IMO he is dramatising the whole scenario so that he appears to to be less culpable and is trying to gain public sympathy to the extent that he alludes to C "throwing" Lydia into her cot rather than "placing" her into it.

My guess is that B leaked it to the media which I found strange. If the police found it, it would normally stay in their care. I am so suspicious of B that when I read it, I thought he could have written it himself for that purpose!

However, if she wrote it herself, it gives me the impression that from her miscarriage onwards, C was suffering from narcissistic abuse and blaming her hormones. She even seemed to be feeling guilty for having some of her feelings. B had isolated her so she had no one to talk to about her feelings and was ashamed to tell others anyway.

I hope that experts chime in about her diary; when I was with my narc, I kept a journal and it was all about how wonderful he was for putting up with me, for dealing with my insecurities, having the patience to be with such a burden, *insert all sorts of self-deprecating garbage here*. The journal painted him as a saint and me as this horrible villain that he graciously put up with. None of the nasty things he did were ever mentioned in it. I guess what I'm trying to say is, C's diary is an extension of the brainwashing he's done on her.

Then there's the age thing, I was an adult in my late 20s, yet she was only 20. Most of the time she was with him, she was a teenager. Being with a soul sucking mate when you're an adult is something you spend a lifetime healing from (when you leave), but what if you're a teenager, your brain still forming, your identity still developing, gaining control over your emotions still a work in progress?

In my opinion B is a pathological liar (disturbed personality) who is removed from reality - he isnt even aware that his lies are absolutely idiotic. His pics with "far away" gaze caught my attention from the start. But Im not a psychiatrist

Crime at Glyka Nera: Caroline Crouch was fast asleep seven minutes before entering 'death process', coroner tells Police

At 03:58, the young woman's heart rate describes a person who is fast asleep, highlighted the coroner in her testimony to Police.

Judging from the data in the smartwatch, she said "I consider that the heart rate of 48 to 58 bpm, which is recorded between 01:41 and 03:51 on May 11 2021 corresponds to a period of sleep, and I consider the same for the recorded data of 03:58, when her heart rate stood at 61 bpm," she noted.

The coroner said "the process of death took place from 04:05 to 04:11. The final recording on the smartwatch is at 04:11 and I believe that death occurred immediately after," she underlined, adding that "the death process actually lasted a few minutes, death was not instantaneous."

The medical examiner stated that when she was at the crime scene and saw the watch worn by the victim, she collected it, to protect it and ensure it is transferred to forensic laboratories for evaluation.

DailyPost.gr June 19: B admitted on Friday, June 18, to waking C up, before suffocating her to death, so now we have the killer's confirmation that she was indeed sleeping.

Police send file on murdered young mother at Glyka Nera to prosecutor, including victim's journal entries

According to file information, before she was killed by suffocation and specifically between 00:37 and 00:38 she had done three searches on the Booking platform for housing.

The 26-page report sent by the police to the court contains details of what police investigators found at the house after her husband, Babis Anagnostopoulos, 33, called the police around 06:20 alleging he had been tied by robbers to the floor next to the bed and they had killed his wife because she was screaming for them not to hurt her baby.

In July 2020, on their daughter's first-month birthday, she said she had told Anagnostopoulos she wanted to leave and had found a house in Halandri, another Athens suburb. She also noted other arguments, blaming her hormones, and said she had hit him and told him she didn't want her baby, but next day was feeling better and said she was "not well, I'm depressed, I obviously would never hurt my baby, my love for it is greater than for anything in this world" and again mentioned she was ashamed to tell her husband her hormones affected her so strongly.
