I didn't see the post(s) on this thread referencing CE so I'm not sure about the context but what makes most sense off hand in other threads would be "Circumstantial Evidence".

Maybe someone else can weigh in if they have a different thought!

IIRC Jodi originally started out representing herself. Once the prosecutors discovered that all of the emails that she presented as being sent from Travis were forgeries, she asked the judge for council because she was "in over her head".

I believe this is why she interviewed without a lawyer present.
