ITA, "y'all" sounds better. I'm getting too old and life is too short to care what people think of it anymore.

Hey, SM,

We are probably about to get in trouble by the mods for getting off topid - but I have to share this.

I went to a training class for my old job and there were about 15 of us from throughout the US. Well, the rep from LA, who was a very intelligent Asian guy - waited until we were all in the airport about to catch a flight and he said...

So nice to meet you and you are sooo smart. But you've got to drop the ya'll from your venacular (sp).....it absolutely drives me crazy.

And do you know what? I don't even know how to dismis that word - it's so inate!!! hahaha

Sorry for the book..

And don't you believe BECAUSE CAYLEE is the only one LE owes anything to - out of HER respect - to hold off notifying HER FAMILY - flesh and blood - by NOT telling them and letting this dog and pony show circus continue. IMO that doesn't work for either side. If they have somewhat definitive results - this will come out eventually - has to. When that big reveal takes place and we all find out LE knew she was dead in July (early Aug)- and its now like what? NOVEMBER is trial date - but let's say they wait until SEPTEMBER or OCTOBER - OMG how will the pbulic perceive LE then? "You mean they knew back in early August and didn't tell those people - well no wonder they acted as weird as they did." That is a double edged sword.

No, at the risk of sounding callous.... if Caylee's dead from LE's point of view the ONLY justice they want for her is the ultimate justice.... that's THE greatest respect they can show any victim.

If we were talking about a victim who was in imminent danger, then of course LE has a duty to act swiftly but if the victim is beyond help they must take EVERYTHING into consideration & that includes notifying a family that has proven their tenacity at defending the chief suspect.

In my heart, I really do believe the public will side with working towards justice for the baby over worrying about the family who swears up & down that a rotting pizza smells just like a dead body.... it smells SO horrible in the trunk of the car that it even stinks up the clothes inside the car itself. That's one nasty dead pizza.

The GPs said it themselves... they ONLY want this to be ALL ABOUT CAYLEE. Well, I agree.

That said, I feel like they're probably closer than we think.... I'm sure LE has investigated all Casey's friends & acquaintances way before she changed her mind & decided she gave Caylee to "a friend."

Why wouldn't LE & the Feds have anticipated that Casey would end up blaming friends. The only question left for me is whether her NEXT move will be to try to implicate a family member. If she does, we'll need a new forum.... for LEE'S trial... he'll kill her. lol

If this was a normal family, I'd agree with you. But I don't think LE trusts anyone in this bunch as far as they can throw them, and with good reason. Why would they tip their hand to people more concerned about the defendant than the victim?

Me too and a real southerner knows what Knowshon means without having to google. Now, back to topic for me.

Are there any requirements to attend one of the vigils? I would like to go just to see the expressions on the faces of the major players. Does anyone know a start time? TIA

That would be great if you could attend, you could give us a birds eye view into it. Bring your camera!

Go UGA - I don't miss a beat! If you attend a vigil - you better keep us posted!

I know they have done the vigils at different times, places and days. I think they are now at the home but do not know the date or time. I especially want to see Lee and Georges face. Don't worry, I will act respectable.

Do you feel like you have a psychic tendancy? I actually took a nap this afternoon and woke up with Caylee on my mind....no pictures or images to speak of - but I wonder if I'm just too absorbed in the case.

Not really psychic abilities..........Sometimes I just "see" things, but this was odd because when I first dreamed about this little girl before she was reported missing by Cindy. I had no idea WHO the child was.

The phones have probably been bugged for awhile now but I doubt they could get a warrant for the house until Casey got there. I know from the Scott Peterson case that they aren't allowed to listen or record anything between client and attorney. It's my opinion from what's being said by the defense in this case that privilege would also apply to any listening devices in the house while he is present.
But that confidentiality wouldn't extend to anyone other than his client, would it? If George and Cindy get into an argument and start hollering about something incriminating, why would the fact that Baez happens to be sitting in the room make that argument inadmissible? They're not his clients.

I'm telling ya, it's a powder keg!

Bobby62,

They had the vigils on Sundays around 730pm. I'm not 100% sure if they will continue same time etc. I will probably be attending as well.

Ok - I'll agree with that - but what about great-grandma? She is totally innocent and what about George's mom, dad, family? They are Caylee's great grands as well and they haven't done a thing? Don't you think THEY are going to be just a little upset when the reveal happens that LE knew this like two months ago and didn't tell them? How is the (please excuse this but best way I know how to put it) tree-hugging portion of the public going to react? It sure doesn't paint a nice, positive, community oriented, people friendly image of the Local LE and that's not a good thing. JMO

If I can confirm time/place I am going. I will be the guy in the LSU cap with the Florida license plate. ; )

Here's another question.... how do the rest of Casey's family feel about the possibility that Casey is responsible for Caylee's death?

Isn't it possible for them it really IS "all about Caylee?"

I really think the public will support any decisions LE makes IF it's in the best interests of seeking justice for this innocent baby.

I question how close the extended family is to the Anthonys. They're certainly not making any public shows of support.

LE are the only ones who are looking to obtain justice for Caylee. The family's behavior is so disturbing that I just don't think the general tree-hugging public are in any way going to identify with their lies, denials and all-around weirdness.

I think it in LE best interest to have Casey out of jail. She wil either find her daughter or continue lying, proving to all what they already know.
Each new lie is just one more piece of evidence that will be used against her when the time comes.
