poetry on his and I wrote of my love for him on mine. Being separated by 4000 miles added a lot to the romance factor without the mundanity of dirty socks on the floor and the toilet lid being left up.

I'd say though anyone reading either of our blogs probably knows less than ten percent of our lives though if even that much.

It takes all these building blocks to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and get justice for Travis and all those who love him. I don't mind not being entertained as long as a guilty verdict comes back. JMO

Agree, agree, agree. The thanks button was not enough.

Oh Chanler, I don't agree. Those lengthy late night phone calls were probably phone sex.
