Yesterday a gunman dressed in a tux tried to gain access to the governor's office, claiming he was the Emporer and came to take over the govenment.

The man, who was wearing a tuxedo, was shot and killed by a Colorado state trooper Monday afternoon after he rushed Gov. Bill Ritter's first- floor office claiming to be "the emperor" and saying he was "here to take over the state."
