As TM wears an ankle bracelet, her whereabouts are known, I would think.
Would they be specific enough, to determine, if TM was near the computer, where a FB post resulted, while she was asked, not to make contact about the trial.
Could specific site of this post be determined?
On her FB, with her fans, there would be info.
Or would this be too insignificant for the State, to worry about: whether TM is cheating, even now!
MOO.

I'll put it this way. If they haven't nailed her yet for breaking the gaga order, with all of those FB posts, I doubt it. She certainly had in the past on social media. Also, I doubt the ankle bracelet can tell if she is near a computer.

Monday, Oct. 22nd:
*Trial Continues (Day 11) (@ 9:15am ET) - SC - Heather Rachelle Elvis (20) (Dec. 19, 2013; never found) – Tammy Lorinda Caison Moorer (41/now 45) charged & indicted (2/27/17) with kidnapping & indicted (4/17/18) with conspiracy to commit kidnapping.
9/17/18 Update: South Carolina’s Supreme Court rejected an effort by Horry County prosecutors to move the cases of Sidney and Tammy Moorer under one judge. The decision seemingly paves the way for Tammy Moorer’s trial related to the kidnapping of Heather Elvis to move forward next week on 10/8. Defense filed motion for change of venue, but were denied.
Skipping over Day 1 thru Day 9.
10/19/18 Update Day 10: Defense witnesses: Sydney Moffitt, worked with Heather. Timothy Tindall, knew Heather thru previous witness Sydney Moffitt. Evan German, friend of Heather's. Deborah James, records custodian at McLeod Loris Hospital (not on witness list, but Judge allows; subject to recall). Betsy Green, director of medical records at Conway Medical Center (not on witness list, Judge allows). Tammy Moorer. Judge says if Tammy breaks sequestration rules over the weekend, and he finds out, he can find her in contempt and send her to jail for a year, or fine her or give her community service. Trial continues on Monday, 10/22.

Good morning/afternoon, hope everyone has had a great weekend!

Looking forward to NL’ continuing unveiling of TM today. I’m sure the prosecution team have made the most of their time over the weekend to go back over TM’ testimony so far and make note of any contradictions and lies.

As much as I would have loved for TM to have been sequestered over the weekend I don’t actually feel it will have been of any great benefit to her to be able to talk to her family etc There is no way she can come up with any cover story that will innocently explain away the phone pings, google locations, text messages etc. She looked quite smug when she said her “Hey Sweetie, ready to meet the MRS” text was after she had spoken to Heather on the phone and Heather had agreed to meet her and her children. Does she actually think the jury would buy that? They have heard from Bri and others that Heather was terrified of her.
I could almost see the workings in her head, if I say SM had the phone after that it doesn’t look so bad, prior to talking to her I was angry as anyone would be who’s husband had been caught cheating but once I spoke with her I realised she was a nice girl. Of course Nancy brought up some of the following messages and even though TM claimed it wasn’t me it was SM, Nancy made the great point of don’t you think Heather could tell the difference! She just can’t make one lie fit all.

I think TM’ jealousy despite claims they were in an open marriage is clear for all to see and I think the state has done a great job of showing that.

OT but I have been watching Making a Murderer 2 over the weekend and during an episode I was watching last night Kathleen Zellner was speaking to a former FBI agent who was giving her advice about victimology, that 70/80 percent of murders are by someone known to the victim. That sexual relationships are one of the first places to look, current boyfriend, ex boyfriend etc and risk factors to look for, for example was she having an affair with a married man. Immediately I thought of Heather of course. In fact I shouted out Heather’s name and woke up my partner next to me, oops, ha!

I really hope that the state try and create a scenario of how and when this kidnapping likely occurred. It seems most likely for us it all went down at Longbeards during that 14 minutes Heather’s car was there (have I got that right?) giving the jury a narrative I would think would really strengthen the case rather than just presenting the phone pings etc

Sorry for the super long post, I hope it makes sense and doesn’t read as jumbled as it is in my head!

Oh man I hope you sleep...you know they like to have delays in the morning!! Before I started going I spent every night watching every single hour when I got home from work- exhausting. Don't do that to yourself. But I remember when I lived in Thailand and did the same thing.....so I don't blame you if you do!

Oh good, thank you! :) And thank you again for being our eyes in the courtroom, it must be so surreal being there!

She's allowed to be around people, but she is not allowed to talk about the trial/case, period!! But we all know that's impossible--she'll be talking alright, flat out!!!!
BBM: Impossible to avoid and unlikely to prove.

Hi everyone! In the words of the Judge on Friday, "I hope everyone had a great weekend!"

I watched the cross twice this weekend and I can't wait for the court to open. I also watched the footage for about 20 minutes on TM while she wrote down information and pushed around papers in her purple folder along with some exhibits into evidence that her lawyer handed her. It started at the 11 minute mark on Day 9. Someone mentioned it here again over the weekend and I was wondering if NL will address it after she sees the tape this time.

I hope to be around all day, real work calls so I'll be popping in and out and hope to catch up on any testimony from this morning at lunchtime.

Keep the tweets coming and any links to LIVE coverage and recorded testimony.

:D - with bells on!

Good morning, everyone!
Highly doubt we'll be starting right at 9:30 this morning, but looking forward to the continuation of the cross-examination!

Good morning all.

Wish I didn't spend time reading the TM support page on FB last night. (Which IMO are all TM personalities on each person posting)...made feel uneasy all night.

Let's go Nancy!!! Bring your A game today!

I hope they are able to get AC back on the stand. Did she ever say she saw TM with her own eyes on the night HE went missing?
TM says SM went to her parents to carry the younger child. It seems as though no one physically saw her.
Sorry I know I am repeating myself but I think my husband is sick of hearing me talk about the case.
While we watch and read today we should all be lifting the Elvis family up in out prayers or sending them positivity, love and light!

Can someone check to see if SM is still back at Lee?

...just wondering...

It looks like he was returned from court on 10/17/2018.

RSBM. From reading WS for a number of years now, the other very high risk factor for murder is pregnancy (or even suspected/possibility of pregnancy). Sadly.

Am I the only one that doesn’t feel confident?

I don't feel confident.
The state needs to corner Tammy in lies and dramatically make them more obvious. Tammy is sitting there calmly smiling like Disney’s Cheshire cat toying with Nancy.

I would have liked to have seen the phone calls written down along with her supposed actions on the 17th, 18th. I guess they probably can’t do that though. It’s up to the jurors to take notes.
There are just so many inconsistencies that I feel like the jurors may get confused trying to keep her lies straight.
I have to opportunity to look at whatever I want and I am still finding holes in her fairytales.
I am confident in NL though and I think she will have the time to get to all of this today.
