Not a stupid question at all, Kensie. She's not in Jail, yet!! She could be going home everyday or she could be staying in a motel somewhere, not sure!!

She goes home every day- well she doesn't live here anymore so i suspect she goes to polly's house? They live in florida still according to her testimony. This past weekend though she is still under oath/in the middle of testimony so there was discussion about what to do with her. She was given the talk about not talking to anyone etc. I believe the judge said something like "this is a first for me" meaning someone still testifying and they break for a weekend...seemed strange it would be a first.

I hope the jury was paying close attention to that and they keep in their minds that somehow, some way, this woman has Heather's diary. We all know it is probably stupid screenshots from Tumblr or other social media, but if that door doesn't get opened any further, all the jury will be left with is the question... "why does this woman have Heather's diary if she's supposedly innocent?!"

Tammy opened her mouth and stuck her foot in it.

TM said she had a copy of Heather's diary through the discovery process. She made reference to it and I think it was her Instagram or Tumbler. It was a weird creepy moment, I want to say she suggested NL look at it.

no worries- I know better. And really I'm pretty sure it was easy to figure out anything from my first post about my hubby and I going LOL.

I don't remember seeing him friday...but I could be wrong and blurring my two days together. I feel like i saw him outside during lunch, but not sure if that was thursday or friday.

She's allowed to be around people, but she is not allowed to talk about the trial/case, period!! But we all know that's impossible--she'll be talking alright, flat out!!!!

Thanks Undiscovered. So TM can talk to others just not discuss the trial. Hmmm, that seems like a risk that the judge took - asking a liar to be honest.

Just thinking or overthinking as I typically do but TM said she walked in on the 3:17 am phone call. If she texted AC at 3:10 home and the kids were alseep as in TM’s version then Sid had to go in and get the younger sleeping child and carry him home and to his room I just don’t see him then being able to answer the phone at 3:17am. 6-7 minutes just doesn’t make sense. Besides I thought he was outside feeding the dogs...if his phone turned on at the house at 3:03 that doesn’t make sense either. Were they home before the 3:10 text, possibly cleaning up another mess.
I so hope that they pick apart her version of the timeline tomorrow.
Another question, were polygraphs ever used in this case. I don’t recall hearing anything?
