First time McCollum and the Judge have ever dealt with this. Leave it to the Caisons/Moorers to set the bar to a new low.

  • #562
Defense could say that without their testimony, they can not present adequate testimony

Most definitely! Defense will likely ask for a mistrial.

  • #563
Huge blow to the defense!

This judge is not happy at all with this defense.

Hopefully, as a result of all of TM's antics, the judge will give her the max when the verdict comes back as GUILTY.

Defense is completely stunned it seems.

I actually feel for the defense counsel right now. He is flabbergasted. They truly cannot give her much of a defense now.

  • #565
Defense is about to cry.

  • #566
Why is the defense trying to drag this out so long??

  • #567
First time any of the Judge and defense have ever had to deal with this in their professional careers. With TM. Of course.

  • #568
Yay, Judge ruling that defense violated sequestration order.

  • #569
Defense lawyers are pissed! Blame your dam client!

  • #570
Poor Greg.... "I've never dealt with this before."
Judge: "I haven't either."

Seriously.

Leave it to the Moorers/Caison

#TammyMoorer - Cross exam: Did you know there's cameras all over this courthouse and in that room?

The judge just ruled there was a violated of the sequestration order and Tammy's children and her mother and another potential witness who a deputy says was sitting in the courtroom will not be allowed to testify @WBTWNews13

Prosecutor says there are cameras everywhere in the court house. Says they can pull the cameras and see if Christian is telling the truth. Christian once again said he did not watch the live stream. #TammyMoorerTrial

Judge said he thinks there was a violation of the sequestration order. Suppressing the testimony of the three Moorer children, Tammy's mom and one other potential witness. #TammyMoorerTrial

Judge finds the family did violate the order and suppress the testimony from the children and a couple others.

Cathy Russon‏ @cathyrusson 1m1 minute ago
#TammyMoorer - The judge rules the witnesses violated his order and the witnesses in that room, including the Moorer children, can NOT testify.

Josh Bell‏ @jbellTSN 4m4 minutes ago
Christian steps down. Claims Deputy Pike was mistaken.

The judge ruled that the kids can't testify as there was a violation of sequestration. Boom! #TammyMoorer

YES! Go Judge!

  • #573
Anyone catch Tammy just tugging at McCollum's elbow? Like she can do a better job? She's something else.

  • #574
Why is the defense trying to drag this out so long??
He's trying soooo hard because he knows they have no case ....

  • #575
Defense McCollum asked that witness be allowed to still proffer their testimony. Judge said no - there was sequestration order and they violated it. Judge said if appellate court disagrees that they should have been permitted to testify, so be it. (my interpretation)

Charge them!

Trying to blame it on the HCSD

  • #578
"You should have told your witnesses." I'm crushing so hard on Judge Culbertson.

  • #579
If I were the defense attorney I would fire TM right now. Walk out of the room...I'm sure he can't but one can dream

  • #580
Go Judge! Just put responsibility on defense for explaining sequestration to their witnesses. :)
