I wish I was there for jury selection. I would love to know more about each one so I could get a better feel.

I have to add which I didn’t say in my original post. These are my observations of only two days. I obviously don’t know how anyone was reacting during the rest of the testimony.

In every trial I watch it’s so hard when it’s the defenses turn - but when I watch and listen to Tammy I literally remember specific pieces of evidence that dispute stuff she’s trying to spin. I hope the jury does too.

Looking forward to your comments, when you get home after a hard session, in Court, I would think.
It is Sunday morning here now, so I must wait, to Tuesday morning here, for your Monday morning session.:(:(:(
In my logic, as I am a day in front, you would think, I should have all the knowledge and info, from across the world, from the date before: as in mental telepathy, or time travel.o_Oo_O
However, that is not the case, and I don't know what has happened from places behind my date!!!!
Hope this is understood, by someone.:rolleyes:

Tammy’s Wicken past is still there despite her claim to be a born again Christian while in jail. This case has always been about the light in the dark. Hopefully the light will be shed on this darkness.

Well, hbone.
I feel the light is already coming through this darkness, as evident from the Cross of TM in Court.
If this continues, in a similar fashion, it will be SUNSHINE beaming down.
However, TM will be advised, to tone things down, not to express herself, and it may be "Yes Madam, No Madam".
MOO.

It was addressed before the jurors came in. The Judge always asks if anyone has anything before he brings them in and the state stood right up and pretty much accused her of tainting the evidence. It was amazing. Then the lawyers all had to go through it and make sure it wasn’t altered in any way while she sat there watching LOL

And to reply to another post I read earlier but forgot to quote:
if you are in the south (like I am) please don’t take this the wrong way, but I feel like the judges here (and men in general) look down on women. Where I live it’s very pretentious and proper - even the most independent of women at my work make comments that surprise me. My kids go to a prep school and the headmaster treats me very differently than he treats my husband. That said obviously it’s not the ENTIRE south, but I find a lot of things here to be old school type of thinking.

But, in your case, you have a very outstanding, influential husband, and that may be the reason, he is treated in this way.
If he had a much lesser position, perhaps this attitude would not be present.
I am being complementary to you, about your husband, not critical.
MOO.

I don’t want to disparage her remarks about her kids, but I don’t believe it. Her son was rude, disrespectful, and nothing like you would expect someone on the stand to speak like. I am not from the south but my husband is in the military and it’s very very common in the southern places we’ve lived to always use sir and ma’am etc. no matter what. Where I am from things like “no sir” and “yes ma’am” are looked at as sassy and disrespectful. My children however adapt to wherever we live.

Can someone refresh my memory about the date/time asked TM to open the truck and she said she didn't have the keys, and why that may or may not have been a lie?

From memory, TM and SM went to Police station. SM couldn't leave, and TM drove home with the truck.
Police then came over, and wanted to look into the locked truck.
TM states, she hasn't got the keys, SM has them!!!!!!!
Yet she drove home, with the keys belonging to the truck.o_Oo_Oo_O
Sorry, I don't have dates.
MOO.

Edit- no idea why or how I quoted the meta data post but I agree LOL. I did it last night. I and others in court have been giving Nancy stuff the last two days- the things we notice and think are important to point out- not that they don’t know all her lies, but just in case they don’t understand. They definitely want it. I don’t know if I should post exactly when but she said something on the stand (regarding terry Elvis) And immediately a note was given to the state.

I went back and watched that 25 minutes. The state did bring it up but then the defense said something about labeling evidence themselves. That concerns me because she pulled out some papers from a folder and gave them to her attorney to label. If she is going to be going through the evidence, she should not be able to do it where there is other papers on the table.

You are exactly right! This is one of the things I wrote out and gave to Nancy.

