I wonder if she has a copy of the written work order for his "job" that night? Oh, which included that break at the payphone and the jaunt to Walmart for the lovely pregnancy test and cigar ... I wonder if they can write those off for tax purposes??

Ashley's looking at the picture of the tattoo on Sidney. She says it says Tammy. This was previously brought up by the state in testimony earlier in this trial.

I'm sorry -- if Sidney was working that night (and Tammy supposedly went with him) why does the defense not call the restaurant where he supposedly was working to corroborate? Mmm, thought so.

Or some pay stub or other record that he actually had worked anywhere that night?

Tattoo supposedly applied in January 2012. Witness says she has a "discussion" on facebook with the friend whose husband did the tattoo as evidence.

Friend asked why he wanted TAMMY tattoo'ed on him, and Ashley said because he wanted it. "That's what we were told."

Date of 'TAMMY' tattoo on Sid was first done in Jan 2012. So not in response to H.E. affair since that affair occurred in 2013.

But how does this prove TM is innocent of kidnapping charges? (it doesn't).
