Furthermore if you then look at Billie's most recent interview and her recollection of memory from last seeing her daughter its regarding that Sunday afternoon when Hailey returned from Spending Christmas at dad's.. Billie speaks about the dinner they had that afternoon(Billie, Shawn, DD, Hailey).. then she jumps to making mention of the sneak peek she says she took into Hailey's bedroom that Monday morning while waiting on her coworker to pick her up to take her to work.. where she says she could see by the light from Hailey's TV that Hailey was asleep in her bed...

Noticeably omitted is the entire evening/night of Sunday, 12/26(which happens to be the exact block of time that IMO Hailey died, after DD had left to go spend the night with a friend)..

IMO the omission of that specific block of time IMO is for specific reason in that there is something that transpired, escalated, and ended in Hailey's life having been extinguished, all during that omitted block of time..

jmo regarding the pieces of the puzzle that are known and looking at possibilities that could be the key pieces that are needed to complete the puzzle..jmo, tho.

I agree, I think a young girl like Hailey would have been completely grossed out by that. And if Hailey was as outspoken as everyone has said ... Billie has long denied that an argument happened that night, but she's lied about many things. What Connie said about Shawn lurking outside Hailey's bedroom has always bugged me.

Small clarification. The Xbox was not in the living room, it was in DD's room. See below.

hmmm. well that's even more perplexing in regards to the supposed video w/Shawn, Billie, etc that was recorded by this Xbox ..if this Xbox was in Davids bedroom, you then wonder how such recorded content could have been on the Xbox.. I know there were actually 2 xbox gaming systems in the home at the time of Hailey's disappearance, the one that David had leading up to Christmas, and then the new one he'd gotten.. i wonder which one had the recordings on them? or did both have recordings on them that were found by LE once the systems were seized from the home?

the link from the examimer you posted earlier, knoxy..the one with the transcript of the blog talk radio interview of Shawn.. Shawn also makes mention of their being 2 Xbox gaming systems..the one DD had prior to Christmas..that Shawn said he played games on after DD got his new Xbox system...

Those darn coveralls!! We discussed them AD NAUSEAM more than a few times. Billie stated early on that she washed the coveralls Sunday night, then Shawn took them to work with him Monday morning and turned them in.

Interesting that LE even asked about them, what do you think prompted them to even think of his work coveralls? Dismemberment?

Wouldn't that be something if the coveralls were found near or with the remains?! :great: That's all LE would need to haul at least one away and lock him up.

Pretty tight timeline huh Smooth? So exactly when did the video get on the "old" Xbox? They removed it from DD's room and took it into "their" bedroom? Can you film on a Xbox or did they transfer it from a memory stick, so they could use the Xbox to play it on TV? I have no idea how those things work.

If David got a new unit for Christmas on Saturday the 25th and Hailey was gone by Tuesday the 27th, I wouldn't think it would be on the new unit?

Do you remember when the Xbox(s) were taken by LE? I've yet to listen to the show Mac spoke on. Just read the comments. Can you paraphrase exactly what he said?

In discussing what we know about that time leading up to Hailey's disappearance there was the issue of Hailey's no longer wanting to live at Billie's, but rather at dad's with Naomi and her new baby sis.. Billie was against this happening.. IMO in theorizing about Hailey's having returned home to Billies Sunday, the 26th after having spent the night at dad's for Christmas..IMO I can see Hailey's having been even more of the mindset of wanting to live with dad.. if Hailey were to have viewed something on the xbox (the very same Xbox that we know for a fact that she was alone in the living room playing that Sunday night when DD left the home).. if she came across something that could possibly be used to make that desire to get to live with dad become a reality...well, in theorizing about it IMO I see it very easily as something Hailey could possibly tell Billie she knew about and had seen and that she was going to tell her dad...

Moo I could see how things could have escalated quickly wrt Billie's reacting to this ...jmo, tho and discussing possibilities of what transpired of what I believe to be the last night of Hailey's life..jmo, tho.

Sounds very possible SO. And mix in the comment BD made about how "everyone got what they wanted for Christmas". An argument could have ensued over DD getting a new xbox and HD got a TV. Could HD tried to have claimed the old xbox with the on it and seen the or BD and/or SA got into a physical confrontation with the xbox, BD and SA knowing very well what was on it? That statement made by BD really sticks out with me. I think someone was really upset because she didn't get what she asked for which led to her death somehow. Also if there was child on the xbox and HD saw it, she very well could've know it was morally wrong and threatened to tell someone on BD and SA. Knowing child can carry a pretty hefty charge; instead of getting rid of the xbox, they decided to get rid of HD? Just pondering...

Whatever the scenario was, I hope the truth comes out real soon and those responsible for whatever happened to Hailey face the harshest punishment possible.

I also thought about something else today. I don't have a link handy, but do ya'll remember the search warrant executed on Billie's car? Wouldn't it be something if the area around the lake has something unique in the soil which was also found in the contents vacuumed from the trunk or car interior?

. . . so what are people talking about when they're referencing picture of Hailey on the xbox? Any ideas? It certainly doesn't sound as though it has the capacity to store pictures, does it?

I think given certain things that have come out its a given that there was a argument in the home that night. I believe its also likely as a result of that argument why Hailey is no longer here

The Xbox that DD had could take random photos of people whilst playing on the games. Billlie has claimed that LE have told her there were photos of Hailey playing on the game late Sunday night.

I will ask my son about the xbox stuff when he comes over today. But I do know that the Xbox Kinect takes pictures of you while you play the game and stores them.

We have one in our living room and use it for a few things.

Play games
connect to NetFlix
Has a memory stick - so we can download movies from our computer and then watch them on the x-box (did that last night)
Connect to FB
Watch tv shows
Yes, you can record anything and put it on a memory stick (, whatever) and watch it on the x-box

When we first bought it, I thought it would be used by our son to play games. In fact it turns out me and DH use it more often for movies and such (not though) - eek.

Not enough to be very helpful, except when this first came up, several people agreed that it is possible to get online through them.

Yes you can go online (I've used it for FB), and you can also chat with friends (their names will pop up when they are on-line). You just need headphones with a mic.

Mine is old, so I don't know if it takes screenshots or photos. At least, I've never used those features. But boy has this thing lasted (touch wood). We've had it for at least 4 years.

Why is the identification taking so long?!

It isn't really. Remember it took four days or so just to try and find all the remains and wasnt sent off until towards the end of the week and we dont even know how much they have of the remains even ;(

I finally saw the picture of Billie at that Mushroomhead concert- oh my,, yeah, she looks to be having a really good time- and all I could imagine is billie in her interview saying how she is missing out on taking Hailey to concerts- If these are the concerts she is talking about taking her baby girl too, I cannot finish this statement- but I will say Hailey deserved so much more then what she had.

and I wanted to touch on the subject of what the PI stated, how Billie was prostituted out in her teenage years? And billie also stated she watched her father be brutally murdered? where did these things happen? In Snyder? I have lived here forever and never heard these things, investigation time,, could ya'll please help me find these answers?