I know we aren't supposed to judge, but as vehemently as she denied God to me before this, I have a hard time believing she is a reformed believer. I wish Nancy could ask where they attend church in FL, what scripture has she leaned on to get her through these 'trying' years and if she attends small groups/Sunday School or other spiritual classes to help keep her faith strong. I guarantee she won't have answers to that. She became a 'Christian' to save face, get people on her side and get donations, because that's what people of faith do, they support others, and she needed support (ie, free things), even if it was from a group she previously said she despised.

I absolutely do not believe her faith is genuine.

Oh I agree with you. I think they labeled it but that doesn’t mean it’s in evidence. The lady that sits there has to check before he uses it to make sure it’s actually been published into evidence. But I immediately was like she’s switching stuff out- remember he showed her a Facebook printout and she’s like “no the dates on these are wrong”. I was thinking - huh maybe you put the wrong ones on the table tam tam. LOL

Haha I totally get it. I was in Thailand for many trials and would wake up as you were all going to sleep. I’m happy to be on this tune zone right now LOL

That's what I thought, too! I saw her studying documents, making notes and it struck me as someone trying to memorize the evidence and her responses to them. Thank God you are there in court! Thanks for all your insights and observations--and I am so relieved that we have someone there to tell Nancy when we see TM breaking rules.

Oh my gosh, she was probably tricking him too and I do believe that her attorney's don't know half of what's she's really done. imo

And how about the moon phases TM searched on her phone?!! I KNEW it was to see when the full moon was out to light up PTL! And HE was kidnapped on the full moon. #Diabolical

I'm not going to google wiccan stuff, but when I heard about the full moon searches I thought of the possibility of some sort of ritualistic meaning. TM is sheer evil, so whatever the motivation, it wasn't good.

Reminded me of the white tank on the manikin that was taken as evidence. We've heard nothing more about that.

So true and by saying Nancy TM's trying to elevate herself to same level as the state attorney. She thinks she's clever but it really just shows how manipulative she is, imo.

Perhaps, by calling Nancy by her christian name, TM wants to try to portray an atmosphere of friendship.
Perhaps she is trying to present herself, TM as more likeable to all: jurors, all in court, media.
Just being manipulative.
MOO.

TM has no following of Wicca, if she did she'd be scared to death of Karma and the three fold rule. Its just another story of hers for attention. As for her kids, they are as wrapped up in this as her momma is, and that family is so intertwined its hard to tell where one starts and another begins. While i can feel some sympathy towards the kids, they are old enough now to know the difference in truth, but what they have lived their whole lives will dictate their thought process of how what they do and say will and always be the way their Mother thinks. They have lived their entire lives built upon lies.

Concerned about the way that Tammy has handled the evidence. Look at the WMBF feed for the first 25 minutes or so yesterday morning and you may be as well. She appears to be shuffling the evidence & going through papers in her files & mixing them up.
Would post a video here but I don’t know how.
Re-watched and the State addressed this A little later on before the jury came out

Yup, I worked in a hospital and vitals were one of my responsibilities so you notice what normal respiration’s look like. She definitely gets frazzled when ever that night is brought up. She tried to appear confident in all areas but when that night comes up she starts breaking, her act is interrupted by her bodies natural responses stress. I so hope the jury is seeing what we are seeing!!

As the jurors, are not close enough, to see TM, as we are (video), this point is possibly not apparent.

Is NL not allowed to tell TM to just answer yes or no to her questions? And/or can't NL ask the judge to instruct TM to only answer the questions asked without added commentary?

On the one hand I understand that letting TM ramble might allow her to hang herself with more lies; but on the other hand, it allows TM more room to create confusion, chaos and to gaslight the jury, as jillycat and TTF14 have mentioned.

On one occasion, when I was on the stand (not a criminal case), I felt by adding detail to my answers, I was presenting the situation.
Sometimes, a 'Yes or No', doesn't represent the answer, and more info may be required.
I was being truthful, and I felt more was need.
But here, with TM she appears to add more, to create doubt.
MOO.
