Im not worried about that. Each case stands on its own merits. Most all the defendants the public thinks are guilty are found guity by their juries.

Not too many pinellas clueless running around imo and they havent moved to AZ and arent on this jury.

I think they could vote right now and find her guilty and apply the DP. I dont think I can remember a case with this much overwhelming evidence against a defendant including even a photo showing them there. Priceless and one for the history books imo.

I agree with ths. I also think that she couldn't just tell him what supposedly happened because of this as well.It would be too close to confessing and it would also require her to have seen it and in a frantic struggle she probably can't remember exactly how they were positioned or any of that because she was just focused on ending him.

Unbelievable! I would say she gets the death penalty. But remember CMA? I was so sure she would get convicted. I think I said it before. Some folks have no common sense. And that applies to those on juries. Hopefully, this jury Convicts her in the first minute! How do detectives handle these crazies?
