I didn't see any "playful" in any of the pics, but more of an up close and personal!

Some aspects of the pics looked like they were re-creating poses. For example, the JA crotch pics shots are very similar to the pics in especially trashy magazines. Also, in many movies, the actors have removed their pubic hair so that their genitals can be seen more clearly plus the man's genitals look bigger without public hair.

Not that I've heard, which is gonna be the biggest obstacle for the defense. I'm sure they will say it was some sort of misaligned thinking because of emotional abuse or something. It's the changing stories, what, 3 times that really blows her credibility to me.

its possible, but not neccessarily, she could have rerecorded the message 5 times and then at the end decided to just delete it and not leave one at all.

the only way that I can think of to have any idea would be if when they were first checking the messages, the voicemail menu would say '## of new messages'. Although, I think there is even an option to make a message as 'unheard', which would make it seem as though it was a new message too.

Because the DT made a point of asking about 'what if she was changing her message', I'm thinking that is what she was doing.

And as I've stated multiple times, this is what the prosecution wishes to imply. But the Verizon rep even stated he cannot confirm or deny this. He can only say she was on the phone for 16 minutes.

JVM saying women may see the pics of Jodi in degrading sex pics and feel sorry for her, maybe women jurors will think Jodi was forced to pose. Me, this woman, does not see it that way at all.

First of all they are not SEX pics, they are nude pics. Secondly, I see nothing degrading about them. Just two naked humans, not at all uncommon for couple to take pics like this.

Dang I've missed some good reading in here. I won't talk about stalking women, even if when I do go out they buy me drinks to get me drunk and take advantage of me.

oh because he was helping her out by having anal sex with her. I can buy the impression that his little head was the one in charge but him trying save her from herself through sexual encounters just sounds like another way to deny that Travis made poor choices. they were not deserving of death but sleeping with and in any way encouraging your stalker is not smart.

I didn't mean to imply Travis was helping her in any way by engaging in anal sex, or saving her from herself through sexual encounters. IMO, the sexual side of their relationship was a two way street and one part of the relationship that clearly Travis was conflicted about. Maybe Travis made poor choices, gave into temptation, sure. So did Jodi. But their relationship wasn't strictly sexual.

I think he did try to help her, save her. He introduced her to Mormonism, sent missionaries to her house, baptized her. I think he saw she was a broken person, and genuinely wanted to inspire her to be better.

And I think he tried to discourage her behavior. He cancelled a trip to see her in CA about a month before she made the trip to Mesa. His friends encouraged almost victim #2 to pursue Jodi. IMO, this shows he was trying to break it off, the effort was there.
